The pizza was made to perfection. Toppings evenly spaced and the most even cuts. Whoever made this obviously has either been there for a while or just naturally cares. Bonus was I got Marco's plates without request! Berea Marcos never disappoints. read more

Every time I order from here it's always a problem. So I rarely order from here. I ordered two pizzas one cheese thick crust. One pepperoni pizza extra sauce. Plus I only needed 8 more points to fulfill my rewards points. I get to the place to ask for my order it's nowhere in sight. They go to the back of the store to get it, it had no paperwork on it. So they had to ring it up they said it was two orders the same so they took it to the back. ‍ This makes no sense. For now on I'll take my business elsewhere I don't trust these people. You can see the rewards after this order it would have been full but look how many points I need now. read more

Five stars for complete incompetence. Imagine looking at your life and realizing you are the manager of a mediocre pizza place that requires six phone calls over a 2+hour period To get a cold pizza delivered to a house 7 minutes away. Now imagine defending your Circus of a business by actually admitting "we've had a lot of mis-deliveries and wrong orders tonight" ---Yeah, I bet! A driver showed up to my house,pulled in the driveway and sorted through a bunch of Marco's pizza bags only to tell me that he did not have a pizza with him. this was at the hour-and-a-half mark after the order was placed. A pizza driver that is not carrying any pizzas. To be fair to the driver he told me it was his second day so I don't blame him for this but maybe Marcos could give people a little more training before we just send them out the door, yeah? 3-4 phone calls later and each time the person on the phone tells me that the driver will "arrive momentarily" So since incompetence, just like sh*t, rolls downhill.... You've got a manager on the phone defending employees that she just hired but hasn't trained properly, hasn't apologized to the customer for anything or offered anything at all to the customer except for a 2 1/2 hour old, cold pizza with coagulated cheese, pepperoni and dried mushrooms. She did manage to tell me to calm down several times since I started yelling after her stammering, weak insistence that her driver had in fact delivered a pizza to my house already because "the GPS shows us he was there". Hey genius manager: the GPS shows you that he showed up to my house but did he mention that he showed up empty-handed without a pizza? your GPS isn't a magic crystal ball--COMMUNICATE with your employees! The second time I called to check on the pizza somebody answering the phone should've been competent enough and empowered enough to jump into action and rectify the situation instead of requiring several more phone calls. A FRESH Pizza should've been delivered. I mean it's been over two hours and you're the manager and you can't figure out that a cold, hours-old Pizza is being delivered to the customer now? Perhaps you and your crew could pool together your collective common sense and figure out how to put a fresh pizza in a car with a driver and deliver it seven minutes away. If I were the manager I would've also thrown in something else just for the trouble I mean how much do breadsticks or Wings really cost you, especially since you have the audacity to serve hours-old meat and dairy to humans! (alerting Ohio health department ) Apologies are free but I didn't receive one of those either. I didn't pay for the cold, coagulated pizza but I still tipped the 2nd driver. If there's any food poisoning due to the unsanitary food you delivered that had been sitting God knows where for two hours, I'll bill you. read more

I am surprised by the bad reviews here. We have been getting pizza here for years and it has been consistently high quality. The employees have been helpful and pleasant. We always use the coupons, again with no problems. The pizzas are made quickly with no mistakes to our orders. We like that the ingredients are plentiful and fresh and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommend. Also, they are always busy, so they have many happy customers. read more

When I ordered my food I was told a specific time to get the pizza. When I got there a paid with cash I was told it will be ready in a couple minutes. Needless to say 20 minutes later and them having to remake my entire order because they forgot something I was told I will receive a refund. When I asked for my refund then, which I paid for with cash, I was told it will only be given in form of a store credit under my phone number. I just asked why I can't have my cash back which I paid with and was told I was being taken care of with a store credit and to leave the store. read more

Let me preface this with I would much rather have mom/pop pizza than a chain, but as far as chains go, this Marcos in particular has their stuff in order. They are easy to order from (online) and almost every time I have ordered my pie has been ready or delivered in the promised time. They do a great job for an under $20 dinner for the family and keep me coming back. I would highly recommend this pizza shop to those who don't want to pay $20 for a large pie but I would stay away from the wings. They are pretty bad. read more

DO NOT ORDER MARCO'S PIZZA! The pizza is average and the service I would not wish upon ISIS. Upon first moving to Berea I thought I found a nice pizza place but wow did it go down hill fast. The second time I ordered Marco's, my entire order appeared to have been dropped as both pizzas were smooshed to one one end of the boxes and folded over. Another time, I was feeling generous, and gave the delivery driver an $18 cash tip on a $22 order. He looked at his hand and turned with not a thank you to return to his car that had rap music blaring so loud that he would likely have had hearing loss at the age of 25. Because of this, I did not order Marco's pizza for quite some time. Recently Marco's sent me a coupon reading "Should we send out a search party?" The answer is yes because I have had a horrible experience every time I order your pizza. So lets give this another shot. This was the most recent and last time I will ever attempt to order marco's pizza. I was out running errands and my wife called to order pizza with the coupon and she specifically asked if we needed the coupon. The person that took the order said they did, so she decided not to order. He told her that she could take a picture of it and send it to my phone. After arriving to pick up the pizza, the person at the front counter refused to accept the photo. I continued to explain that the person that took the order instructed her to send a photo of the coupon. A second person chimed in that the coupon is required while holding one up and slapping it like they were speaking and demeaning a child. "You need to pay full price". I asked why my wife would tell me that a photo would suffice. I was told that she was a liar. With this... I went somewhere else to get pizza that night. The great thing about pizza shops, they are everywhere. It is simple... I will never order from here ever again. To the owner... Please keep all employees at your store. I do not want them being released to infect other businesses and would prefer the dysfunction remain with you. read more

Marco's Pizza on Bagley Rd has to be the worst shop ever. The GM is dirty his clothes are dirty he smells horribly and employees say he wears the same pants without washing for weeks. He smokes outside with his jacket on and then goes in and makes food still wearing that jacket all day long. On several visits I have heard him berate his employees as well as hearing his District Manager do the same. This company needs to look into who is running their business before it hits rock bottom. read more

I ordered pizza and was told that it was about an hour wait time. I thought that it would be worth the wait. When my pizza arrived, I tipped the driver, eagerly opened the pizza box to find pieces of the pizza were displaced. Some pieces were upside down. I called and they apologized. The employee said that I would be put on a priority list and they would deliver a new pizza free of charge. I waited for 30 minutes for my 2nd pizza to arrive just to have the same thing happen again. It was at this time, I delivered the pizzas back to the store. Although the cashier was very nice, I wanted to talk to the manager and he wasn't there. Summary: I wasted 2 hours in time- tip money from the original delivery and gas money to "delivery" their pizzas back to them. I won't be back. read more

I've not found a pizza around here I like. I received coupons in the mail. Thought, "eh, another of many pizza joints trying to drum up business" ... Coupon prices seemed too good to be true! A 15 minute pick-up time. Perfect! This pizza WAS Soooooooo hot, fresh and yummy! No cardboard crust! You could taste the cheese! The sauce was even tasty! Still have a few coupons left! As far a pizza goes this shop is not bad. Unfortunately, the management changed two or three years ago and things have gone down hill from there. I would not order fabulous food from a shop that treated their workers the way the manager of the store does. My husband and I have ordered carry out pizza from here several times and have not been disappointed. Tonight my husband ordered carry out Marco's large deluxe pizza and ordered bar b q wings for me. This is the second time I've gotten their wings. Again they were great. I loved them and my husband loved his pizza. We will keep ordering from them. My husband had ordered on line. Order #223. I understand online order times are not alway punctual, however my promised time was 7:45pm and I received my delivered pizza at 8:27pm. I am sorry I didn't write sooner, but I chose to enjoy my lukewarm pizza and the company I bought it for before writing. I called the restaurant at 8:00pm to ask where the pizza was. When I explained the issue, without being overly upset just asking where it was, the employee on the phone respond with "uhhh yeah. It just left". I repeated "uhh yeah, I just need to know how much longer". Clearly, she understood how rude "uhhh yeah" was because she hung up on me before I could finish my sentence. I then called back and said I would like to make a complaint about who I just talked to, employee on the phone responded with "yeah, that was me". The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because when I called back the manager handled the situation with respect and great customer service. She offered a coupon, I told her that I was not calling for anything free, just wanted to express how disrespected I felt. She explained to me that the pizza was on its way, but the driver had another stop first that was right by my house, which I understood because I have worked in the pizza industry in the past. I thanked her and thought that would be the last of it. I received my food 27 minutes later, now 45 minutes past the promised time. When received, it didn't come out of a heated delivery bag, which I would understand if it is just easier to get it out of the car and to the customer, however the food was lukewarm and needed to be heated in a microwave. We had looked at other pizza places, but the wait was too long so we chose elsewhere, which we regret. We would much rather have to wait longer for a place that cares about customer satisfaction, or at least gives semi-warm food. Probably not ordering from this Marcos again, and since it's the closest too us, and that wasn't promising, we probably will not be ordering from Marcos for awhile. read more
