I placed an order on Sunday through the website. It told me that my promised time for delivery was 6:31pm. I was tracking my order it said delivered I gave it like 5 more minutes thinking if there was a problem the driver or the store would let me know. At that point I called the store thinking the driver dropped it at the wrong house I did ask for contactless delivery. The store told me that the driver had just dropped off the order in front of me and to give him 5 more minutes. Then at 6:42 I get a call from the driver telling me he can't find the place. I then give him directions over the phone and I have to stand outside and wait for him. 3 minutes later he pulls up and I take the order from him as he is saying I know this was supposed to be contactless but I couldn't find it. He hands me the food and I tell him it is missing food. He looks it over with the receipt and I show him on my phone the order. He then says ok I guess I will just go back and get it. He then leaves. An hour later I call the store to inquire what was going on. I talked to someone and explained the situation he then said let me get the manager. The General Manager Ben as he told me before we hung up gets on the phone and says ok I refunded you what you are missing. I was like really I making multiple phone call having to stand outside and wait for my food on a contactless delivery. Then you are going to get on the phone to say here is the refund for your missing item and just dismiss me like I'm inconveniencing you. I explained to him the driver told me he would be back with my item and never showed back up. He then says well we are out of them so it's not his fault. I was like really you're out of them. So now I'm even more pissed because you were happy to take my order for an item you didn't have but I basically had to beg for a refund on something that I should have never been charged for. I guess if I would've never called to find out what was going on I would have just been out the money. I said to Ben the General Manager so you are ok with all I had to go through with here's your refund now go away. I said are you kidding me that is the best you can do. I asked for a corporate number or someone higher than him that I could talk to he said I don't have a number for corporate you can google it and that he is the General Manager of this place. This is a sad way to do business trying to steal peoples money and giving horrible customer service. Maybe it's time to retrain Ben or maybe he doesn't need to be the General Manager. read more

Do NOT order through Yelp/Grub Hub. After waiting 1.5 hours and the Yelp app telling me the order was delayed and it kept pushing back the time. I finally called Grub Hub customer service and was told it was left on my porch an hour ago!! Had never been to Marcos Pizza before tonight, so glad I went. Service was excellent and the pizza was perfect. We ordered the, "All Meat" pizza. A crunch where it's supposed to be, not too thick and not too thin. Perfect amount of toppings, Great tasting flavors! Can't go wrong with Marcos Pizza! read more

I ordered a small steak, pepper and cheese sub, and got a fairly empty sub roll. What was in there was so over cooked it tasted like shoe leather. Well we asked for a thin crust but ours was more like a cracker no flexibility also what happened to olive oil that used to drip off the slice? Speaking of slices or "large" pie had about 30 of them. You only need slice a pizza into 8 slices no matter how big. In all fairness I have used Marcos pizza in Englewood and theirs has more toppings and decent to eat. Sorry not happy with this one. We ordered pizza for delivery through Grubhub after a long day. Delivery took about 45 minutes which was reasonable and it was contactless delivery so just left on the door step with a ring of doorbell for notification. Pizza wasn't super hot but it was very good. We ordered a large Hawaiian that came with plentiful toppings of ham, bacon, pineapple and I think onions. I ordered a XL "The Works". it looked and tasted like the veggie toppings were just thrown on after the pizza came out of the oven. We are 5 miles away, even though they have delivered to me for over a year, they could no longer support that. Sad to say the employment landscape is so bad they can't get drivers. Got delivery on a whim, also wanted to get the $6.99 medium pizzas, ended up costing more with the crust toppings, I suppose, but was definitely worth it. Came fast and tasted very fresh. Got the old style pepperoni on one and the meatball on the other. Both were excellent all the way through. Not a dry pizza at all, but that's not a bad thing for me. The sauce had a good flavor and a little kick. The pepperoni was really good and flavorful. I've ordered Pizza from here only two times. The first time I thought the poor quality was a fluke, but the second time confirmed that they just don't know how to make a decent pizza. Both times I ordered an extra cheese pizza. One time a medium the other a small. Both times the top of the pizza was burned an bubbled halfway down all of the slices. I didn't think it was possible to mess up such a simple pizza so badly, but this location went above and beyond and excelled at mediocrity. There are much better options within 1-2 miles. Don't place an order close to closing time! Website says get your order in by 9:00PM, we got our online order in at 8:45PM. Delivery estimate was 9:30PM. We received a call from Marco's at 9:20PM saying they could not complete our order because their "ovens broke."
