A lot of options including a hibachi section where they will cook food in front of you (you pick sauces, meats, veggies to stir fry). The interior was cute / nicely decorated (it kind of reminds me of hotels in Atlantic City). The food was ok -- about what you would expect for a buffet; nothing extraordinary but there were a lot of options. There was ice cream and many dessert options. I probably would not make a special trip to come here.

Amazing Food & Sushi Bar. Great Service and Waitstaff. Kitschy and Welcome Ambience. Kid Friendly.

I love picking my own ingredients and taking advantage of the MTO hibachi. Marcus the chef was personable and did a wonderful job. The ice cream was on point. Banana pudding 10/10. There was nothing we tried that wasn't delicious!

Dining on Sundays in Lancaster can be tricky, as most of the Amish owned/operated restaurants are closed. So naturally, we were pleased to find Manor Buffet open on Sunday. Don't let the outside appearance fool you, once inside, you'll be surprised at the size of the dining area, as well as the vast selection it offers. You'll find most of the American Chinese selections, as well as grilled steaks, roast beef, and seafood. Be sure to try out their sweet and sour riblets, it was terrific! Also, save room for desserts, as their selection is vast. Be aware that weekend rates is the same for lunch and dinner. The service is good as the staff comes by regularly. Give this place a try if you're in the area.

We visit this year again. Hot food are ok but the sushi table was unacceptable. Sushi/ sashimi are dull and not fresh. The rolls were falling apart with a very messy presentation. On the other hand, the peel your own boiled shrimp were jumbo size. I was able to catch some crab coming out of the kitchen. That pan was usually empty. Customer service is good. Unfortunately, this may be my last visit to this place.

Great assortment of good! Food almost always hot and delicious. Like the non- Chinese food they also offer on the buffet.

Good quality for a buffet, fresh food. Friendly staff. Would eat here again. They could bring more seafood though.

This is the best Asian buffet ever for the selection, service, and price. I'm driving out of the way on my next trip to PA to go here.

We were on the way home from a softball tournament in PA and wanted to experience a Smorgasbord…read more We got lucky and Miller's Smorgasbord was on the way home! Ambience - I see that others described the decor as "vintage" and that would be an accurate description. The dining room and buffet stations are a little dimly lit. Food - this is the main reason people come here and it did not disappoint. There was a lot of variety and the food quality is generally 3.5 stars. Nothing really jumped out as outstanding, but everything was generally slightly above average in quality by buffet standards. The desserts are baked in house and was definitely the highlight of the meal. Note: be sure to take a souvenir tourist pic in the old car in the lobby.

The price honestly is way too high for what you get. It was $41 with a drink for lunch, not typically what I'll spend and in this case way overpriced. I did like the carving station with the ham. The peel and eat shrimp was good and the fried chicken was good, but not warm and very limited on selection of the pieces. The sides were OK maybe they just weren't my thing. The entryway is really cool. The server only brought drinks so not a lot of interaction there. I think it has potential, but for some reason, I did not get the full five star lunch. Not impressed.

Hey friends! My boyfriend wanted to spend his birthday at America's largest buffet. And let's just…read moresay we are already planning our return trip! With over 200 feet of food, Shady Maple is an unforgettable experience. From the sweet treats to made-to-order meat stations, this is now my favorite buffet. The made-to-order meat stations feature cheesesteaks, burgers, sausages and steaks! All cooked to your liking, right in front of you, how cool! The buffet bars are stacked with salad bars, seafood, soups, sides, fried food, baked food, you name it! I truly enjoyed the range of options here. There's plentyyyyy to drink. Slushie machines, coffee, soda stations, tea/lemonade, fresh milk from their farms and milkshakes machines! The sweet treats are endless; pies, cakes, build-your-ice cream bowls and more! Customer service: Okay, not super friendly Prices: $33/person on a weekday. Plus free birthday meals! Plenty free parking Atmosphere: family-oriented Make sure you also check their gift shop on the lower level. I hope you enjoy!

People hate on smorgasbords for all sorts of reasons. Yes its not 5 star Michelin food (its not…read moresupposed to be). BUT it has a VARIETY of food and gives you a taste of Lancaster County. If its your birthday you get a free meal when you go with someone purchasing. To be honest, compared to other Lancaster County Buffets, their price is the most reasonable! I actually prefer their breakfast Buffet, but we recently went for dinner. Tons of seating, we went on a Friday Dinner Rush and it only took us about 10 minutes to get seated. Just some of my top picks and highlights: Steaks made to order Milkshake station The dessert bar Icee machine Potato pie Brown Butter noodles Fried chicken Corn casserole And don't forget the PIE! If you are visiting, just do it and get a taste of Lancaster County! Two huge aisles of food with different items going each direction, check both! Every night has a special, seafood night, steak night, etc...pick your favorite!

Note to those navigating the Bird-in-Hand restaurant website, there is a section for coupons and "specials," that is a must to check out. I need to take a moment to emphasize the customer service, which far exceeds nearly anything I've encountered elsewhere. My hands shake and this was seen while at the hot food area (eggs/ham). The gentleman behind the bar, offered to hold my dish, scoop my food and bring the food tray to my table. Our waitress, spoke to us as if we were friends and her smile, seemed genuine. The breakfast offerings, unfortunately, were a let down. Eggs were lukewarm, scrambled hard, boiled ham, flavorless, pancakes, spongy discs, homefries, potatoes from a can (noticeable corners were cut in many food items), continuing... mini sticky buns, crisp, hard, fruit - lacked variety, baked oatmeal, toothsome, dry, unremarkable. I plan on coming back for lunch - Wednesday, for your chicken potpie; it's so good and to be treated like family.
