Never go to this establishment! Sam, the manager, got back to me in regards to having to wait 16 minutes for a phone order. He called it a slight delay and a miscommunication. This is the problem with today's businesses. This is not a slight delay. A slight delay is a couple of minutes. Maybe even 7 minutes. 16 minutes is worthy of at least an apology, which I never received. Instead, two people from this establishment said they had phones that did not let them know there Was someone on hold. Get some new phones! Move into the 21st-century! He claimed they tried to get a hold of me and apologize, but it didn't go through. What does that even mean? My phone and email work fine, and they never contacted me. They still won't take responsibility for their actions! I run a business. If I treated customers like this, I would be out of business! I would at least have offered someone in my case, a free meal. The food was good many options to choose from definitely made with a lot of attention but lacked a little flavor in my part , but the crepes were real good ! The place in it self was busy and steady got a table rather quick .. but our waiter I'm not sure if she had a lot on her plate so I'll give her the benefit of the doubt ...but I wished she was a little nicer & more attentive because she was never really at our table. Let me preference my review by stating that I ordered from door dash. I ordered the OPA omelette, which was supposed to come with a side of pancakes. I received the butter and syrup but no pancakes. I was disappointed when the door dash drier handed me the clear bag. I could see something was missing. Trying to make the most of the situation, I tried the omelette. It wasn't good. No seasoning and kinda cold. The potatoes, which I was not aware came with the omelette, were also cold and unseasoned. It was thoroughly disappointing. Fairly large family owned restaurant on a neighborhood mainstreet. For a busy Saturday, they were able to accommodate my 6 family members and in a short period of time. Our wait time inside wa%s a little longer than anticipated, but our waitress was quick to take our order in one go and our food quickly came out together shortly after. The Philly skillet used a very soft and chewable cut, with a stringy mozzarella. We ordered French toast for the table which was most memorable being soft as a pillow and used really tasty fruit and syrup. Coffee was refilled twice and other accommodations were promptly met. Over all a nice family restaurant that has great service. Make sure to stay close to the door as they ask you to not go far when waiting for a table since it's an elder calling your table. read more

Went to breakfast here this morning and let me tell you, it did NOT DISAPPOINT. From the moment my husband and I walked in we were greeted with such hospitality. They quickly sat us to our table, and our waitress Corie soon followed with hot delicious coffee. She was a great waitress, attentive & extremely nice. Took our order . And our food came out in timely matter. And once it did, everything looked absolutely incredible. When it came to the taste it was even better.. Been here twice now and it's great. Surprisingly quick and food is on par with places like Stacked. Nothing was lacking and service was good. Burgers are also excellent and pancakes don't disappoint. The time before that, I had a different server, the food come out, practically burnt the hashbrowns you couldn't even bite into them. They were so overcooked and then when I mentioned it to them, they're like what is wrong with them. There's nothing wrong with your hashbrowns. Yeah they're burnt and the sausage was burnt and the eggs were beyond medium more like well the quality has gone down significantly at Maple & Jam.
