Underneath the onion rings is a patty melt
    Kendra S.

We arrived around 6pm on a Friday night and the Dock was busy, but we were able to immediately get a table for 2. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Fortunately, the wind/sun shades were down so we had a nice outdoor dining temp even though it was a little windy/chilly with temps in the upper 60's.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Our waitress was helpful and explained that it was a busy night so the kitchen was backed up, but that was to be expected-the parking lot was pretty full so I could tell Kyma n Johnny's were probably busy inside. We enjoy eating outside so the Dock is a nice option. Our meals were good. The lobster bisque is fabulous. Nice chunks of lobster and flavorful. I also enjoyed the coconut shrimp with a great dipping sauce. My husband ate all of his patty melt and shared some onion rings which were tasty. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The only reason I gave 4 stars was because it was very loud. It definitely wasn't a quiet evening at the Dock.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The owners can't control traffic, but the High Steel traffic plus rigs, motorcycles, etc on 272 added to the noise of the bar area.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]We can live with the noise...it's just one of those things that make it a little less than perfect.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Flounder stuffed with crab. So good.

I treated my mom to dinner here the other night. First time being here for me. The food, service, and environment are all good. I would visit again. Just a solid mom and pop place. We both got the stuffed flounder with crab, with mash potato's and broccoli as our sides. Everything was delicious.

Some of the better seafood in the area but still not the best seafood. Prices were on the high end for what we received and the service and ambiance. Food was decent but came out in a glass dish sitting in an inch of butter. Butter with seafood is great but this was waaaaay too much. We would not be back, there is better options for that kind of high ticket.

From my server Chrissy, to my soup, to my meal and wine, a great experience. MR Tuna steak, with a spicy plum sauce served with mushroom risotto and freshly steamed broccoli, it was wonderful.

First time at Kyma and it was definitely a good impression. Our waitress, Nylah, was so kind and personable. She always checked up on us and was very knowledgeable about the menu. We ordered Snow Crab legs and sirloin steak. All food was delicious and worth coming here for dinner. The atmosphere also makes for a good date night if you're looking for that type of vibe! I love that when we ordered a martini, they gave us the shaker. Very different than most places. I do recommend trying this place if you're in the area!

Pretty good place, menu has a lot of options, service was prompt and nice. The ambiance was very nice, cozy and quieter as you want for a Saturday night dinner. Food was great, a lot of good options specially for seafood. A lot options in drinks and deserts too. Will definitely come back if I'm in the area again

Good food - especially for the location. Portions are decent. Prices are very high - especially appetizers and alcoholic beverages.

One of the first restaurants you come to when coming in from I-95 is Water Street seafood, a restaurant that provides a great relaxed vibe, consistent with the area. They have an outdoor patio which was far too hot on the 4th of July weekend, so we sat right inside the dining room. There was a great energy in the place coming from both staff and other patrons. There's a decent view from the restaurant itself, but certainly head to the lighthouse area just about a mile away for the best views and pictures - it's definitely a cute town to explore. We had the tuna nachos, steamed shrimp, and a couple of soft drinks. Many of the other tables were ordering the crabs. Pricing averaged about $30 per person, including drinks, tip and tax. All of the servers carried similar high energy and efficiency, Samantha served our table and she was great. If you're even close to Havre de Grace, you owe it to yourself to stop by Water Street Seafood.

The servers were incredibly attentive and extremely knowledgeable. When it was time for the next course people seemed to appear with food out of nowhere serving everybody at the same time. Kudos for being the best part of this experience! The food was just okay for me. My steak was cooked great but not prepared great leaving gristle and fat that I had to cut around the edges. The circular slab of butter that came on top was just too much, reminding me of all the reasons I don't love wagyu. It just makes everything so rich. The chilled chicken soup was a big miss for all three of us that tried it. When asked how it was the best thing I could come up with was "odd". The overall vibe here is nice, however at this price point I expect excellence and I just don't get that at Gibraltar. This isn't someplace I'd seek out to come back to unfortunately.

I had the tuna steak, roasted heirloom carrots in honey sriracha butter and whipped Yukon gold potatoes. Our waitress was great- very knowledgeable about the menu, including the gluten free options. She said that for the current menu, all sides are gluten free except for the lobster Mac and cheese. No gluten free rolls or pasta options but many seafood and steak options. Mocktail options available as well! Plenty of free parking, which is always nice!

I've been to this place numerous times now, and the biggest thing I'll say upfront is: you never…read morereally know what you're walking into on a given night. Consistency is a real concern here. That said, let me break it down. Ambiance: 4/5 Context matters here. In the wintertime, you walk in and it's dark, cozy, and has legitimately good steakhouse vibes. In the summertime though, those vibes basically disappear. So call it a 4.5 in the winter and closer to a 2 in the summer -- we'll average it out to a 4. Still probably one of the better ambiances in the Hershey area, which isn't saying a ton, but credit where it's due. Service: 5/5 No complaints here. Multiple waiters coming around, water always filled, attentive throughout. Great job. Food: 3/5 This is where it gets complicated. The steaks -- they know how to get the cut right and cook it to your requested temperature, I'll give them that. But if you've been to top tier steakhouses, you know this isn't one: the plate is not piping hot, the steak not bursting with flavor, kind of dry, not juicy, not the best crust. The sides deserve some credit though -- the potatoes au gratin and asparagus are pretty solid. However, I ordered the red snapper, which came with mushrooms and a puree, and the sides were so small you could barely see them under the fish. The fish itself was cooked well, though I personally like my fish with some kind of juicy base. That may just be the style here. Overall: 3/5 Look, Devon is the best steakhouse Hershey has to offer -- but you have to keep that context in mind. If you're holding it to a high steakhouse standard, it's going to fall short. Consistency is the biggest issue. Some nights are better than others, and at these prices, that's not acceptable. Go in with the right expectations and you'll have a fine time. Go in expecting a top tier steakhouse experience and you'll leave disappointed.
