    This review is for the service department…read more After purchasing the trailer, we had a run around of information on when it was to be delivered to the facility. This is where the frustration began. There was some pretty significant damage to part of the wrap during transport, and that was fine, it was going to be getting fixed... we were told it was ordered and given an approx. date. That date came and apparently it was not ordered, but another part we needed was. To get that taken care of was beyond frustrating. Upon picking it up, another part we needed was not ready, so again we would have to drive down and drop it off. Even after this last drop off, after making the appointment because we were called and told the part was ready, the part is not ready and we have to wait some unknown time for it to "hopefully" show up. Each time we have brought our RV in for maintenance/ to get a repair, we have never been greeted. As well when we went to pick it up. Each time we have stood inside and not one person has asked if we needed help or even said they would be right with us. Most times there were at least 2 people not with someone, and many other staff walking in and out. When dropping it of, most staff sat at their desks starring out as we unhooked- it would have been better worth our time, if we could have been checked in while we unhooked. (We even received a call to do a survey about how service went and we did not have the trailer finished yet, so it is hard to give feedback for that.) We had several more conversations with the service department and a few more survey calls which, because we did not have the service complete, we could not give feed back properly. Upon our last pick up, after all the parts had arrived, we finally had a better encounter. I completely understand that they are busy with so many trailers to check in, work on and check out, but it would be nice to be have a little more support when showing up.

There son watches you like a hawk when checking out there vehicles as if you are going to steal something. They sell junk rv's here. When looking at Rv at there lot they told me it was there neighbors Rv and his wife died so that is why he is selling it. I asked several times do see the title and DMV work and they kept saying they will get it to me. I did my homework and found out the Rv was taken out of state to KY and brought back then sold at auction. They won't refund my $500 deposit and now I have to launch a DMV investigation on them and take them to small claims court. Do your homework and go somewhere else .

I got bait and switched by the father-Donny Johns, the eldest son-Issac Davis and the dealership owner-Gina Davis. For nearly 6 months I stayed on the premises invited by Issac and Donny to be a night watchman. Having just lost my brother to a drunk driver and progressively being physically ill from COPD, I was a good target for being ripped off my life savings by make believe religious people. After investing into inventory for their RV lot to the tune of nearly 75K, the mom and dad decided to spend my money on the problem child Issac and pay for an attorney to bail out the low integrity POS they created. I was left with a 96 Tioga that needed work and had 21.5K returned by one check. I never got the rest returned and attempted mediation with an experienced collector and arbitrator, who was lied to and disrespected. With NO willingness to return my money, and with little concern of draining a handicapped individual and leaving him for broke, this isn't over yet. Gina Davis is a snake that likes to say God bless you. A little search on Truth Finder reveals she's the licensed brain of the family, but has a past. She's crooked as can be and allowed, if not orchestrated one more person to end up living on the streets. Be very careful and proceed with caution! A fish rots from the head down.

    This review is long overdue!…read more We bought our first travel trailer here in 2022, an InTech Sol Eclipse. The next year we traded it in for a slightly bigger one, the Sol Horizon. Nohr's was one of the few dealers who sell the brand InTech, which is why we initially looked here. We ended up being very pleased with both of our interactions. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful, and the buying process was straightforward. Both times we felt we paid a fair price. We never felt like they were playing games with pricing. A few years prior (pre-pandemic) we were at another place, we'll call it Dealer Xstream, and were ready to buy. Having looked at other dealers and knowing what that particular trailer was going for, we made an offer and they said it was too low (it was within average price range in Northern California); they said there was no way they could accept. We didn't buy a trailer that day. Literally the next day they called and asked if we still wanted to buy at our way too low asking price. We declined. We are now super happy with our Sol Horizon from Nohr's and are glad we kept looking around. Nohr's played no games and were transparent with their pricing. With a purchase this big, transparency is very appreciated. We have also had warranty repairs/service done here. Getting the trailer serviced has not always been quick, but it is done well. The long lead time seems to be true of pretty much anywhere you get work done on recreational vehicles in the post pandemic world. Overall, I would recommend Nohr's RV to anyone who is in the market, and InTech trailers to anyone who is looking for a high quality product!

We walked in on Memorial Day holiday without an appointment and was greeted by the sales rep Sal. He was great and knowledgeable and got us to the exact type of units we were looking for. Within 30-45 minutes we all fell in love with the same trailer, a 2026 keystone bullet. It had everything and the price seemed fair, almost too good to be true. After picking the trailer out we went back to run numbers and do financing with Manny, he was laid back and understanding and made things as easy as he could. Then came the first issue, my friend wanted to break even and not roll over negative equity into his new trailer and they were way off from accomplishing that. One of the owners came in and tried to negotiate and was rude and argumentative and unwilling to work with us despite having to deals on the table. Unfortunately I still wanted the trailer and decided to proceed with the purchase. After I finalized all the paperwork then the owner came back and wanted to make the deal. Let me mention that my sales person said that if I had the trailer hitch that they would install it as part of the purchase. This is where my biggest issue is. As someone in sales myself you don't make a promise to a customer that you can't or won't live up to. So after coming back a little over a week later to pick up my trailer and do the walk through I met Sako, another super laid back worker that was thorough and understanding. Once I explained what the sales rep said he immediately let me know that I was probably going to be charged and that they never do that for free as part of a sale. He did try everything to see if he could get it installed like I was promised to no success. Now I'm furious cause now I'm getting an extra charge I was not expecting. He went as far to ask the other owner who is not the original one we dealt with and he to was argumentative and unwilling to make a customer happy after they got their sale. I understand his point about liability and being sued which I respect but the unwillingness to bend and work with making your customer was happy over a 20 minute install and instead charging a full hour for labor is absurd. If they are treating paying customers like this imagine how the poor people that work here are getting treated when there's no other punching bags around. Needless to say I will not refer anyone here after today's experience and I do not recommend this business solely on how we've been treated through this process. I have been looking to buy a new car for about 6 months and finally narrowed it down to a Kia Sportage Hybrid SX-Prestige. I pushed the button through True Car to get some quotes and Justin's email came at the right time & the right price with a kind demeanor. He even helped me with my purchasing options on a Sunday! An hour and a half drive later and I am so glad I went out to Manteca to purchase my new vehicle (her name is Tika in honor of her home dealership). What I loved: 1) Communication: I suffer from analysis paralysis and I got this deal done the same day we started emailing. That was the fastest I have made a decision in a while! 2) Process: From test drive to purchase, fastest car deal I have ever been witness to or a part of- thank you! 3) Customer Service: even though the deal was completed after closing and even though I asked a lot of questions, Justin D took the time to answer them and show me every single feature of my new car. It was impressive. He even hand washed my car because the car wash was closed. That really wasn't necessary because it was cold outside but is a testament to how awesome he is. 4) Follow-up: checking in on me through surveys and phone calls/ text messages is really nice. I have great after purchase support. 5) Coffee machine- mocha latte was pretty yummy! Thank you to Kia Country for helping me make a purchase that I can rely on for years to come. I am very appreciative of the customer service you provided and my awesome new car.
