Great service and the same great taste. Kids had ice cream and shakes. Marble slab has always been good and this one is no exception. What was really nice is the lady who works there is fast. Many of these you go to and if you dont get ice cream it seems like they have never done it before. Not the case here. She was a regular speed demon. Sampled the new Charcoal Cream flavor and it was pretty good. It's an awesome gray color and tastes like a creamy coffee flavor in a way. I always get Buttered Pecan and you just cannot go wrong. Stopped by here yesterday to get my 4 year old son a sweet treat after a sweaty afternoon at the beach. Lots of different flavors but for 2 kids cups the total came to $9. NINE DOLLARS? FOR TWO KIDS CUPS???! No wonder all the add ins are free, the ice cream is absurdly priced. And the man who served us, while nice enough, handed me my ice cream cup with a huge blackened fingernail. And when I asked for a simple cup of water he handed me a cup with his fingers on the inside of the cup and told me to fill it up at the water fountain. Really? I can't get some ice and water? The ice cream was ok but too pricey (and then they ask for a tip. why? why do you need a tip for scooping me ice cream???!) No thanks, won't be back- I would rather spend $9 on two gallons to enjoy with my kiddo at home. read more

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered a birthday cake one week before I needed it. They called me 2 days before pick up wanting payment, which I gave them and they immediately charged my credit card. So the day comes to pick up the cake and I arrive and the poor high school girl working the front has to tell me there's no cake. Dumbfounded I ask why and there's no real answer just that basically "the order was missed." Irritated, I asked to speak to the manager as they have had this order for one week and have even received payment. She calls to get the manager on the phone who just talks in circles about how the order was missed (even though they called for payment 2 days before) and that I can just go ahead and take any cake out of the fridge instead (these cakes are not the flavor I ordered nor do they say happy birthday" on them) or I can have a refund. I let her know how frustrating this is and that I believe I should be refunded and given one of the back up cakes out of the fridge to make it right on their end. She then has to call the owner to get approval over a $36 free cake, which the owner denied. The manager then calls back and instead of telling me no on the phone, she makes the sweet high school girl tell me no when she knows I'm standing right there upset. Very poor management and ownership to hide behind the girl at the front. We have ALWAYS bought our birthday cakes from there for many family members and we will NOT be continuing this tradition, since they are unreliable and did not make this situation correct. They took no accountability for not producing a product that was agreed and pre paid upon, never apologized and did not care that I ended up with a cake that did not say happy birthday nor was the correct flavor. Do better Marble Slab. There are way too many ice cream places to not take care of your long time customers. read more

We visited on 7/25/2017 around 8:45pm and there was only one young lady working. I believe her name was Dyasin. She had a line of people. Let me tell you this store should be very proud of her. She worked very efficiently and still maintained a very customer oriented demeanor. She fulfilled each order and even had other customers compliment her on her efficiency. Honestly, Gwen made my marble slab experience the best one yet! She was so sweet and funny and she's an amazing conversationalist and y'all need more employees like her. The 1 star is not based on the ice cream itself. On numerous occasions including tonight, we drive out of our way to this location and they are closed. We showed up at 8:40, 20 minutes til closing, and they have the lights off. The guy working was still inside. How do you just close early when you feel like it? I wonder how many customers/sales they have lost because of this. Last time I came he even told me I came just in time because he was about to close down.... it wasn't even close to closing time? Ok, this location SLAMS! (Is Awesome). The ice cream is delicious, the establishment is clean, and the owners are so friendly. The employees are friendly as well. No problems redeeming my yelp voucher unlike at Ben and Jerry's who said they don't accept the Yelp voucher even though it was specifically for their location. Any way, my nieces and I enjoyed our experience. Tip: A regular size cup of ice cream is $5.29 with unlimited mix-ins at the time of our visit. Kids cup (12 and under) was $3.29. read more

DONT BOTHER coming here!!! Tried to pick up a DD order here and even though it says they're open and there hours say they should be open they were closed. (This seems like a recurring pattern for this particular store) I've tried taking my daughter here as well, (on multiple occasions) and they were always closed at random hours when it showed online and on store hours that they should be open! Apparently they just don't update their hours, or they just open and close whenever they feel like it with no notice or set hours idk ‍ but no note on the door stating "we will be back or our hours have changed." Nothing. Whatever the case may be its super unprofessional, and bad for business. Really inconvenient for delivery service as well (which they have stickers on the windows of just about every delivery service in the area) They really need to remove this store from all delivery services, bc they are taking away from other orders and drivers are wasting time and gas going to this place! **sorry for the lack of grammar lol pissed I missed out on money from another order bc I wasted my time coming to this place! read more
