My order took about 15 mins to be ready, which was because they were making the wings fresh. They have a screen behind the counter showing the approx wait times for the order. The wings were packed well and survived the drive home, so I imagine they would stay good for delivery. They smelled so good, my uber driver who drove me home asked me about them and said she was going to go there after her shift lol. Def recommend!

I was pretty disappointed then but when we came around this time, I was so happy that they changed it for the weekends. The staff were all so nice and helpful. This location is slightly different- I like that the Troy location has a few extra utensils on each table (extra paper plates, chopsticks, forks, gloves). They gave us a couple extra napkins but they were pretty small (napkins used for drinks). We ordered the kimchi fried rice- which is always delicious and pretty consistent. And a medium (16 pcs) Gangnam style- our favorite. Yes, it's pretty pricey but the chicken is worth it! It is definitely better enjoyed at the restaurant, so the chicken doesn't lose its crisp. Highly recommend if you're in the mood for KFC.
