Casey was pretty knowledgeable and I got some insight on my condition during my first appointment…read more I had a lower back/hip pull later that week on a Friday night so I called their number recording and emailed my PT about cancelling my Monday 2:00 PM appointment. I got a call back on Monday morning letting me know that I would be charged $99 for not giving them 24 working day notice (their initial paperwork also stated this policy so I knew about it). The person also asked me if I wanted to appeal that fee. I told her no and asked her to cancel my last two appointments. I would have expected the person calling to ask me what my mitigating circumstances were (although I mentioned them in my voice mail) rather than state I was being charged for the not canceling sooner. All in all - if I ever need physical therapy I would never consider a company that did not value me over their cancelation policy epically since they had all Monday morning to attempt to fill that slot. I also learned from the PT that he was really busy at that location. I'm giving two stars since I got some value from the PT but removing three stars since the business is not run very well in my opinion.

Amazing place for PT! I spent about about 2-3 months attending physical therapy with DPT Noora…read more During that time we spent time assessing and properly diagnosing the source of my back pain. After that Noora used different techniques of treatment such as deep tissues massages, mobility and strengthening exercises, and she even gave me print-outs of exercises I should be doing at home. I have always been a physically active person and I had spent years dealing with back pain and not able to participate in any sports. If you put in the effort Rise will take care of the rest. Thank you Noora and thank you Rise!

I've been through a lot of physical therapy over the years (two hip & two knee replacements &…read moreshoulder surgery), so I know what good care looks like, & Advanced Physiotherapy really stands out. Shan is one of the best physical therapists I've ever had. She has a way of working her magic & I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. She's knowledgeable, kind, reassuring, & genuinely funny, which makes a big difference during recovery. I will miss her when I'm done. Mimi & Majd at the front desk are always welcoming & smiling... honestly, they're so sweet they almost make handing over my co-pay painless. The aides--Neveen, Ayva, Alyssa, Nour, Josh (& I'm sure I'm missing a few!), bring such great energy. They're encouraging, friendly, & keep everything running smoothly & on time. You're in & out, but never feel rushed. Sally, the office manager, clearly keeps everything running seamlessly, & you can feel that positive, family like energy throughout the entire team. I Highly recommend.

This is a well-managed facility with caring, dedicated staff. Victoria Post exceeded our expectations when it came to providing patient-specific equipment, needs and services. Physical and Occupational Therapists were skilled, professional and accommodating. Physical therapy room was well-equipped, cheerful, and engaging. This is an old, but clean facility, and well-maintained. The outside common areas are park-like settings.

I am also realistic, that things can happen in an environment in which there are many people to be cared for with too few staff. My loved one was evaluated by OT and PT, physician and LVN none of which knew he had very poor eyesight until after I divulged that information, which makes a big difference in a skilled assessments. They also were not aware of his baseline before his hospitalization, which was fully independent. This Made me question chart review, and how much information was passed on to the facility from Kaiser hospital. Unfortunately, he fell that night after being provided medication that made him confused even after we had discussed it. If I had a loved one, that was there, I would be questioning what type of monitoring is taking place after medication's are administered, have they reviewed the medical history and discuss the goals, intermediate and long term to be sure everyone is in a realistic and shared place. This fall could have been avoided and is not looked on as positive for any facility but reality is it can happen. What they do to prevent these events is important. Medication, monitoring and be present for your loved one.
