Shame on O'Reilly's for recommending this business. The owner is a scammer. He tries to upcharge on everything and is pushy about services you don't need. He even tries to add on made-up warranties you don't need -- the parts you purchase through O'Reilly's already come with their own legitimate warranties. He is sloppy with his work and I had to point out a few things for him to correct and complete. He tries to lie that the dealership and other service shops will charge you 3x the price he charges but I've never had that experience and he is the highest price. He even tried to charge me $150 for a check engine light which O'Reilly's does for free. It's not good he doesn't give a real invoice/receipt. He claims to only take Cash/Zelle for payment. read more

I wouldn't recommend him at all. He is a complete scammer. He makes deals with customers, promising to fix the listed issues but only spends a fraction of your money on the car. I had a terrible experience with him. He demanded an additional $600, threatening that I wouldn't get my car back otherwise. I tried calling the cops, but they didn't show up, so I ended up giving him $300 just to get my car back. read more

The original 5 star review was last year and for the previous owner. This review is current. Requested brake to be checked. Return call from owner was pushing transmission service and not the brake check I requested. The transmission had absolutely no problem. Also they tried to charge for an estimate and was belligerent to my son when he picked up the car. I have never had to pay for an estimate with any REPUTABLE auto service. I had a really great experience with this place. I took my car to them twice so far and they've done a great job. They have provided nothing but excellent service reasonable prices. Rafeh is super friendly, honest and knowledgeable. He was very accommodating even tho I got there close to their closing time. Excellent customer service! Highly recommend them. Maple auto care is a very good Independent Shop with plenty of experience. They can work on anything and very knowledgeable about many different types of cars. I own an AMG Mercedes and have done plenty of work here. Simple oil changes and brake jobs, engine work like Valve cover gaskets, alternator and pulley replacements, and suspension work. I have always taken my car to the dealer for service because we only have one car for the family and are hoping it lasts us a long time! Lately, service costs have been really high at the dealer as we've had the car for 12 years now. Last service, we got a detailed list of maintenance issues and the cost was ridiculously high. I took it in to see if he would tell me the same thing the dealer did and let me tell you ... this guy knows cars and he is very honest! He basically shared with me all issues the dealer had discussed with me, but what really impressed me was 1.) price difference and 2.) he was honest about what needed to be done right away, what I could wait on, and what wasn't necessary. I love this place because the owner does not try and get me to spend money on additional items that are not necessary. Before I bought my Lexux, I asked the owner to check out the car and make sure it was a good purchase. As a female, I wanted to make sure it wasn't going to be a money pit. I felt something not quite right when i started my 2005 chevolet last Thursday. But what can i say, it's an older car, and i didn't want to spend another thousands to send to my dealer for services. So, my friend told me try maple auto care. His family all are very happy with this mechanic shop. So I went there on Saturday, they did work on my car right away. While they were working on my car, i went to the restaurant next to the shop, ate the most delicious karbob. When i came back to the shop, my car is there waiting for me, and when i start the car, it felt totally new again. i drove on the freeway afterward, i didn't notice, i was at 90mph! it runs soooo smooth and powerful right now. I am so happy that i found this shop. looking forward sending my car to service at this shop in the future. THE PRICE is also incredibly reasonable. you got to send your car there. Me and my family have been going to this shop for a long time, however I was not satisfied with my experience. I brought in my car for a check engine light (p0750 shift solenoid). I talked to the owner both on the phone and in person, and agreed to have the shift solenoid ordered and replaced. After several weeks I went to pick up the car, I noticed the back bumper was all scratched up, it was parked completely touching the fence. I was told the part needed was replaced, but the same check engine light for shift solenoid was coming up. I was given a bill for $569.87, that I paid. Even there I was ripped off, as the bill says total $569.87, and I was actually charged $596.87, it never ends. Afterwords I noticed the shift solenoid was never even replaced, the shop replaced the wrong part, they replaced a neutral switch, which had nothing to do with the code or problem. I was told the car did not need the neutral switch, but it cost $295.08, so I was responsible for the total bill. I felt cheated the car was not fixed, and I was charged all this money for repairs I did not authorize, and was not necessary. read more
