This was our 2nd stop with our food pass. It's kind of odd because they have Italian food and Chinese food in 1 place. I guess that would be good for a group that can't decide. We went Italian. Sampler platter which had spaghetti (no meat ball), chicken parm and something else. We got mozz sticks for our side. It's the same set up as the other restaurants. We had no line whatsoever though. We picked our plate and went into a different area to "pay." You can sit near the stage and there happen to be a show. The food itself was okay. Exactly what you should expect from an amusement park. On this visit Marco Polo brings back the sliced meats missing on my last visit. This time I went for the rotisserie beef. There is a decent flavor in this, but it was sitting out far too long, causing it to dry out, giving the beef the texture of leather. The roasted potatoes on the side were tasty, but cold. Again, not sitting out in the right environment. There are almost no desserts available--some Jell-O and a slice of cheesecake that looked very tired. Instead, I grab some mozzarella sticks. These turn out to be cold, chewy, and flavorless. The whole experience screams that no one cares. We're stuck in the park, so does it really matter if we serve the guests cold or dry food? Once upon a time, it wasn't this way at BG. Now it is in a race to the bottom with King's Dominion. read more

This is a great spot to get a good meal at Busch Gardens they have quite a variety in one location. You can have pizza and pasta or Chinese. I opted for the kids orange chicken meal today which for 9.99 it is a great price you get a kids drink also They were out of noodles but the fried rice was decent and the chicken was just right a little crunch to it and all The staff are pleasant and there is plenty of seating so you can dine and take in a show Tonight the Skeletones put on a great show full of music and beautifully choreographed read more

Surprisingly good food for being located inside of an amusement park, Busch Gardens. Interesting that this section of the park is about Marco Polo and celebrating his return from the Silk Road, hence some eastern Asian style cuisine as well. Rush comes and goes, bummer that the cannoli section wasn't open. Prices are expensive (bc inside park obviously) but felt like portions were big and definitely filling. read more

My family and I came here multiple times during our two days at Busch Gardens. They have quite the variety of cuisines available between Italian, Mediterranean, Asian, and wood fired flatbread pizzas. The three of us ended up trying just about everything they offered. It is a cafeteria style system where you grab a tray and tell the workers what you want. The portions are large and very filling. All the stations offer desserts or fruits, and various sides to compliment the different cuisines. For dinner on our first night, we opted for the Asian. My mom and I ordered the sampler with fried rice (you have the option between rice or noodles). This included orange chicken, Mongolian beef, Mongolian chicken, and stir fried vegetables. We both got a side of fried chicken dumplings. My sister opted for the orange chicken served with fried rice and a side of spring rolls. This was all satisfying and we were very full after this meal. My mom and I really liked the Mongolian beef and the rice! The following day we came here for lunch and opted for the Italian. My mom ordered the beef cannellini w/ a side caprese salad, my sister ordered spaghetti & meatballs w/ a side of grapes, and I ordered the Italian sampler w/ a side of mozzarella sticks. The Italian sampler included a portion of beef cannellini, chicken parmesan, and spaghetti with red sauce. This was so much food. The beef cannellini was definitely my favorite, my mom also enjoyed hers as well. My sister liked her spaghetti and meatball. The mozzarella sticks were pretty average, but satisfying. Once again, we left very full, but enjoyed our meals! For dinner on our last day we returned. My mom ordered a spinach, tomato, & artichoke flatbread w/ a cannoli. They wood fire the flatbreads fresh per your order, so you may have to wait. My sister ordered the chicken Parmesan w/ a cannoli. And I ordered from the Mediterranean station, opting for the beef sirloin w/ a side of garlic bread. The beef sirloin was surprisingly tender, with great seasonings. It was served with sautéed zucchini & yellow squash, seasoned red potatoes, a pita, and tzatziki. This was probably the healthiest option there, besides a salad. It was the perfect size and was really tasty. Loved the beef sirloin and it paired perfectly with the other components of the meal. My mom's flatbread was really good as well. The crust was nice and thin and the toppings were ample. My sister also enjoyed her chicken Parmesan too. Both my mom and sister really liked their cannolis and agreed it was a perfect way to end their meals. My side of garlic bread was basic, but so tasty! Overall, we enjoyed all our food here. It wasn't the best food ever, but it did the job, and was satisfying. We enjoyed all the various cuisines and I would definitely recommend coming here, they have something for just about everyone! read more

It was a bit confusing how to order as there were separate stations for the different ethnic type foods. It was easy to locate the Italian food as it was the first type of food, you come to. Then the next station was pizza/sandwiches/salad and the last station was Asian type food. I ordered spaghetti with marinara sauce, which was ok though not as tasty as I had remembered it before. The sauce had a slightly sour taste. The type of salad I got wasn't that good with too many tomatoes on top with cheese. The cheesecake was delicious! Large, spacious "cafeteria" in Italy boasting a variety of international inspired offerings: Mediterranean, Italian, and Asian entrees along with dessert, salads, and bevs. To me, grub here is very good quality in above average portions, creating high value. Helpful staff during the first use of our family's all-season dining passes, entry pass add-ons that include 2 entrees per visit, 4 hours apart, limited to 8 locations @ $140+ tax per person. Mongolian sampler platter came with choice of noodles or rice with veggies, beef, orange chicken, and Mongolian chicken. Server gave me double chicken since I wasn't feeling the beef. Tender proteins, flavorful stir fried veggies and warm, soft rice. Orange chicken definitely delivered major orange/citrus flavor, like fresh oranges were juiced into the glaze. My wife said the same about her orange chicken salad. Youngest son opted for the meatball sub with fries; sandwich was heavily sauced with good sized proteins on fresh bread. I visited Busch Gardens today to take advantage of my Dine all day pass that I have not used. I enjoyed the new signature artesian flatbread! The ingredients were absolutely delicious! Service was good because there was a little bit of chaos with a large group ordering 10 cheese pizzas at once. Due to that reason my flatbread had been sitting out and wasn't fresh out of the oven. This is a brand new addition to Italy this season. It replaced the Italian Resturant that had been here for years. Look forward to a terrific new menu & delicious food options. You will notice clever use of acquiring more square footage inside by moving the checkout/drink area outdoors. This was real estate not utilized and allowed for added checkout lines. A wall was built along the front to accommodate two food stations and opposite self serve drink stations. Everything was clean, bright and inviting. The cafeteria flow your accustom to at Busch Gardens works well at Marco Polo. The key is the stations for different varieties of food. So choose which one, because your not compelled to stand in a single line. The six stations include Mediterranean Market, Italian Kitchen, Stone Hearth Oven, Asian Grill, Garden Favorites & Deserts. There is plenty of room inside to move around and tons of staff manning the areas. Every station displayed magnificently. I was in the mood for Italian and did a trio of eggplant Parmesan, lasagna & chicken. My wife the wood fired pepperoni pizza, kids an adult spaghetti with bread & a kids meal of chicken fingers. The checkout was friendly, but took too long. The cumbersome process of most that have season passes not scanning was the issue. Awesome that it saves 10% and this is welcome. A new system park wide to scan your own card is coming this Summer. However, if the reader is not identifying the bar code I see no difference. Napkins, plastic wear and other condiments are in the checkout area. Seating remains the same around the stage. It was very clean and staff was prepared for flying napkins which occurred at our table. Let's get down to what is most important. How did it taste and the family value. The taste was on par with say an Olive Garden which for me is above par. The value is fantastic for park food. Our family ate with no desert and limited drinks for under $55. This is such a welcome addition to the park.., BRAVO Busch Gardens. It's NEW, so expect it to be busy during peak Summer weekends. I can't wait to return. read more

This is a perfect place to go if you're wanting something Italian or just some noodles. Strictly a cafeteria style set up, you come in and go the line where you see what type of food you want. There's an Italian side where you can choose from eggplant or chicken parmesan, beef cannelloni, or flatbread pizza with toppings of your choice. They also have salads, Greek salads or gyros, or Asian noodles with vegetables. I found the food to be very delicious. Unfortunately, we came on a Saturday night where they were having an awards ceremony with a ton of high school kids so we literally had no where to sit, we had to sit on the ground. Other than that, I was very impressed with taste of the food, the selection of food, and the price. (Not too expensive). read more

Probably the best lamb or beef you'll have at any amusement park. We had the lamb which was very flavorful, but the beef looked just as juicy. Both dishes come with potatoes, a veggie medley, a pita piece, and tzatziki sauce :D read more

For amusement park food, this was slightly above average. The chicken Parmesan had to be my favorite, it wasn't bland or soggy. It had a nice breading to it and enough flavor. The spaghetti and beef spinach lasagna was good too. One plate for $12 could feed about 2 adults. Save your money and just share one. The cheesecake is on point too I forgot what flavor it was but it was layered with vanilla and espresso. Seriously happy we found this gem, giving it a 4 for the location too.
