The wonderful woman who took my order was learning the POS system and is a participant in their training program. She was kind, capable, and welcoming, and it was clear she was being supported, not rushed. It felt good to be part of that moment. We also popped next door to Sunflower Hill and purchased the most beautiful handmade items: a wind chime, a soap dish, and a candle. Each piece came with the story of the person who crafted it, which made them feel like true treasures, not just purchases. This company is doing something really special: making a genuine difference in people's lives while offering an outstanding product and experience. However, I have extreme food restrictions, and I did not see anything that I could eat because I am dairy free, processed sugar-free and gluten-free. I never would have guessed I'd be going to a ham store for breakfast tacos, but here I am, having done so a number of times by now, because there's really no comparison to their breakfast tacos. Look, lots of folks in Texas carry breakfast tacos. Almost all are good. These, however, are GREAT! The Jedi are my favorite, I think, with the Apache a close runner up. The dragon is delicious if your tongue can take the heat. The frigas is a nice classic you won't regret. Also, my kid's pancakes have been consistent good there. Everything has been great. I should really come back for a ham sammich lunch sometime--they look good. But, meanwhile, I'll definitely be back for their tacos again soon--maybe tomorrow, because just thinking about them has me craving them again. My husband enjoys their iced tea. This restaurant is consistently amazing. It's always clean and the people are always so friendly. They have sandwiches and they have pizza. They have a nice mint bowl on the way out which my husband always takes some of those. You can sit in and dine or you can go through the drive-through and they also have an outdoor patio so you can bring the dog. One of the significant things that I love about this restaurant is they make their own bread. Their bread is a sourdough and it is clearly the best sourdough I've ever had!
