My husband ordered a half and half specialty pizza. Half should have been "deluxe" and half "Hawaiian ". Half was brilliant the other half had only pineapple. It should have had chicken and bacon in addition to pineapple. They offered $5.00 off the next time. I am not sure for $5.00, there will be a next time. Do better or don't bother. read more

I am a regular customer as their BOGO sales on Tuesdays are difficult to resist! The pizzas are delicious and are always hot and recently with plenty of packets of cheese and red chili pepper flakes. The management goes above and beyond to be of service and have happy customers. They helped me deliver a pizza to a new family that was moving in, which turn out to be very a very good thing because they accidentally locked themselves out and really appreciated the hot pizza. They have called me if the service will be late or different for any reason. I really appreciate the care and follow-up which they give to their orders because that reflects on the care they must put on their food. read more

For a place that used to have the best pizza in town and great customer service all I can say today is "Meh". They got the order wrong; I asked for "hamburger and mushroom" and I got Ham and Mushroom. I had received a mail-flyer for Marco's. So, after a long day of work, I decided to give them a try instead of making dinner at home. That was a decision I regret. I ordered online and received an email confirmation. The online tracker informed me when the pizza was made, and ready for delivery. More than an hour after placing the order, I still had no pizza and no further updates. So, I called the local restaurant to be informed that my pizza had been made and was sitting, cold. The delivery person never picked it up. They offered to re-deliver "in 20 minutes," for a $5 re-delivery fee! I was promised the $5 would be refunded. Another 40 minutes later, the pizza was delivered. I wish that I could say it was worth the wait! The pizza was beautiful- covered with toppings, and looked just like the advertisements. But the greatness ended there. The pizza was almost room temperature, soggy, and greasy. I will say that the pepperoni tasted amazing but that is a he only compliment the pizza earned. I have no complaints. I order from this location often. The staff is always friendly. The pizza is always delicious. It's my pizza chain of choice. They don't have a customer service line for issues, so I'll use this. If you order, be aware that they likely won't send a driver, and expect it to be delivered via uber eats. If you opt to pay cash, your order will sit at the restaurant until you call. Management will only comp off the delivery fee or throw in the cheapest item off their menu free and expect you to pick it up. I got a text from Marcos saying it has almost been one year since we ordered from them. It was a nice reminder so I ordered online today to check them out again. Horrible mistake!! I learned my lesson last year and forgot. Their food is terrible. We ordered a pizza with white sauce, pepperoni, and spinach and a side of 10 wings. When we got the pizza home it had no sauce. I feel like this location of Marco's used to be great, but they've lapsed into constant inconsistency. Over a year ago, every time I'd order I know I'd get a great tasting pizza delivered in a reasonable amount of time. Now it's become a gamble... some days it's late, some days it's burnt... I've ordered their chicken dippers, they were hardly cooked at all this last order, I checked making sure the middle was white, and that I wasn't eating raw chicken... but they were cold and soggy when they got delivered to me. These guys are PHENOMENAL!! The pizza is good but it's a chain so obviously they are doing it right. But we tried to order on the app and it never did confirm the order so we got on the website and ordered instead. Well when we arrived they said they are working on it and will bring it to the car. Well a minute later they came out and said they had two orders in our name and wanted to make sure that we did that on purpose, so we explained the situation about the app not working so we went through the website and they notified us that our card would be charged twice but they will cancel one of the orders and the money will go back on the card. My friends I don't usually eat chain pizza but when I do, I prefer Marco's Pizza. Then again I'm not most interesting man in the world so take this with a grain of salt. The extra thin crust is particularly enjoyable. The crust is ultra thin and crisp without being dry like a cracker. The New Yorker style crust is respectable. The tomato sauce and cheese are better than average and the toppings in my experience have been fresh. They offer a variety of crust and sauce options (i.e. garlic, Parmesan, ranch dressing applications to crust and regular vs white sauce offered in light, regular, and extra servings). The Italian Salads were fresh and crisp. For the cost its a great value. I'd like to give them 3.5 stars for being king of the chain pizzas but alas the Yelp ratings system doesn't cooperate. read more

Good pizza and good location for most who live within the area. However, the takeout online order pickup experience at this location needs to be improved. About 2/3rds of the time I get stuck behind 1 or 2 people who have an unfortunate issue and I end up over hearing the whole story from beginning to end (which I do not care to hear or know about and it is unavoidable due to the smallness of the space), someone that is ordering in person and taking too long, or someone who is picking up their order and paying in person and will not stop asking an abundance of weird questions before they finally leave. In the meantime while one or more of these scenarios are going on, I end up staring at my prepaid pizza sitting on the shelf behind the cashier because I ONLY show up when my order status says that it is ready for pickup. I am ONLY interested in picking up my pizza and getting out of there and on with life ASAP, not waiting on other customers to have their peculiar issues resolved. There needs to be a self pickup area for takeout prepaid online orders or a separated different line for the same. I don't typically write negative reviews, however after the same scenario happening over a dozen times in the last few years I think it's warranted. Delivery times for this location are always set for maybe a half hour and take close to two hours on average to actually be delivered. On several occasions I have called to ask where my order is and I'm always told "it's on its way" only to get cold food delivered very late, and more than a few times it's been the wrong order. It's a shame because there are not a lot of decent pizza delivery places near me and I generally like Marcos. read more

I called as soon as I received it and told them about the pizza. They said it was fresh. I ordered from them before and it was great. This pizza passes the party test. Delivered (!) hot, fresh to my door an hour before going out so I can get some "belly waddin" before the vodka onslaught. I got the large, meat pie (wait was that one of *those* euphemisms?) with thin crust. It was positively covered in pepperoni, canadian bacon, sausage and smokey bacon. It was square sliced which I love cause it makes me feel like I'm not eating as much, and it had a nice crunchy thin crust. You can request a complimentary dusting of your crust too with parmesan or garlic. Eat a few slices, NOT enough to make your belly pooch out before puttin on your tight clothes, and you're ready for the night. It was there waiting for me when I got in at 4:30, BY MYSELF. Loaded with all the meat I would need for the night (or that's what I kept trying to convince myself....sigh). And it was there for me at 10:30 when I got up a little hungover. The pizzas and sandwiches are pretty good when they are done correct. Problem is that I have a family with food allergies and I order specifically for that and still end up getting sandwiches that have the items on them. Then I call in and they state they will give a refund which I didnt see and they even stated they would put a credit on my account for next time. Call in the next time, "we dont put credits on the account, just issue a refund". Okay so I lost out on two meals, two different times. I should have learned the first time. It is a shame because the food is good when its right. I am also a supporter of veteran owned businesses as I am a disabled veteran but you have to treat people right when you say you are going to and two times in a row is too many times. I would give this place negative stars if I could. I ordered 1 large pepperoni pizza and 2 large salads. When my order arrived the pizza was Lukewarm and wasn't the right crust. When I went to get the salads there was no dressing I paid extra for. When I opened my salad the spinach they put in my salad was so wilted slimy and nasty that I picked out every single piece out of my salad and took a picture of it!! Marco's has always sent discount flyers and mail advertisements to my home so I was not unfamiliar with their name. Using an online discount code, I hesitantly called in a order on 'hangover day' because with the exception of one other Texas establishment I am not a huge fan of Austin pizza. I just had to post on Marco's Yelp Site that their pizza is amazing! After ordering a large for delivery and devouring it without so much as one picture snap the next week we even placed another order it was so good. Our first order was the baked extra crispy pepperoni which their online ordering platform gives you so many options (crust thickness, how much it's cooked, light or heavy on any ingredients, etc).
