Best massage EVER! Elsa is a professional through and through! I usually don't get the hot stone massage because it's too hot. But today without saying anything to Elsa about my fears, I thought I'd give it a whirl. I've been too many massage places. This was the very first time a masseuse warmed up her hands with the stones and kept doing that for a good 2 minutes to make sure my skin acclimated to the hot stones. Then before placing them on me she asked me to let her know if they were too hot. What??? Communication with the client! Elsa is awesome! I had one massage here before and that was also pleasant but Elsa takes the prize! Only criticism I have is when entering in the front door it smelled muggy. The hour long foot massage is simply incredible. The place is very clean and the ladies are always super friendly. I've had the back massage too, which is incredibly relaxing. This place is great! The staff is very kind and professional. No rush for time. I did a 1 hour and the masseuse did a hot stone treatment on me I never had before. It was a great feeling. I've had some bad massages over the years but gaaaa-dammm this had to be one of the worst. Tina had to be my top 3 worst to where I had no choice but to Yelp it. She seems very sweet but massage therapy isn't her true calling. My 97 year old grandma is stronger if that says anything to you and I am a pretty skinny dude. Not applying enough Pressure is one thing but having no technique or flow in her movements is just as frustrating and pisses me off that I have to waste good hard earned money on a inexperienced therapist. For those who get massages on a normal basis understand that good technique is vital to a great massage. Not only does the place charge you to $2 to use your debit which was okay with me, But the worst part was that the lady counted the $5 tip I gave her and then demanded I owe her $5 more dollars. She claimed that for an hour massage its a minimum of a $10 tip. Which is no where states on the price sheet. I had been there once before and never was told that. Not only was it absolutely rude but a tip is optional and a customer should never be put in an uncomfortable and embarrassing situation over a tip. I was really looking forward to coming because of all the reviews I read about this location but I was more than disappointed after leaving. I'm 7 months pregnant and have been in dire need of a good foot massage and went in for one. I called in the morning to make an appointment and even let them know I was 7 months pregnant to see if they needed to make accommodations to see me. I informed them I didn't want work done on my neck and shoulders and basically wanted my feet rubbed for the hour. They said they were able to do so. My appointment went in the exact opposite direction. I sincerely felt she spent more times on my upper body verses my feet. And even when they focused on my legs I felt no relief to any of my soreness. I also arrived to my appointment about 10 mins early so we can start on time and once we did I checked my phone and she cut me 8 mins short. I normally would say something but I felt like I communicated all my concerns to begin with and none of it was executed. read more

Less than mediocre massage and shady. The lady burned me with the hot stones and kept scratching me with her nails. I gave them my credit card to pay and they told me I had to tip her a certain amount because she was "very good" and because I asked her to do a medium-hard massage. Apparently you have to pay extra for that. They would not run the charge amount I requested or give my credit card back until I agreed to the amount of tip they said I had to pay. You'd be happier getting a massage elsewhere with staff that isn't shady like this. read more
