    Beautiful Williams Sonoma tableware
    Sam B.

I enjoy the Williams-Sonoma brand of stores. The stores are always well-curated with the best of the best in terms of kitchenware and appliances. They always have quality name brands. It's one of the best stores for people who love to both cook and entertain! Lots of cute stuff to celebrate every holiday and season too! One thing I really love about Williams-Sonoma is their own brand of products. They always have beautiful designs that catch my eye and whose integrity I trust. The gourmet mixes and treats are delicious and make great gifts. And, of course, you can't get the Williams-Sonoma branded items elsewhere! This particular store is on the smaller side. I actually came in for some kitchen gloves I saw online but they did not have them in stock at this store. Not a big deal because I was in the area anyways and I just like browsing this store regardless. However, I do suggest making a phone call if there is a particular item you are looking for. The shop is on Montana Avenue which has lots of other shops and restaurants within walking distance. Street parking is available but do note that it can get busy at times. Small lot in back.

I am a loyal customer of Williams Sonoma. BUT, a mug I bought from them broke while in my hand. No one returns the ones that break when dropped on the floor, but this one broke by merely holding it. Turns out, neither the store, nor the company honors nor supports the products they sell. If it breaks after 31 days of ownership because of FAULTY MANUFACTURING, it is a "buy at your own risk" policy. No support, no replacement, no standing behind their products. So for all of you who thought they supported what they sell--considering buying elsewhere, especially newlyweds buying in bulk --essentially BUYER BEWARE. There are better stores to shop at that stand behind their products. Williams Sonoma does not.

Broke in my hand while drinking coffee.

Great selection of merchandise at reasonable prices so long as you go to the store. The shipping charges are exorbitant.

Not quite Stepford, but a little bit Pretty Woman "It's VERRRY expensive lady" blended with the twilight zone episode where they are actually all manniquins that come to "life" during the day. I arrived on time, checked in at the front desk, and was told I could browse the showroom while they let her know I had arrived. The showroom was very quiet--there were actually more sales associates than customers, with several sitting at their desks--yet no one approached me to ask if I needed help. I wasn't concerned at first since I had an appointment. After about 10 minutes, I checked back in with reception and was told Marinell was "wrapping up a phone call." I sat in the small waiting area next to the front desk. While waiting, I overheard another sales associate remark to the receptionist something along the lines of, "I don't know why Marinell does this--she knows she has an appointment and keeps chatting on the phone," which suggested this might not be an isolated occurrence. At 3:43 PM, I went back to the desk and explained that if she wasn't available by 3:45 (a reasonable 15-minute grace period), I would have to leave. I had other appointments scheduled that afternoon. I was again told she would be "right over." She never came. At 3:45, I left. This was especially frustrating because I was prepared to spend a significant amount of money on a bathroom remodel and had specifically made the appointment to start that process. With multiple sales associates present and the showroom nearly empty, it was surprising that no one stepped in to assist. The overall experience felt unprofessional and dismissive, and the atmosphere came across as somewhat indifferent to customers' time. I expected better from a showroom with Ferguson's reputation. Unfortunately, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

We came to Kitchens on Montana because it came highly recommended to one of our family friends who used their services for remodeling their bathrooms and kitchen. We knew we had to come here because we totally fell in love with their kitchen. Their design aesthetic is like no other remodeling company I've seen and I was very impressed. We were referred to Lisa by our friend and she was wonderful to work with. We met with her on a couple occasions before the remodel and picked her brain on what she could come up with for our kitchen. Her imagination is one of a kind and she has the best taste (better than my own, I must say). Once they finished, our jaws literally dropped. My mom was so in love with what they did. She was speechless and she is a woman of many, many words!! I'm looking to have her remodel my own kitchen as well once we can get together. Can't wait to get started!

I was equally impressed but more so by my conversation with Moe who listened carefully to our criteria, looked at my "before" pictures then suggested we schedule a free, in home consultation. During that consult he took measurements, made suggestions to create more counter and cabinet space in our 57-square foot kitchen plus budget friendly improvements to the existing bath with just a new vanity and toilet. We returned to Our Kitchen And Bath to select cabinetry, sinks, and faucets. Moe showed us various countertops but advised to make a final decision once the cabinets were installed. Less than a week later he returned a quote meeting our budget requirements and a scheduled start date for first week of February. We had already sourced paint, appliances and lighting, although Moe would have done this for us. We signed the contract and made a deposit with the knowledge that additional charges might arise and they did. We had planned on another company to do the flooring but when we realized appliances would have to be moved twice, it just made sense to let Our Kitchen And Bath do the work. On schedule, demolition/construction began. Thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail, the amount of daily progress, how at the end of the day the crew cleaned up and we always knew what would be done and what time work would begin the following day. Our remodel was completed within one month. We LOVE it! Weird but we're going to miss the construction dust, the minor inconveniences because the entire process, the transformation was actually fun all due to Moe's designer eye, methodical approach, upbeat attitude (nothing was ever a problem) and his highly skilled sub contractor crews.

From my research, it seems pretty easy to find a contractor to do a $20,000+ kitchen renovation…read more However, when I had less than $10,000 to replace kitchen counters, the choices got really slim. I even had a contractor agree to a price, but then backed out of the deal. Moe was the only contractor that suggested keeping our tile back splash, and assured us that his demolition people could preserve it. Everyone else told us that they had to demolish the back splash, as well as the counters. Keeping the back splash saved us at least a couple thousand. Moe had other cost-saving suggestions, and suggestions on how to make the job look better. He has an incredible knowledge of the business and materials, as well as an artful eye. He listens carefully to our thoughts and preferences, before formulating options. Even though we couldn't afford to do the bathroom counters, this year, he was willing to give us his advice, and some ballpark figures. He can supply the sink and fixtures, but lets us supply our own, if we can find what we want at a better price. He removed our old tile countertops, had a seamless Caesarstone counter fabricated and installed, installed a new sink, disposal, fixtures, range hood, and range back splash. Everything except the range back splash was done within 5 days, and we were up and running normally by the end of the week. The finished work is beautiful. The subcontractors that he uses are very skillful, and fast. He arranged for some floor work, and the floor guy did an excellent job, as well. He follows up to make sure that we are satisfied. We will most likely hire him to do our bathrooms, next year.
