After a routine office visit, her staff failed to call and let me know that my BP was high, and Dr. Fluellen called me the following day (Saturday AM), apologizing on their behalf and asking me to go to the ER to get checked out immediately. 2) I'm currently 11 months PP and have been struggling with PP depression; Dr Fluellen and I discussed going on medication, but she gave birth shortly after me, and has been on maternity leave ever since. Another doctor in her practice, Dr. Morikawa, prescribed me an SSRI, but failed to write it for the correct amount or provide me with any refills. I've been without medication for 3 days now, and despite calling the office multiple times, leaving messages on their machine and with their answering service, I've received no response back. At this point, I feel it would negligent to recommend seeing anyone in their practice, since both instances could have resulted in serious health repercussions on my end, and unfortunately I'll be looking for a different doctor to see from now on.

She has so many patients and I'm glad I am able to be one of them. The office is large and clean. Staff is nice. Ample parking. There is a fee for paddling but her office does validate for the 1st hour. She's on the 6th floor. She always leaves me with a smile. She's beyond caring and knows her stuff. She is gentle. Most women OBs are very rough. But Dr. Mellano treats our parts nicely and never rough. I recommend her 110%.

I was absolutely shocked to see the facility when I walked in. It looked more like a back alley clinic. Half of the forms had handwritten places to sign and it was PACKED in a tiny room. My regular doc is at the main Providence facility, so I expected it to be similar since this is also Providence. Dr. Taylor is a butcher. I have never in my life undergone such excruciating pain during a culpo. I have 10 tattoos and a very high pain threshold and was begging him to stop. At one point, I almost passed out and his response was, "just pass out, you're on a table." When I asked how long the extreme pain would go he said "I don't know" and looked at the nurse. There was absolutely NO bedside manner or consideration of the fact that if a 40 year old woman is writhing in pain, something might be wrong. 7 hours later, I'm still in immense pain.

I'm not quite sure why there were some bad reviews on here regarding the office staff but personally, I've had nothing but excellent experience with them. You gotta keep in mind they have a lot of patients so you can't assume that you're the only client that needs help. She is the doctor that is currently scheduled to do my C-section and I hope she ends up doing it as planned because I can feel safe because I am absolutely confident in her abilities as a skilled physician. Pro tip is if you want to see her most of the time versus other doctors I would schedule out as many appointments in advance as possible because she gets booked fast .

I wasn't able to get an epidural in time, but she still advocated for me and supported my request to try, which meant a lot. She also guided me through different positions to help me push more effectively, which made a big difference. I especially appreciated her communication when our daughter's heart rate was dipping during contractions. She kept us informed and gave us a thoughtful heads-up about possible next steps without making us feel rushed or pressured. Very grateful to have a healthy baby and such a smooth recovery so far!

I went into labor 7 weeks early after a very normal and healthy pregnancy, which ended in an emergency c-section, and a month NICU stay for our baby boy. She was at the hospital ASAP after I was admitted, had the most genuine supportive, calm nature during the entire event (coached me through 2.5 hours of pushing as I didn't know what to do). I completely trusted her with my life during the scariest moment of my life. she's one of those doctors I would call a hero. I HIGHLY recommend her.
