My husband and I had the pleasure of dining at Marble & Oak not once, but twice during our recent visit to Forks to see Olympic National Park. We enjoyed our first visit so much, we came back the next evening for a dinner to celebrate the renewal of our wedding vows for our 30th anniversary. We were thrilled with the service and hospitality of both the owners and the entire staff both times. The food was excellent farm to table gourmet fare spotlighting and elevating the best local ingredients. We especially enjoyed our very innovative and exceptionally crafted cocktails. Dessert was also delicious. The ambiance of the restaurant was the best. The decor was warm, modern and beautifully NON rustic! I can't say enough good things other than get yourself over here for an elevated but non-stuffy fun evening filled with foodie-worthy fare. You don't need to eat another meaningless burger, go out and treat yourself to a meal that is sure to be a memory you'll never forget!

Was not expecting this little gem! Nice option after a few days of camp food. Good cocktails and atmosphere! Was there on a Thursday when they opened and the place definitely got packed as the night went on. Glad we ended up here!

The service was excellent. The food was surprising, delicious, well presented. It's a charming layout, both inside and out. Makes for a wonderful special night out. This place puts Forks on the map for fine dining.

Wish I could give this place more stars, and hopefully they will see this review and optimize - we had a lovely cocktail at the beginning of the meal, and we tried the frickles - fried pickles - interesting taste, but appeared to be small leftover pieces like when you eat all of the full length fries and all that are left are mini pieces - and there were definitely not enough to fill the plate. Note that there were more than shown on the picture, I was late to take a picture. The salad was absolutely wonderful, though $24 is a lot for it - my shrimp were pretty good, there were 6 of them - a little overcooked and served with a lot of an onion or leek mixture - would prefer 8 shrimp and less onion mixture but pretty tasty and the toasted bread was nice, too. The vegetable was spinach and I believe turnips - not bad, nice and fresh, not greasy or buttered too much. Husbands chicken piccata was cooked well, tender and tasty, pasta al dente and lemony and delicious. The true disappointment was the $24 "crunch burger" - both kids typically eat anything except liver, but they both disliked the burger. It looked perfectly shaped as if it were a Kirkland patty, small and tasteless. The bun was small but still hid the entire burger. No tomato, just lettuce, onion, pickle, mayo. All I could see when they held the burgers was bun. The size was as if it were a kids menu item. It was such a disappointment, especially for a $24 burger. I had nothing to offer them, as I only had 6 shrimp. Fortunately we had shared the salad. My husband shared some of his pasta, and we mixed in my leftover onion mixture to add bulk and they finished it up. The kids didn't even want to stay for dessert, and proceeded to chow down a kind bar each and finished a bag of chips once we re-entered the car. They just should t be hungry after a $24 burger. I think this restaurant shows promise, but they need to optimize their menu items, especially the burgers. I still suggest trying this lace, but I wouldn't order the burger.

Came in skeptical -- we're just passing through Forks and honestly weren't expecting much. Left planning that next time we can come back! The menu is straightforward but everything on the plate is clearly thought through. Fresh vegetables, beautifully balanced flavors, and portion sizes that felt just right -- satisfying without being excessive. The kind of cooking that lets good ingredients speak for themselves. Our server Anne was an absolute gem. Warm, attentive, and genuinely lovely to interact. And then the desserts. Somehow even better than the food, the chocolate Carmel cake was best I've ever had. 10/10, no notes.

    Braised chicken and carrots

This place was absolutely lovely. My waitress was so friendly and pleasant. The ambience is great. It's amazing to see such a beautiful place in Forks! I had the Sunday Supper with braised chicken hind quarter. It was moist and falling off the bone. The carrots were cooked to perfection and so fresh. The meal came with an appetizer and a dessert! Highly recommend!

The ambiance of Marble & Oak is one of the coziest restaurants we've come across on the peninsula. They have a great indoor space with a huge bar, soft lighting, and everything on theme. Outside they offer an intimate patio with a great view of the sunset. They offer everyone warm blankets for those brisk evenings. The service and food were stellar. We had the Ribeye, cooked perfectly with this great potato side. The chicken picatta, the crunch burger, and focaccia were excellent. We finished off our meals with chocolate cake and a rhubarb crisp which was the perfect ending to our meal. Drinks were beautiful and full of flavor. Their draft tap handles were made from a revolver and M1911 adding character to the bar. We can't thank the people who worked at Marble and Oak enough for a great family gathering. So happy this place exists!

    Marble cheesecake

Almost everything was closed on Sunday night in forks but found this place. Ordered the ribeye and cheesecake. Both were excellent. Service was great and friendly. Ambiance was nice and well done. I highly recommend this spot. Nicest dinning in Forks.

Wow what a gem in Forks!…read more Nicely curated beer selection- I love that once they finish a keg they swap it out randomly with what they have - meaning each time you come in, the beer menu will be different! After a long day of hiking and driving from Port Angeles to Forks, we did the Hoh trails and were extremely hungry after. We looked on Yelp and this was one of the highest rated places, so we thought it would be good. I genuinely do not understand the ratings. The food was terrible. The nachos were basically just a bag of stale chips served on a plate. There was maybe sour cream on ONE chip. The cheese was literally cold and frozen onto the chips. I'm not even exaggerating. The sandwiches were also extremely bland and nothing about the food matched what the reviews made this place seem like. Even looking through the reviews beforehand, so many of the Elite reviews read like the same forced AI review saying how amazing everything is. After actually eating here, I seriously question how this place has such a high rating. Easily one of the worst meals we had on the entire trip. I don't even wanna put a pic of the nachos that's how bad it was. the sandwiches were actually pretty decent that's about it.

Menu is super straight forward with burgers and salads on the one side and wraps appetizer and soups on the other. Menu is well laid out with lots of burger choices and several salads to choose from. Hubbs had a cup of chowder, came out hot and full flavored. He also ordered the French dip, came with side winder fries, which are big and delicious. I ordered the Oriental chicken salad which was big and flavor filled. Very tasty and lots of chicken!! As this IS a bar and grill, there were tvs on with sports, pool tables being used and various conversations going on...however WE could still talk and be heard w/o shouting. Place is clean, servers are quick and friendly - would return again and tell others to stop by as well. A great place!

We sat down and waited almost 30 minutes without even getting water. The same server walked past me probably 5 times while I was trying to get her attention and ask if we could order, and she just kept ignoring me. Meanwhile, the two white couples sitting right next to us were constantly being checked on and getting service. I'm brown, and after watching this happen over and over, it genuinely felt like I was being treated differently because of my race. Then a guy I was talking to had his son come inside just to ask his parents to order something for him. He looked around 20 or 21, and they immediately kicked him out. He wasn't causing any problems or doing anything disrespectful. The whole interaction was just unnecessarily rude. The ordering made absolutely no sense either. I tried ordering onion rings and was told I couldn't order any more food, while the people next to us were literally still ordering food. Then I was told I could order them for takeout, so I sat back down, and suddenly I was told takeout wasn't allowed either. I ended up waiting around 40 minutes just to order. The crazy part is some of the food was actually really good. The mac and cheese balls were really good and so were the fries. The elk burger was easily the worst thing we ordered and basically just tasted like a regular burger. I probably would've rated the food pretty well on its own, but the service completely ruined the experience. The place inside is also pretty nice. They have a nice bar and pool tables. So mad I ate 7 bites max and threw away their terrible service food. I'm not going to upload any photos, almost threw up looking at it because of the service I received.

They were perfectly fried with a crunchy exterior, all heightened by a lovely drizzle of honey. 5/5 Fried Chicken Sandwich - This sandwich was a monstrosity! If I were Sasquatch, I'd still be full after eating this. They practically put two fillets into one sandwich. The breading was flavorful, and the chicken was incredibly juicy and tender. I definitely appreciated the generous portion size. 4/5 Ahi Tuna - Deliciously fresh and simple. The tuna was lightly seared and served sashimi-style with a perfect rare interior. Being so close to the ocean makes you appreciate how fresh seafood can taste, and they deliver that here. It's lightly dressed with soy sauce and citrus to bring out the natural flavor of the fish. 5/5 Service & Atmosphere - The service was great, and we were seated quickly. We were also warned that the kitchen gets "overwhelmed" with big groups, which we appreciated their honesty. Our table decided to order a variety of items and to share. My mom would've loved the schnitzel but when I asked if they could put the spaetzle and sauce on the side, the waiter told me "no, the chef won't do that because it would be visually unappealing." We ordered it anyway and it tasted good but my mom couldn't try it. I think it would've been fine if the spaetzel and sauce were on the side (would've been my preference too) so it would also keep the schnitzel crunchy. But anyway, we also ordered the seared tuna, which was too garlicky for our liking, the shrimp boil, which was very good, and the fried chicken, which was just ok. My sister sitting in the next booth also ordered the brussel sprouts and that was easily the star of the show! This restaurant allows kids but I'm not sure if I would really consider it to be "kid friendly" since they did not offer a kids menu. All-in-all, food was good, service was honest, and we would probably come back.
