Called up and scheduled an appointment with Jon. Upon his arrival we just knew things were about to trend in the right direction. After attempting to "kick" the starter and run diagnostics on the battery, it became evident that both needed to be replaced. The battery was only a few months old, but as is the case sometimes, there is a chance you might end up with a dud. Based on Jon's suggestion, we managed to get a replacement from the nearby auto parts store, and within a couple days, the starter replacement arrived, and Jon not only installed it but even helped change the oil in my mom's car as well and answer some of her questions and concerns. They said they could arrive in 20 mins. 20 mins pass, I get a call from my insurance company saying the driver was stuck in traffic and that it would take a little longer. I get a call from Pars shortly after letting me know the same. I appreciated the update and communication. David was careful when handling my car and kept reassuring me that my flat was definitely repairable. I arrived at the tire shop and the sales rep immediately recommended I buy 4 new tires before having the tech look at it. I told them I came in for a repair I was not prepared to fork out $400+. Turns out the tech said it was just a small nail and was able to patch it! I'm so glad David gave me the reassurance about my tire. He was prompt, communicative, friendly, and handled my car with care.
