After the first class, they were both so excited that we decided to purchase classes for a year (6 months is the longest term they had for the 4 y.o.) We have been going for about 2 months now and we LOVE K-Tiger! Our kids have mostly worked with Mr. Andrew and Mr. Colby (sp?). They have the patience of angels and their methods are highly effective. They really make the classes kid-friendly. Our 8 y.o. is very anxious, emotionally heightened, and shy by nature and takes a while to get comfortable in new environments. Last year, she played basketball and she was so anxious that she was in tears during the first four practices. Since starting Taekwondo at K-Tiger, her confidence has grown noticably. She just started soccer and went out there like a different person. She was making friends, having fun, and unafraid to learn new things. Our 4 y.o. is the polar opposite and has so much energy. He's also very young so we know it will take him longer but he's already showing signs of developing discipline. He is working hard and paying attention more and more in class. Well, since the schools were only online option, I had to stay home, he is only nine years old, what else can you do you know. We were down to one income and I begged and pleaded with these organization to please stop the $160.00 a month, at least until I could get my head above water, no dice. They stated, and I quote, "we have a business to run." So, I continued to pay and I just made a bulk payment to pay them off now that I'm finally employed again. Honestly, I felt shaken down, like mafia style and I am considering speaking to my attorney, out of principle of the matter. My mother (75, COPD, pacemaker, COVID may not be gentle with her) and I (high blood pressure and a heart arrhythmia) both have extreme underlying conditions, so, sending him to class could be deadly to us if we catch the virus, but, what do these people care? None. Their financial situation is more important than your financial situation and your welfare and your family health. Remember this when you are considering taking your child to this place. I will say this, before COVID, it was VERY crowded. They didn't need my money, they chose to do this to us, it's alllll about the Benjamin's, so, don't feel special when you go up in there, you aren't. If you aren't scared of the virus and want a decent, but super expensive experience, have at it, and be prepared for the used car salesman treatment.

We initially liked the instructor but he went into sales rather than teaching. The whole place has gone down hill in the last year. Kids are not paying attention because teachers are "kids" teenagers themselves! My son is also suffering from asthma and is not able to attend classes as often as before. They do not care, because we are under contract. I tried to stop a payment through my bank account and they blocked it. This was 5 days ago during this Coronavirus crisis and i can see they are going tl get their money regardless if students are sick or if parents have lost their jobs!
