Made a quick stop in here with my family to pick up a couple slices of pizza for her dad's dinner. It was busy but not crowded. There was a very short line. Ordering was quick and easy. Truly don't understand bad reviews here. Today hubs and I ordered enough food to last 3 days on a long cold weekend in - White Pizza (added tomatoes, highly recommend), side of meatballs, wings, spinach and sausage panzerottis, and an antipasto salad. Everything was fresh where it was supposed to be, crispy where it should be, fresh on everything, and plentiful and tasty everywhere. I can't speak to these other brain dead reviewers, but I am very glad to have Marabella's in Winterville. They offer up really quality pizza and sandwiches. Their prices are reasonable for the quality (especially for their sandwiches), and there's a wide of selection to choose from. My recommendations: The Gladiator pizza, the buffalo chicken pizza, their Sam Jones pizza, and their grandmother pizza. The super club sandwich, I'd put up against any sub in town. Some of their other sandwiches, like their philly cheesesteak, are a bit underwhelming, but overall I love this place. I also recommend you go in an try some of the slices behind the glass as a way to get more familiar with their offerings. It's a fantastic deal compared to fast food prices these days. I went on a Saturday night. The restaurant was super busy- the drive-thru had a lengthy line, pickup orders and curb side were busy as well. I got the sandwich #9 (removed the bacon and added the honey truffle). My order came out within 10 minutes. My husband had a Stromboli and that took about 30 minutes to come out. By the time he got his food I was finished with my order, mind you that I am a SLOW eater by nature. His Stromboli was fresh and delicious he said. The manager did a great job in greeting the customer and even passed out some desserts to those who had waited for a while. My only "growth" is to ensure that the employees (the younger ones) to wear their mask properly, especially when they are handling food. read more

Marabella's in Winterville has the potential to be a great restaurant. Cheesesteaks are awesome, pasta is delicious, but the pizza, calzones, and pepperoni roll need some improvements. The bottom crust is always overcooked really burnt most of the time. I don't know if this is just my luck or if anyone else has experienced this. It ruins those items for me and I will not go to this pizza restaurant and order pizza when it is consistently overcooked. Even the top of the roll and calzone is overcooked. They are suppose to be warm, outside crunchy (not burnt) and chewy dough inside. The ambience is family friendly nothing fancy but open, airy, and clean. Plenty of outdoor seating for dining and inside as well. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. read more

Ordered a large pizza tonight with light sauce and Italian sausage, ordered at 6:00 they said 25 mins. I arrived at 6:30 and they said it wasn't ready which I can understand. The quality and service at this Marabella used to be good but has fallen to atrocious. We ordered the lunch special, selected two slices by pointing to them. When the food came out it wasn't even the same pizza selected. They claimed it was the pizza we ordered but it was pepperoni and did not have the sausage and ham we had selected. My wife and I went in for lunch. I ordered a Stromboli , my wife ordered a roast beef flat bread sandwich. We each ordered tap water. The register person said in a harsh was, that is $2.85 for the cup. We could not believe what we heard and asked her to please repeat. She more harshly repeated herself. We just ordered a bottle of water. Our lunch came. The Stromboli was hard as it was a few days old but I accept it. The roast beef was not eatable. It tasted like a salt block. When we presented the problem to the counter person she said we don't add salt to the sandwich it should be ok. After a it's salty, no it's not she asked if we wanted something in its place. I'd heard about the place from a coworker so I decided to give it a try. From the second I walked in the building I was immediately given an annoyed glare but the young woman standing at the register, but of course I did my best to ignore her. I walked in closer to view the menu overhead, and after a few minutes the young woman came up to hand me a menu still with an unprovoked look of annoyance all while avoiding eye contact which is very unprofessional to me. She then proceeded to walked past and bump me which I noticed and yet ignored until she was now heading back to the register and while passing me again she got even closer and bumped my arm again almost knocking my phone out of my hand this time. 01/29/22. I just ordered a chicken Parm with a slice of sausage pizza for pickup and I just want to say that Payton (my drive thru server) did an outstanding job. When I picked up my food I asked for a side of Parmesian cheese and crushed red pepper. The wind was so strong that in immediately blew away part of my order BUT Payton immediately ran outside and rescued my order. This is truly outstanding service. Anyone else would have just said sorry and just shut the window. Payton is the kindest and the most caring server I've ever had. Not Good. Ordered online and add a few items to a single serving of Lasagna and a salad. The bill was $26.00 for one person. I received the food and it was cold. I was there 5 minutes early so it did not sit. I spoke the girl at the window and she explained that the Ground Beef and Green Peppers were over $3.00 per add. WHAT!!!!
