Horrible in every sense and means.I was eating there with my family and the food we ordered was absolutely impossible to eat. They present to us a bill work suggested tip already printed and after paid a second bill with additional tip . The manager told us in an intolerant way that many of their customers do not pay tips and since they received a service they must pay tips. We told him that it is confusing for a foreign tourist to understand how many tips they have to pay for the same service and we have been told that it is perfect legal to charge twice tip suggested and additional tip. Ive been coming to this manolos for the last 12 yrs or more, never have i been charged 2.00 for a ramekin of dulce de leche, I don't know if is a new thing or anything but when i asked for it no one told me it was going to be an extra charge, to add to that the waitress never came to refill the water, and i had to share my water with my friends. Last but not least we had to wait like 25 min to get charged, next time i come if I'm seated at her section i will get up and walk out to another section, worse experience I've ever had in manolos. read more

Omg what a mess of a place! We were seated and waited and waited and waited. The waitress or "hostess" Claudia, was the WORST. She was chatting for at least 15 minutes at this table, and I had to stand up to ask her to please take our order to which she answered and said I am not a waitress I only sit people but if you want me to find someone to take it I will. Went with a friend on a Sunday after the beach, the place was packed as it seems to be every Sunday around that time, got a table and ordered steak Milanesa which is mainly a breaded steak; It was horrible, extremely tough I didn't even eat a third of it and I spoke to the manager a young guy with a funny voice and he told me they couldn't do anything about it... very disappointed read more

Worst service in all of Miami Beach, slow, inattentive, discourteous and arrogant. The food was cold and tasted like plastic packaging, the desserts had strong odor to the refrigerator in which they are store. Never liked this restaurant, The food is mediocre at best and sometimes you must wait for an unbearable amount of time to get the waiters attention. Although it is too expensive the smoothies are delicious. Only reason they are getting 3 stars in my book. read more
