One other criticism I would bring up is that their marketing can be a bit much. Even after you sign up, you will receive calls and texts from their call center and could be encouraged to purchase additional services. That said, the manager at the local office listened to my complaints and waived the cancellation cost when I chose to discontinue the service. Maybe they just weren't the right fit for our house.
