This is the best delivery in the area. Nothing else holds a candle to it. The crust is good; the sauce is good; the cheese is good. You have to get at least those three things right, and Marco's does a good job. The toppings seem fresh and of pretty good quality as well. I've had a few delivery times run a little long, but the pizza is hot when it gets here. I think that's because they are good and they get busy sometimes. I think it's a totally different problem if the pizza arrives cold and that has never happened to us. We always order online. I made a mistake once and selected pick up instead of delivery. I called and they corrected the order and didn't charge the additional delivery fee because the website had changed recently which probably caused me to make my mistake. "Voted America best pizza"? You've got to be kidding me. This location sends out a ton of coupons in the mail hoping that you'd be a sucker enough to give them your business. It's not worth your time, even for a free pizza. The pizza is horrible and it's only a matter of time before this location closes. Avoid this place! The pizza is good but they get an F on customer service and execution. We have had 4 issues with them and for some reason we keep praying that things will get better. They delivered a pizza totally cold They delivered a pizza with the wrong toppings They never showed for pizza ordered for a tailgate at my son's school that ios maybe 10 minutes from the store and then had a terrible attitude when we called to check on the delay Tonight we placed a pickup order. A simple sausage and pepperoni and were told 15 minutes. When my son arrived , 15 minutes later, he was told that the pizza would be ready in 5 minutes. He waited about 20 minutes and then one of the workers asked "what pizza he was waiting for". He was then told that the pizza had been sitting there. Why wouldn't they have informed him that the pizza was ready. I have an answer to all of the above. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! Just because one can afford a franchise does not make them a good franchisee. The owners just happen to be from another country and one that businesses and customer service are drastically different. They don't actually have store fronts and bartering is the norm as such each transaction happens to be a debate and customer service never enters the process. So I ordered some pizza for my kids and an hr later they showed up with someone else's order....no big deal. Called them they are going to remake my order. Another hr later same guy shows up trying to charge me full price for my 3hr wait. Refused and went to Little Caesars. Never again Marcos read more

I am surprised by many of the negative reviews. Both times I ordered online, I literally had the pizza delivered in less than 30 mins. The drivers have been friendly and easy going both times. The ingredients are fresh and I like it better than other chain pizza places. Will definitely order from them again. read more

Pizza review. I rate this pizza a step above papa's or dominoes. The toppings are decent and the meatball toppings were real chopped up meatballs that had a nice Italian taste to them. Coupons online or in the mail make this place the best deal in town. They have a small dine in seating area. No delivery problems. read more

Horrible. I will never order from this place again and will tell everyone I know about how this store conducts business and treats their customers. On 2/19, the delivery person forgot to deliver a portion of my order and went back to the store to get the remainder of the order. Stupidly, I signed the check and gave it to the driver. After 25 minutes, I called, spoke to Mary, and asked that the portion that was not delivered be credited back to my card. She told me a manager would process the credit the next day and I was see it in 2/3 days. I asked to speak to the manager and was told one was not onsite. I then asked for the manager's name and was given the name of Akeel. On 2/23, after waiting four days, I called the store and asked to speak with the manager. When I asked for the manager's name, he hung up on me. right off the bat, just hung up. I called back a second time and the same manager picked up. I explained everything to him and told him that I didn't appreciate being hung up on. I then asked for his name and was told, "Bill Clinton." The manager then offered to give me the item for free the next time I ordered, however I told him that I was never going to order from them again and asked for the item to be credited back on my card. Again, I had the date, person I spoke with's name (Mary), and check number from Sunday night. I then asked for the Regional Manager's name and "Bill Clinton" gave me Akeel's name. When I stated that Mary had told me that Akeel was the store manager and that I wanted the regional manager's name, he told me that Akeel was, in-fact, the regional manager. The conversation going nowhere, I then told him that I would make a complaint to the Corp. office and asked him, again, for his name, to which he responded "go-ahead" and hung up on me, again. I have never had a problem with his place in the past, however, this is inexcusable. This was a very simple screw up, one that is bound to happen and is easily addressed. The restaurant did not deliver food they charged me for and failed to follow up with the refund. All because a manager was not working on a Sunday night?? Secondly, the manager on 2/23 hung up on me, twice, refused to give me his real name, and also refused to give me the name of the regional manager (which I asked for twice, as well). Such a shame. Looking at the other reviews, I see comments about the rude managers which are almost identical to mine, one is even over a credit... SPOT ON - stay away from this business. I ordered pizza at $14.43. and paid tips with cash. When I saw the card statement, it shows $24.43 They put Tips $10 dollars themselves. The store worker Sam, is very unfriendly, even though he said he will fix the wring tip amount within few days, I feel so bad to go through this with his attitude and words. Placed my order over the internet and they had it ready to go when I requested, so I thought that worked out nice. I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza and they put so much BBQ sauce on the top that I had to scrape most of it off. The BBQ sauce was so heavy that the pizza became soggy and fell apart when you picked it up. I am a regular customer at Marcos Pizza in Alpharetta. I order the same order every time I place an order. It is a deal that they have online 1 large specialty pizza and 1 large 2 topping pizza for 23.99. The driver showed up with 1 large 2 topping pizza and 1 small specialty pizza. The driver was no help. He said all I can do is call them. So I called and and spoke with Rachel. She said she would give me a credit for a large specialty pizza for my next order. I said great make this my next order and send it on. She said it would be 45 minutes and hung up on me. She was rude the entire time she was on the phone with me and then hung up on me. They never sent the pizza and the manager said he would not give me a credit because it was an online order. They are rude and not people of their word. read more

Just picked up a call ahead order and when we got home realized that the order wasn't what it was supposed to be. When I called and asked them to deliver a replacement, they said they couldn't do it because it was put in as a pick up order. The guy even said, "Oh yeah - that was totally my fault." So, I asked if he could credit my card back - his answer was "Yeah - I COULD do that, but it would take me like an HOUR!" Needless to say, I got upset (long day - this was our daughter's weekday birthday dinner choice - ugh - very frustrated.) Then he offered me some dessert pizza and I told him that I didn't want that. So, he said, "Okay - I'll credit you for a future pizza." So, at that point I was like, fine, whatever, I'll just deal with it. ****Fast forward about 15 minutes and there's a knock on our door. It's a delivery guy (super sweet kid, very apologetic) and said, "My boss apologizes for any issues and wanted me to bring this out to you." I asked, "The guy on the phone - was THAT your boss (he was kind of rude, but so was I, so I get it)?", and he said, "Yes ma'am, and he apologizes again." WELL - that was a very pleasant and unexpected surprise. Do not order or go this branch of Marcos Pizza. After waiting for over 2 hours for a pizza we cancelled the order. Still don't have out credit after 3 days. Owner totally unresponsive , won't call us back. Driver arrived at our house after 3 hours even though we had cancelled. read more
