Manning Sprinkler has been our go-to irrigation group for many years. Each time we call for service we are treated in a courteous and professional manner. Our system has been in place for 40 years and is decidedly ready for a rebuild, however, because of our age, the expense is prohibitive; therefore, we ask them several times a year to just come out to check the system and repair any leaks. We always ask for Leon, he has become familiar with our sprinkler and irrigation system, (which is quite extensive as we have a large area of landscaping). Leon is thorough, expedient and knowledgeable. Last month we had a major emergency with leaking valves of which we were unaware. It caused a large increase on our water bill. As soon as we were made aware of the situation we called Manning. We spoke to Dana, who is the person who sets up their appointments. Dana immediately rearranged Leon's schedule as soon as we called in order to have him service our problem. We are truly grateful to have such caring and skillful people to service our needs. I was loosing almost a thousand gallons of water a day from an unidentified leak. Matt and team replaced the pipe leading from the irrigation manifold to the solenoid box and also replaced the front yard solenoid valves. Whilst replacing the pipe Matt discovered that an old galvanized pipe running under the driveway , feeding water to the back yard ,was likely the reason for the leak and at his suggestion to put a valve in place to cut the water flow to the back yard. This worked (yeah! ) and I can now water the front yard again in time for summer. Next step will to reroute pipes to be able to water back yard .I would like to thank Matt and team for their professionalism, knowledge and explanation along the way. We hired Manning Sprinkler to replace our entire 7 yr old leaking thin wall irrigation downstream distribution irrigation system, including all drip heads and blubbers from our existing zone valves. Although we waited from July to Oct for our work in the schedule, Manning personal came out to repair continuing leaks in our existing system, at no charge, while waiting for our turn in the schedule. The work was started with Matt and his crew reviewing and walking the front and back of the property to determine the overall layout and head locations. Matt and his crew did an exceptional job and was complete in two + days with all heads and zones functioning perfectly. The crew at Manning Sprinkler Service replaced my entire irrigation system, using about a third of a mile of tubing. Matt, Mark, and Javier worked here for two and a half weeks, and did an exceptional job. They were friendly, precise, and hard-working, hardly taking breaks. My backyard system was having too many issues so I had Manning Sprinkler Services return to address them. They installed new lines for three zones, which included over 600 feet of pipe and a significant number of drip lines. Tony did a great job scoping the work and Matt and his team were able to start within a couple of days. Technician was very knowledgeable and experienced. Had diagnosis completed very quickly. A combination of factors had caused one valve to stop working. It seemed to me to be a very complicated procedure but Mat and his assistant handled it quickly and correctly. This is a 30 year old house and we are the original owners. Our 12 year-old irrigation system started to spring leaks. John Manning, owner, come out to our home and gave us a quote. We set the installation date but had to make an emergency change when more leaks appeared and we had to speed up the install. Manning accommodated us and replaced the entire in-ground system and valves. They do excellent work and their customer service and communication are superb. I called this company because it was family owned and had a lot of good reviews. I needed my new sprinkler timer box installed and wired to my valves. I called on a Friday and I was scheduled for the following Tuesday morning. Tony showed up on time and was very courteous. I thought I would need new irrigation lines as my flower gardens seemed like they were not getting enough of water! Tony came out and said that I was getting enough of water, but the landscapers had it watering only once a week! He did put some new sprinkler nozzles on and extended one of my lines!
