Dr. Marc Cohen is truly the best ENT doctor I have ever seen and I've seen a few. Last year, Dr. Cohen spotted sinus polyps growing inside my sinuses and he mentioned that it looked like they were growing there for years (keep in mind I've seen other ENT doctors before and none of the others ever said anything). Dr. Cohen recommend sinus surgery soon to remove them and he got me in quickly. The recovery was smooth and he addressed all my concerns. Every six months, he sees me for a check up and CT Scan to ensure the polyps never return and I can now breath so much better thanks to Dr. Cohen. Just brought my teenage daughter to see Dr. Cohen for a persistent sinus infection that has been causing her breathing problems and has not been getting better, despite antibiotics and repeated trips to her pediatrician . Dr. Cohen spent quite a bit of time with us and explained her symptoms to us in great detail and put our minds at ease that indeed, she is getting better and will be OK. Dr. Marc Cohen is by far one of the most professional, honest, friendly and care Doctor !!!! I came to him with Polyp in my throat which effected my voice and my ability to breathe right. I have tried to resolve this few years ago with a different ENT Doctor which literally lied to us and made us spend more than $4000 for an unnecessary procedure with zero results! We were very disappointed and afraid to go to a different doctor, and then we met Dr. Marc!!!! He had diagnosed my problem in his office, explained to us what needs to be done, and within a month or so we were at the hospital after the procedure. I was referred to Dr. Cohen by my PCP. I had been having ear and hearing issues for the better part of 6 months. I called to make an appointment, and they accommodated me quickly. I arrived for my appointment on time, having filled out the new patient data in advance. I waited less than 10 minutes, and was called in. With 5 minutes Dr. Cohen came in, I described my symptoms, and 15 minutes later, he correctly diagnoised the problem, cleaned both ears...properly, and I was on my way. Have had 3 visits with Dr. Cohen so far. He is easy to talk to, does not rush you and does his best to diagnose you correctly. I have never had to wait more than about 15 minutes past my appointment to see him. No wonder why Dr Cohen is ranked the highest rated ENT doctor in the whole San Fernando valley area. I had my turbinate reduction surgery with him last week on the 08/29/2019 which couldn't be more professional and convenient. Dr Cohen was so friendly and knowledgeable that even at the first visit which took place almost a month before the surgery, I already knew that I could trust him with my surgery . Long story short, as soon as he did a diagnostic on my nose, he knew exactly what needed to be done on my nose to make my suffering of not being able to breathe normal for almost my entire life go away. He decided I needed a turbinate reduction surgery and he scheduled my surgery the first time I saw him. The day of the surgery things happened so smooth that I couldn't believe how fast and convenient things happened. My surgery was scheduled at 8:30 am . I arrived at 7:45 am . Doctor was right there shortly after and I was going under general anesthesia right then at 8:30 as planned. As soon as I closed my eyes, I opened my eyes just to realize that the surgery was already done successfully and everything was going great. I didn't have any pain at all . There were two temporary tubes left in my nose to heal for only one week. Today after a week I went to doctor's office and he took the tubes out of my nose in a matter of seconds with absolutely no discomfort or any pain and then voilaaaaaaa I can breath like never before. I feel like I'm born again and I can't be more thankful to Dr Cohen for being such an amazing doctor and human being. Thanks again and again and again . You're the best. read more

Had to have my insurance call them while I was on the phone with a real bad ear infection.
