When looking at Rv at there lot they told me it was there neighbors Rv and his wife died so that is why he is selling it. I asked several times do see the title and DMV work and they kept saying they will get it to me. I did my homework and found out the Rv was taken out of state to KY and brought back then sold at auction. The class C RV in pictures I posted show one I purchased on Craigslist, and one purchased through RV Land. I got bait and switched by the father-Donny Johns, the eldest son-Issac Davis and the dealership owner-Gina Davis. For nearly 6 months I stayed on the premises invited by Issac and Donny to be a night watchman. Having just lost my brother to a drunk driver and progressively being physically ill from COPD, I was a good target for being ripped off my life savings by make believe religious people. After investing into inventory for their RV lot to the tune of nearly 75K, the mom and dad decided to spend my money on the problem child Issac and pay for an attorney to bail out the low integrity POS they created. I was left with a 96 Tioga that needed work and had 21.5K returned by one check. I never got the rest returned and attempted mediation with an experienced collector and arbitrator, who was lied to and disrespected. With NO willingness to return my money, and with little concern of draining a handicapped individual and leaving him for broke, this isn't over yet. Gina Davis is a snake that likes to say God bless you. A little search on Truth Finder reveals she's the licensed brain of the family, but has a past. Don't trust these guys, they sell you crap that don't run, lie about what works and a shady about making things right. They upped the price when I bought the RV the day I went to pay for it by $400 said it was DMV stuff that they originally said was included, (yet DMV only cost $150) I didn't even get a block down the road & on the 99 onramp & it broke down. They refuse to help or make it right. A 2 hr drive home took 14hrs because it kept breaking down leaving me stranded. Took to a mechanic, it needed almost everything on motor fixed, new fuel pump, new breaks, carb, the list goes on. The heater, hot water heater don't work, they said it did. Chop shop buyer be aware. We drove quite a distant to look at a trailer that was listed as in great shape with everything in working order. After walking through we found both slides had extensive water damage and the frame was so badly bent that it should have been salvaged. There would be no way to set all the leveling jacks. This "dealership" was a nightmare to deal with. They posted ad on CL "For Sale by Owner", not a dealership, and when I arrived they told me that CL was their best way to sell. Shady from the get-go. The RV wasn't even clean. Went for a test drive, negotiated price, made a list of repairs they agreed to fix, then paid cash for the RV. Big Mistake! It took me 10 WEEKS to take delivery, and when I did, only 1 of the 5 things they promised to fix was actually fixed. Plus, the RV had an additional 450 miles on it! Generator was repaired illegally and in a very unsafe manner; it could have started a fire at any minute! Opened a DMV investigation and called the local DAs office. Both had dealt with RV Land before. It took me another 3 weeks and $1500 to fix the things that they were supposed to fix. I cannot stress strongly enough to stay away from these people! This place will never get a star above 1. I wish I read the reviews online before ever deciding to buy an rv through them. I ended up having so many problems with the trailer that decided to allow them to consign it. The first month was "free" and of course had no offers anywhere close to what I was asking. Immediately I realized what they were doing. I posted the trailer on Craigslist for my asking price and got about 15 calls. The owner of this park called me and yelled at me that I was not allowed to post my own rv while they were consigning it. I understood and respected his terms for the remainder of the night but never heard an offer 3 grand lower than what I was asking. Well I spent 26500.00 at rv land on a used motor home I told Don The Owner I would not buy motor home unless frig worked so I bought as is with a written guarteen from owner he wrote and gave me I called and told him frig did not work again another persoñ who was in office at time of contract called him said frig not working the next day called his wife Gina told her frig was not working then Joe who owns rv speciality Joe call and told Gina could not reset board on fridge frig needed to be replaced Gina asked Joe To try and plug it in and check it latter so JOe Did and he called and called no one picked up any more then me Mary called and Gina owner picked up and ITold her Joe called and called Gina owner said to me he never called excuse me very dishonest I was sitting right next to Joe when he called then GIna says to MAry we do not have to do nothing for you Mary says I called Oee called Joe told you rv repair man said frig is no good plus I have a written guartee from your husband so after that no one from rv land would pick up phone so Mary trys again don picks up he says call back on unblocked number so I did told him frig was not working he said he would take care of it and he never did then the wife calls says her and her husband talked and they will give me 500 a rv frig that size is 1600 dollars and then to have old one removed and new put in that's 2000 so the truth is the husband wrote a written gaurtee and it was in the sale deal and will not honor it and Gina is calling and offing 500 to Mary you think that is right what they did to Mary dishonor their written agreement and offered a low 500 when frig is 1600 And labor 400 I am 67 years old and these too should not have a business if they do this to people I I truelly believe all that bad reviews that are written are true and if they do not make this right taking legal action against them I do buy swear my happings with them is true watch out I hate to see this happen to any one else bad business doing that to people, read more

I drove 160 miles to purchase a trailer that was listed for $9800.00, over the phone the sales person told me he would reduce the price to $9500.00. When we inspected the trailer we were very happy with and decided to make the purchase. Izzac suggested that I purchase a used E-Z lever hitch that he had, saying that I would have to pay over $900.00 for a new set-up and he said that he would sell the complete unit for only $300.00 we included this in the purchase. when we picked up the trailer in the morning Izzac was not there, and when we went to hitch the unit up we were informed that we had to pay an additional $100.00 for the rest of the hitch bringing the price to $400.00. I have since found that I could have purchased this hitch complete w/ an anti-sway unit new for only $247.00. I was totally ripped off. And to add insult to injury I was told that I had to drive south to Modesto to obtain the keys as Izzac had forgot and left them in his pocket. After spending over $11000.00 they had the balls to make me drive and find his home which took over two hours plus mileage to get the keys.
