    Fish and chips

Pretty good considering the other options in this area. The restaurant is in the casino and the bar next to it shares with kitchen with the same menu. On Thursday nights they do karaoke at the bar and give $10 in game play if you participate. Honestly, I didn't expect much, but the food was pretty good. The fish in the fish and chips was nicely flakey (thought not really seasoned) and the ribeye was nicely cooked and season. Our server was professional and attentive. We also ordered a salad to share and I appreciate that they brought that first.

This is a fun, funky, smokey casino. If you plan on going find somewhere else to dine. My significant other ordered fish and chips. The fish was mostly batter and over cooked. I ordered clams and linguini. The sauce looked as though a can of diced tomatoes was poured over the noodles without any seasoning. The clams were generous. The server didn't seem all that surprised that I had left quite a bit. She really was doing her best. Again play here, but eat elsewhere.

It was ok. The shredded beef enchiladas were fantastic. Crispy chicken tacos were good but burnt .

Our server was prompt, knew the menu well, and took care of us. Food and latte we ordered were really good. I got the California eggs Benedict with chicken sausage (recommended by our sweet server) and my man got the steak and mushroom omelette. Food was presented with hearty portions and our choice of hash browns or country potatoes. We definitely look forward to coming back!

The staff was tremendous, we had a group of seven and they were patient with us on our orders and then got the drinks and food out quick! We came right between breakfast and lunch and the place was decently busy but we were sat down immediately. The vibes in the restaurant are old school diner with a bright mountain vibe. It's a nice ambiance. The food all around was great; we got salads, burgers, eggs with hashbrowns, sandwiches and everyone was pleased. The value is there too, you don't have to break your wallet for a good meal which is nice. Will certainly come back!

My priority being tripas (intestines), which is my favorite. I think the only thing missing is a good standout salsa. Luckily it's also a supermarket so I just bought a hot sauce I know I like to eat with my meal. The quality and flavor of the tripas was amazing. I drool a little every time I think about it. The horchata was very good as well. My husband got a carne plate and the carne didn't taste great to me, I think it just needed different seasoning or maybe it was an off night for that meat. Doesn't change my mind this place is great! We got a tripas burrito to go. $18 is kind of expensive but it was filled with tripas meat. The lady who works the register and taking/bringing your order is so nice, patient and friendly. The decoration/ambiance isn't amazing and I wouldn't say it's a fancy place but quality over aesthetics is my personal feeling in the subject. I almost wanted to gatekeep this place because it's so good but I had to share with my fellow neighbors. I can't wait to go back this weekend!

Their coffee/drink/pastry window is where you get your drinks, place all food orders and pay. It is open during their entire business hours (normally 7am to 8pm but could be wrong). Their coffee and tea are decent. I haven't tried other options here. Their kitchen has different hours and located to the right of the drink window. It is where all cooking takes places and you can pickup food here. They used to call out names for your food but now has transitioned into a buzzing card calling you when your food is ready. They come in plenty of outdoor seating (no heaters for colder days) and a trailer for indoor seating. It is also close to the garden for additional seating with great views. I am a bit sensitive to smells. Trailer is warm but it comes with smells. Overall, their food is relatively healthy, definitely well prepared but a bit on a pricey side. Some wait time is expected. It has improved during my most recent trip. At some point during Covid, the wait could be 40min. I noticed it has come down quite a lot recently. They come with standard daily options and daily specials. I found them to be quite delicious. Their protein is always well prepared. Salmon is always crispy on the side for the texture and tender inside. Chicken have always been tender and juicy. They also come with a lot of sauces to your liking. They recently rolled out this avocados based green sauce that I am obsessed with. People are always friendly. It belongs to the church so the proceeds go to their church at the end of the day.

Not only was I satisfied, I am exhilarated to report the expertly seasoned flavor, golden crisp texture and assortment of syrups, fruit and whipped cream all played a role in this master piece. Bonus - there's no risk of cross contamination because gf is the only option. Excellent choice. The Santa Rosa omelette had me at the goat cheese (one of my favorite combinations is eggs and goat cheese) but the chicken sausage was the star of the show. Chilaquiles with red and green salsa was perfection, too. The texture of the chips was on point; it is a HUGE serving, easily 2.5 meals a bit sooo good. We made a reservation for noon, but still waited over 20 minutes just to be seated. The restaurant was packed, with a cute interior, although it was smaller than I expected and had extremely limited outdoor seating. We were able to order relatively quickly, but the service was slow overall. Our food took about 40 minutes to arrive, which seemed especially long for a fairly simple order. I ordered the huevos rancheros with both green and red salsa. The green salsa was okay, but I didn't care for the red, and the dish itself was bland and definitely needed some salt. My husband ordered a basic breakfast, which was fine but also needed more seasoning. The hash browns were probably the best part of the meal. Unfortunately, given all the hype, we expected more. While the atmosphere is cute, the long wait, slow service, and underwhelming food made the experience disappointing. I don't see us going back anytime soon.
