Food has always been delivered piping hot. Melty gooey cheese to the edge. Now the regular breadsticks are dry and tasteless. Next time we'll order cheesy bread. Had the thin pizza 1/2 & 1/2 and Marco's skimped us on our extra black olives and feta. Pizza cheese is bitter here. The Greek salad is one of the best I've had so no dings there. This is our first time trying Marco's Pizza and it was really delicious! The kids loved it and gave the cheesy bread&pizza, rave reviews. We can't wait to try some of the specialty pizzas. Little Caesars is usually our go to but that's definitely going to change. Alexa(I hope I got that right!) was so friendly on the phone and when we went in to pick up our pizza, we decided to add cheesy bead to the order and was met with a smile and not a sigh! This was the only place I ordered my pizza but since the pandemic it has not been what it use to be. I've ordered pizza being overcooked (burnt) around the edges and the pepperoni curled like little cups! Called and manager was nice to replace it. Just ordered large pizza and it was dry not enough sauce and just was not tasty. Tired of calling. Hopefully the staff will be more consistent and stable after the pandemic is over. read more

So, after having gotten just plain sick and tired of Domino's and their so-so pizza, crappy customer service and delivery times, we switched to Marco's last year, and have been really pleased ever since. The pizzas are very tasty and we've recently branched out into their subs as well. Their delivery times are consistently excellent, frequently arriving five or ten mins before the quoted 35 minute delivery. This evening after having ordered a pizza and sub for delivery, the time dragged on and the delivery was nowhere to be found. After an hour from my order time, I called and spoke with Shelby the manager and made it clear that even if the delivery showed up in the next minute I was not interested in eating food which had been prepared 45 minutes ago, to which she agreed that it was way too long and not acceptable. She subsequently cancelled the charge on my cc, restarted the order, and had another driver bring it out (pretty quickly too). She even comped the re-order, which I was not expecting (I was expecting the order to be recharged, which I was fine with). Good on you Marco's for hiring quality people like Shelby. Her handling of my complaint is an excellent example of managers taking responsibility and making good customer service decisions. This Marco's is great. Best pizza we ever had, the staff is great and helpful, so fresh. We have left our normal pizza chain, we are pizza lovers, nothing like our weekly or bi-weekly pizza night for us, good movie & pizza, & this is only our 2nd order. Priced higher than we are used to, but so worth it! We will continue to always order from Marcos, of course though it will not be possible as often as we used to, again though, my daughter recommended it to us time & time again but the pricing was higher than expected so we didn't try it. As a damn Yankee, I think I know about good pizza. This is it. The prices are reasonable, the service is fast and great, but the pizza is outstanding. If you like sausage, you will be very satisfied with the huge chunks of deliciousness. I like many of the local pizza places, but this one is by far the best. Request your pizza slightly well-done and the cheese will be browned ever-so-slightly to perfection. There is another Marco's pizza further north on the parkway, and it just doesn't compare. If you are lucky enough to live near here - go grab a pie and enjoy. If you don't live nearby, it is worth the trip every time. PS - Their subs are as good as their pizza! read more
