The food and customer service is always great to me! My meal is well prepared from my experience.

Absolutely tasteless. Rubbery cheese, blah crust, watery sauce. A frozen pie from the grocery is better than this.

After a long day, we just wanted a Marco's pizza. I checked Google, saw this nearby location and placed an order around 9:15 for a 10pm pickup. They had great promotional deals on the website and bought a large, 2 topping pizza, cheesy bread, and brownies. We arrived at 9:45pm, chose curbside pickup and was about to "check-in" when my pizza was brought directly to my window. I thanked the woman, asked for some plates, and she also brought me napkins, Parmesan and peppers. It took about 10 minutes to get home, but let me tell you...my sister and I enjoyed every bite of that delicious pizza! It was piping hot and just PERFECTION. There was ranch and marinara in the cheesy bread box that was delicious. The brownies were gooey and decadent. It was honestly the perfect meal after a long day with no real meals. This Marco's was great and we had a wonderful experience. It will become my go-to location. It was just up the road from Target, so super convenient and they just got this order perfect that I will definitely be coming back! read more

I had the pizza bowl yesterday with pepperoni, bell peppers and mushrooms and I was very disappointed about the amount they gave you for the price you paid. The amount in one tray that they show in the commercial does not come anywhere close to how much you get in 1 tray in person. The size of the tray was 1/3rd the size of the tray in the commercial and in this tray you only get 1/4th of the size of the tray. The taste was there but the amount and the quality that you pay for of the pizza bowl was not there. This is the first and last time I will be ordering from Marco's. read more

I just took a minute to read through the reviews I'm shocked at all the one and two star reviews our pizza was excellent and I'm giving them five stars the only complaint I would have was they didn't have any clear diet soda. I am completely blown away by the low star reviews of this Marcos pizza. We have been utilizing them for the last seven years and I have never had a problem except for maybe a missing garlic cup which they immediately fixed. I have had zero issues with this restaurant in fact, I feel like they've gone out of their way, especially during Covid to provide good quality pizza to those of us who did not want to venture outside due to respiratory issues. I think this is a wonderful store and you should absolutely give it a try. We have never had a problem with any of our pizzas, the delivery time, everything comes hot and fresh, and I'm going to order a pizza right now just to give them more business! read more

I'm changing from 4 stars to 3 stars. I had a deep craving for buffalo style chicken wings a couple of days ago and placed an order for 15 BBQ (for my kids) 15 with Buffalo sauce and a Large one topping pizza. No hot sauce on my wings. Barely a drop of BBQ sauce on my kids wings. Thankfully I can and did make my own sauce for the wings, but what a let down. I'm not sure why there would be sauceless wings, but that was enough for me. Not coming back. Absolutely hands down the most disgusting food from Marcos I've ever had... We ordered wings, my wife and I had taken a bite and realized the chicken was rotten... I went back and asked for the manager and the guy looked at me like I was stupid. What a jerk... I explained the chicken was bad and asked him to smell the box... he said we serve fresh chicken and only the best... BS.... it was rotten.... I ordered a pizza and the delivery driver told me that his tip wasn't enough? Ungrateful people. Be thankful you got 15% tip from me on a $12 order & you have a job while others are laid off during Covid-19. New to the neighborhood, I received a coupon for a free pizza. Can't beat that, especially when my days have been spent unpacking. I was a bit hesitant to order from them because of their Yelp reviews so I kept postponing it. Finally I decided to try it out. Tia answered the phone and was extremely kind. She took my order which I explained I would not be picking up until an hour later. When I arrived, Tia remembered me and also remembered the fact that I would not be there until 9:30. She made certain to have my pizza fresh and piping hot by the time I arrived. The timing was perfect and the pizza was actually very good. I used to order from the Holcomb Bridge location when I lived in Roswell, and it was consistently my best delivery pizza I had. When I moved to Alpharetta last year, quality was still great at this location, food was hot, pizza was excellent and the breadsticks where drowning in garlic and cheese. Recently though I noticed that on Uber Eats, wings have been "sold out" since January, but just on that app - so no one has bothered to update it, and after my most recent order last week I've vowed to never order again. The pizza was underbaked, and the breadsticks had almost no cheese, no seasoning, very dry. It was like coming from a completely different company. Two sides to this store. The pizza they make is pretty good. Crust is great and generous with the toppings. However, that is where the good ends. If you try and get an order for delivery, you might want to start several hours before you want it. The confirmation email will say something like 35 minutes. If you go online and follow your order, at some point it will change to be over an hour out. The last two took 2.5 and 2 hour respectively, with no offer of compensation or an apology even. Ordered online at 6:15pm on a Sunday night. Got a call shortly after that it might be another 20 minutes on top of that. No problem, they were new in the area and was excited to try them out. After an hour and a half and no pies, called and was told that they were on the car to go out, explaining that they had issues causing a shortage in drivers. After another hour passes, I call again and am told again that they were on the next car. After another half hour (this makes it 2 1/2 hours), I called and cancelled, so never had a chance to try it. The manager apologize, but did not offer to comp the delivery charge, or offer the pies at half price, but just asked us to tell the driver we didn't want them when he got here. That last call was a half hour ago and still no pizza. There are enough non-chain options in the area that deliver that I see no reason to give them another chance if they cannot back up their apologies. read more

This location is brand new. It opened about a month ago. Ordering a large three topping pizza was easy and it came out in a good amount of time. The pizza was tastier than I thought and it was piping hot. The crust was very good and I think the toppings had some quality to them. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They even said goodbye when we left. For a local pizza chain, I think they are worth considering for lunch, dinner, takeout, or even delivery. If you are looking for authentic New York style pizza, then I recommend going somewhere else. This is not to take anything away from Marco's as I feel that it will be patronizing them in the future. read more

While i cannot vouch for the quality of their food because i have never eaten here, while picking up a door dash order i was greeted with absolutely awful service! They were not busy at all yet took almost 30 minutes to deliver the door dash pickup which should have already been made by the time i arrived. After expressing my concern, i was given rude responses and told that there were other orders ahead of mine (even though i was picking up a door dash order and the resturaunt was practically empty). We usually order our pizza from Marco's. For the most part, the family likes it just fine. Tonight, I didn't want pizza - I wanted a salad. BIG MISTAKE! I ordered the Chicken Caesar Salad and thought it would be a nice big salad since it was touted as "serving 2". WRONG! It was much smaller than their nearby competitor, Zaxby's - and was not worth the $6.99 I paid for it. Here's my breakdown: 1. The croutons were stale. 2. The chicken was almost non-existent, five small pieces of chicken like you would put on a pizza for a 2 person salad. It also tasted very much like the pre-cooked chicken shortcuts you buy at the grocery store. 3. The salad is advertised with a lettuce "blend". I don't know what blend it was, but it was all iceberg lettuce. Needless to say, the salad made it into the trash before much of it made its way into my stomach. Lesson learned - do not buy a salad from a pizza place. It's not worth it! read more

I live five minutes away and hadn't ordered from Marco's in some time. Now I remember why. I had a 50% off coupon, so I figured it'd be a great time to use it for a huge dinner for the family. I placed the order at 8pm on Saturday evening. The worker on the other line said it'd be about a 40 minute delivery; fine, that's do-able. An hour goes by and nothing. I call 10 minutes after that and they tell me the driver is enroute and should be there shortly. 15 more minutes go by and NOTHING. I call back and she then proceeds to tell me there was some sort of mix up and they were going to comp my meal (they didn't even call me to tell me that!). I was thankful, b/c I would have canceled the order on principle. Oh and they not only forgot the dipping sauce I would have paid extra for but they didn't include the salad dressing that came with the salad! It took me over an hour and a half to get pizza, from a place that's 5 minutes away! Plus, my kids (who had never had Marco's before) told me that Domino's was better! LMAO. I don't like to order pizza delivery, as I prefer to go to a location like Antico's, etc. But, when you need pizza quick you expect that delivery will be within an acceptable time frame. I honestly will never order pizza from here again. If I had asked a turtle to bring me pizza it would have gotten here quicker. If I find myself needing pizza on the quick, it'll be Domino's - which is 1/4 down the road from Marco's to begin with. read more

We saw all the bad reviews and thought it wouldn't be as bad as that...but we ordered at 7:50 and it's almost 10 with no pizza. I had to call in an hour ago and the guy that answered the phone was so sweet and apologetic - he even credited me for the order, which is absolutely the right way to handle a situation. That might have saved our business, but they'll definitely have to do much better next time. This review is just for management to do a better job staffing for their needs and at some point, if you're overwhelmed you just have to be honest with people and stop taking orders. read more

This location at 13800 Georgia Highway 9N, had overcharged me on a previous order, and after I had brought it to their attention, they had applied a credit of $10 on my account. This was a few months ago. Today, when I called in to place an order and use the credit I was told by Jeffrey that there is no credit on the account. This is very unprofessional. If you are giving a credit to a customer you should honor it and if there is an expiration on the credit, you should let the customer know. read more

I recently ordered two medium pizzas from this location. One was supposed to be cheese and the other, half pepperoni and veggie. When the pizza was delivered both pizza's were half veggie and half pepperoni. I called and and tried to explain my order was wrong and the manager had the nerve to argue with me and yelled at me saying I ordered the pizza wrong. I just couldn't believe this manager was arguing and yelling at me. He would not send me my cheese pizza. I will never order from Marcos again. I thought to myself well PizzaHut is the same thing but with multiple toppings. We decided to go ahead and give this place a green light and try it. Like 1 hour and a half later we finally got our pizza delivered. It tasted alright. Reminded me of Chuckee Cheese Pizza.
