Found a hair in my pizza ....then went up there to tell them about it They tried to offer me a replacement pizza ....no thanks ....totally disgusting .. Especially when u walk in amd see the guy that the hair belongs too can I post pics on here? I would like to preface this by saying, I am not a person that writes reviews. I worked in food service and understand how difficult it can be. Tonight we ordered a pizza online at 5:16, it was promised at 5:31. We showed up at 5:30 and was informed that there was a problem with the system and that they were behind but my pizzas should be done in 15 minutes. No big deal, we went across the street got something to drink. Came back at 5:45 and was again told it wasn't ready, but should be done in 15 minutes. Mind you there were 4 people in the back not one person making pizzas and not a pizza coming out of the oven, and they have a lobby full of guests. The manager (Jesus) was ignoring customers and when he would answer he would make rude short answers. TO CUSTOMERS THAT HAVE ALREADY PAID AND WERE ONLY WANTING FOOD OR A REFUND. I honestly prefer their pizza over their competitors, but the service at this Marcos is absolute and utter garbage. Nobody has a clue what's going on, and guidance for management is nonexistent. Heard good things about this place, but after today's experience, won't be going back. Placed order at 510pm. Promised at 615pm which is long compared to others, but maybe they're really popular and busy. At 6pm I check their app and it's shows enroute (on its way). I go outside and wait. I called restaurant at 630 and they tell me pizza had left way earlier. They offer to call driver. They call me back stating that driver was lost. Really? I live 5 min away. At 640pm driver shows up. Tells me that they are low on drivers. So which is it? He then has me sign receipt on his phone (cool - very techie)!!! So with smart phones and mobile payment apps, driver doesn't have Waze or Google Maps to find my house? Or was store lying? Either way, not ordering from them again. The guy told me over and over that it was for carryout only, despite my reading the coupon to him several times. I told him that I will never order, eat at Marcos. I had recently moved to a new RV park and arrived home after a 20 hour work shift to find I had no food left and outside every restaurant delivery range. Will went out of his way to find other stores that may deliver and although we did not find somewhere he was willing to go he extra distance to get me my delivery and I cannot thank him enough. My wife phoned in a pizza recently, intending to pick it up in a few minutes. But then her shopping took longer than expected, and Brian (the owner) called to check on her. She apologized for her bad timing, and told Brian she'd be there shortly. When she arrived, Brian handed her a pizza straight out of the oven - he'd thrown away the "old" pizza because it wasn't completely fresh. Wow. I had a great interaction with the employees however, they told me they were out of medium pizzas and would give us large for the price of a medium so, I ordered 3 pizzas instead of 4. When I got there, two of the pizzas were size medium and the large was charged as a large. The employee also formed me that it was my lucky day because they had just run out of cheese. After my billing issues on August 8th and the posting of my concerns and displeasure, the owner, Brian, contacted me by phone almost immediately after the post and we discussed my situation as well as his side of the story. He agreed that I had not been accurately billed, apologized for the error and reported he would talk with the general manage as well as with the employee who had taken my order and billed me incorrectly. As a follow-up to the first call, Brian again called to report he had indeed talked with everyone involved in this billing situation and that it will not happen again...WE WILL SEE!!! read more

I'm revising my rating upwards only b/c the owner called and explained the delivery restriction is being imposed by corporate; not his fault. And he gave me an acct credit for the 'less than' salad. We really like the pizza. However learned yesterday that they will no longer deliver to our home...even though they have done so for a year. Location is outside of their official delivery map so we can't place an order online, but phone orders were always accepted for delivery. Not sure if it is a new owner or manager policy, but it is disappointing either way. So I picked it up yesterday. Pizza was good as usual. However the large garden salad was very disappointing. So this is a pretty new pizza place in our area. I think it's been open a couple of months. So we decided to give it a try. I called and ordered a large pizza with 2 toppings and the cost was over $18!!! They didn't tell me about any specials or offers. They said it would be 35 minutes before it could get here. As a note, we are literally 5 minutes from their store!!! My order was placed at 5:05 p.m. and at 6:15 I was on the phone trying to cancel the order - I was on HOLD for 14 minutes trying to cancel!!!! Just as I'm talking to the manager to express my desire to cancel and my TOTAL disappointment the delivery driver shows up. I asked the manager WHY my simple pizza was $18! He said I should have asked to apply a coupon. He said he would make a note in my contact information and make it up to me with my next order. Well, I was so ticked off I thought to myself, ha, there's not gonna be a NEXT order. Steamed about everything I take delivery, we open the pizza and it looks average. I took a slice and it was LUKE WARM! There was very little sauce, too much crust AND I ordered green olives and I swear there were only about 6 whole olives on the entire pizza!
