They restored my 2012 Chrysler 300c to perfection. Previously I had been told by a Chrysler Dodge…read moredealership that the parts simply were not available that were necessary to fix the adaptive cruise control. This was untrue because pals on watt road found the parts and got everything fixed. Also I rented a vehicle from them during the repairs and it was much nicer than what I could've got thru booking.com. The Chrysler Dodge dealership was only interested in buying the car. I suspect that they put a zips carwash sticker under the rear view mirror blocking the camera that is necessary for the adaptive cruise control to work. I can't prove they did that but they were only interested in buying the vehicle not fixing it. Thanks and applause for Casey and Matt and everyone at Pals who worked to get my Chrysler fixed. They installed a k and n cold air intake and it runs and sounds so nice! If you've got a car that you really care about do yourself a favor and take it to pals West

Let me just first say that if you are looking for your run-of-the-mill car buying experience, full…read moreof haggling, headaches, and endless tension between buyer and seller, you should keep looking and not give PALS a chance at your business. However, if you want an AMAZING experience that you'll never forget, give them a call right away. Seriously, stop reading this review and get on the phone with Derenda. I've never had such a fun time shopping for my next ride. They have an excellent inventory of highly sought after vehicles, and they will also track down what you want and bring It in if you are looking for something specific. Derenda and the entire team at PALS went to bat for me to make sure I found a ride that I really loved. Even the finance manager, John Wayne, helped me understand the market and showed how good of a deal they had. Their pricing is ready to go, priced super fairly, and allows for them to make a hassle-free car buying experience. Its not often that I write such a glowing review for a business, much less a car dealership. But put your past negative experiences to rest, and shop with the best. They will find you the perfect car for you, and probably invite you over for dinner . Ask for Derenda! I'm convinced she's the best in East Tennessee.

If I could give this dealership 0 stars, that would still be too many…read more After weeks of searching for a vehicle, getting discouraged, and finally thinking I'd found the right place, I ended up here. It turned out to be the biggest mistake I've ever made. I found a vehicle I liked, and I knew dealerships marked prices up, but I didn't realize just how overpriced this one was until later that evening. By then, it was already too late. The total amount being financed was around $17,500. When we sat down with the finance department, I specifically told them I wanted financing through ORNL or TVA Credit Union because those are the banks I use. ORNL declined the amount requested and counteroffered with a lower amount. TVA also declined. Then, out of nowhere, paperwork for Y-12 Federal Credit Union was put in front of me. I was told they were already closed, so there wasn't even an approval yet, but they "thought it would be approved" and wanted me to go ahead and sign anyway. I saw the interest rate, the loan term, and the monthly payment, and I signed. Worst. Mistake. Ever. Buried five or six pages into the paperwork was a paragraph that I understood to mean that if the lender changed, I would have to agree to the change and sign again. That is NOT what it meant. What it actually did, as it was later explained to me, was allow them to switch lenders without my approval as long as the loan term and monthly payment stayed the same. I'll own my part in this. I'm 21 years old, buying my first car, and I didn't fully understand what that paragraph meant when I signed. That's on me. The very next day, I was told Y-12 had also declined the loan and counteroffered with a lower amount. At that point, three different banks had either denied or reduced the loan amount. I was done. I called the dealership and told them to stop shopping my financing. I said I'd bring the vehicle back and we'd all move on. They did NOT like that. An argument followed because I still didn't understand what that paragraph actually allowed them to do to me. Later that day, I drove back to the dealership expecting to hand over the keys and walk away. Nope. That's when they finally explained that paragraph to me. They made it clear they could use it to keep the deal moving despite me no longer wanting the vehicle due to the banks denying me. When I said I didn't want to sign anything else and asked them to simply take the car back and sell it to someone else, I was met with a fake smile and the response: "Why would we sell it to someone else when we've already sold it to you?" To make matters worse, the financing didn't even end up staying with the lender I had signed for. My interest rate ended up increasing, and I had absolutely no choice in the matter because of that buried paragraph in the contract. Even more confusing, after ORNL had already denied the loan and counteroffered with a lower amount, they somehow ended up approving the deal anyway. I was never given any real explanation as to what changed nor did i care at that point. All I knew was that I ended up locked into a loan with a higher interest rate than what I originally signed for and no meaningful opportunity to say no. I've never felt so powerless in a business transaction. They took advantage of the fact that I was a 21-year-old first-time buyer who didn't fully understand the contract she'd signed less than 24 hours earlier. At one point, I even felt talked down to badly enough that my stepfather had to step in. To say I'm disgusted is an understatement. This experience completely destroyed any trust I had in this dealership. I will never do business with them again, and neither will anyone I know if I can help it. I hope that one used car sale was worth losing every future customer and every recommendation I could have given. Because from my experience, once they have your signature, your concerns no longer matter.

My vehicle has an active safety recall involving a potential fire risk, yet I was simply told to keep driving because there isn't a repair available. I understand that the dealership may not control when the manufacturer provides a fix, but what they do control is how they treat their customers--and that experience was unacceptable. The receptionist in the service department was rude, dismissive, and showed little concern for my safety or the seriousness of the recall. When a customer calls about a vehicle that could pose a safety risk, they deserve empathy, clear communication, and respect--not to feel like they're being brushed off. This experience left me feeling that customer safety was not a priority. I hope management addresses the customer service issues in the service department and provides additional training so future customers are treated with the professionalism and concern they deserve.
