Believe me, I've had several OB/GYNs that were VERY professional and VERY friendly. I feel like I'm just a # to their office. No quality service! Just a quantity patient! VERY SAD, especially in this economy where us females are looking for compassionate physicians with good service! OK, as far as the office staff, and I'm being totally generous with a 1 star! When I call, I do not understand how a professional physicians office can put a person on hold for almost 8 minutes (being generous again) to about 15 minutes before talking to you. Where is the phone courtesy of letting the person know that it may take several more minutes of wait or maybe take my ph# down and calling me back? I know there is at least 5 employees there. If anyone out there decides to email them, you better follow up with a phone call to see if they saw your email.... it might fall through their cracks! He is a very direct communicator, which I appreciate. He has never let me exit his office unless I fully understand everything that was discussed and always returns my calls if I have questions/concerns. The reason for my four star rating is because when I call the office, I am usually put on hold for an unusually long period of time. They are a very busy office, but having said that, I have never had a long wait to see him with an appointment.

My first appointment I waited 1 hour, which I see people have issue with on the reviews. The truth is- sometimes specialized care takes time. If you have questions for the care team you expect them to take time with you. The one hour wait is not an issue when you consider this isa surgical office that sometimes has pop up emergency patients. The office was kind to me when I checked in. I saw the Dr. who answered all my questions and had an immediate plan of care going into the appointment. Then I sat with Evelyn to schedule. She is wonderful! So clear and assuring in her demeanor and very knowledgeable about insurance policies. She was also so easy to reach when I had questions post scheduling. Another shout out to Natalie who helped me with all the confusing paperwork that was needed by my work for time off. I don't think I could have figured it out without her! Im still healing, but I feel like I was taken great care of and so lucky to have Dr. Mirhashemi operate on me given his expertise in his field. It seems like it was quite the procedure and he was able to complete it all laparoscopic, something a lesser surgeon could not.

My baby is healthy, happy and I look forward to my next pregnancy being with Dr. Noel. I have been to both the Carson and Torrance offices. Dr. Aronson is highly intelligent, knowledgeable, experienced and has an affable bedside manner! My first appointment with her was about eight years ago. I had not seen an OBGYN in several years because I hadn't had very good experiences with any of the doctors I'd seen before. Dr. Aronson was very understanding and put me at ease. I visited this location, the Torrance office, only once. It was a follow up appointment three days after having a partial hysterectomy. Dr. Aronson checked my incisions, which were healing nicely, and addressed the post-op effects I was experiencing. She assured me that the hot flashes and night sweats were temporary and would go away, which they did after about 10 days. The Torrance office is a little bigger than the Carson office, and I only prefer the Carson location because it's much closer to where I live. The Torrance location is right by Torrance Memorial Hospital. I have only had positive experiences with Dr. Aronson through the years. I'm incredibly lucky to have found such a wonderful doctor!

While I was a bit hesitant on having a make OBGYN, he immediately puts you at ease and the most gentle, caring and nurturing doctor one can ask for. His bedside manner is wonderful and his staff so far has been amazing as well. I joke with him that I have three kids because of him - because I was too sad to not see him for the many pregnancy check ups which is half true!
