From the beginning, Eric and Cole were very responsive & helpful in assisting us with material and color selections and suggested products with superior quality & durability while staying within our budget. After months of shopping around, we decided to have David's team install LVP, carpet and handle all our millwork and casings which included complicated compound angles on our staircase. Their workmanship and attention to detail was very professional and more than met our picky expectations. The old-school honesty and integrity of everyone on David's team was truly refreshing. Eric managed our project and kept it on-time and on-budget. His attention to communication was impressive & timely even at 10pm at night and on weekends. We requested a few change orders along the way and they were charged at straight time and materials without the extra mark-ups most contractors tack on. Adrian was our onsite supervisor and was there every minute of every day. The flooring lead, Sergey and the carpet lead, Hector kept me informed and made suggestions that improved our end result. The quality of his workmanship wasn't so much the issue- but his attention to detail during the templating process. We chose two granite slabs for a large project which involved a 9 foot island and smaller project for another home. One of the slabs had a river of quartz running through the middle and was templated to be the center focal point of the island. When installation day came, we were surprised to find that the island had no quartz running through the center. We couldn't figure out what went wrong. When the second granite countertop was delivered to our daughter's home for install- there it was. The quartz was placed in front of the kitchen sink. This mistake really showed a lack of caring for customer wishes and a template appointment that was a waste of time. Pretty disappointing. Seams weren't that inconspicuous- I've since had other stone projects with smaller seams.

At that time, the wonderful sales person I worked with on my first order was no longer employed and they have this guy Marlon running the show now. I was candid with Marlon about why I had to redo my floors and needed a new estimate. Marlon was initially very pushy about getting directly involved with my claim even tho I told him I already had a contractor to do the work and I simply just needed the materials. After 20 minutes of saying no to his suggestion he finally gave me the estimate. He quoted me $4.19 claiming inflation impacting the price. Okay fine -- I go get the amount approved through insurance. Insurance approvals take a while so I didn't end up going back to actually purchase the floor until today, July 2025. NOW he's trying to tell me the price for the floor is $5.39. As if the cost of flooring skyrocketed up $2.39 per sqft in a matter of 8 months?! He told me to go back to my insurance adjuster and ask for more money and then it was clear to me this man was trying to take advantage of my claim by gouging the price of the floor. He knew my insurance was a grade for grade replacement and tried to leverage that to inflate what he wanted to charge me. Pure greed. Because how else does a floor go from $3 to $5.39 in 8 months?? Especially when I checked nearby competitors and no one else had raised their prices recently. I did love that floor but the pushy & predatory business practices were simply unacceptable (especially as a return customer) and I ended up taking my business elsewhere -- as should you.

We found them on Yelp after discovering water was leaking from our upstairs bathroom into the ceiling below -- the drywall had already started to collapse. It's a small bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, and washer/dryer, and we assumed it was just a grouting or caulking fix. Timothy came over within hours after I contacted him for a free inspection. He did a series of tests with me that revealed that the entire shower had been built wrong and had been silently leaking water into our walls and ceiling for years. If we'd hired someone who just slapped on new grout and called it a day, we'd still have water destroying our home from the inside out. Their systematic approach caught what a previous contractor missed when we had them out for the same issue two years ago. They rebuilt the shower completely and repaired the damaged ceiling below. The whole project took about two week, and honestly, every single day of that process was impressive. Their communication was outstanding--they stopped to ask questions at exactly the right moments, walked us through every decision, and never once made us feel out of the loop. And they listened to the issues we had with the shower and make awesome design suggestions like a ceiling mounted shower head for our tall daughters and making more storage in the walls that were there. They worked clean, treated our home with genuine respect, and made smart calls throughout the entire project. And then there's the finished product. Wow. This wasn't just a repair--it was a transformation. The attention to design detail is incredible. Tile work is flawless, grout lines are perfect, everything has a high-end, intentional look to it. Our bathroom has never looked this good, not even when we moved in. They clearly take enormous pride in their craftsmanship, and it shows. Pricing was fair for the scope of work, and when you consider they uncovered years of hidden damage that no one else would have found, it was an absolute bargain. He was easy to reach and very direct, which gave me confidence to move forward. Overall, the work was good. The flooring price was fair, but the painting cost felt high. The biggest issue was communication once the project started. I made the prepayment, met to sign the contract, and did my part. But after that, getting a response became extremely difficult. Communication with the point of contact (I won't name) was almost non-existent, which was unacceptable. The workers did their job, but since they do not speak English, any questions or clarifications had to go through the point of contact. This made resolving even small issues frustrating. On top of that, I asked for a little leftover baseboard paint for touch ups. I was told I would get it after the project was done, but it has now been four months and I still have not received anything. Cleanup was also lacking. Like other contractors I have used in the past, they left dust and debris behind, and I had to do a lot of follow up cleaning after they left each day. Prestige Flooring will get the job done, and Vlad himself was responsive at the beginning, which stood out compared to other contractors. But be prepared for poor communication during the project and less than ideal cleanup afterward. Professional service includes timely communication, not making the customer feel like they need to nag or beg for a response. That was the most disappointing part of the experience.
