This is my second review. And I cannot stop being amazed! My first experience was great. This one is even more than I expected. BTW, their menu is not just pizza, folks. There are salads, calzones, subs, etc, something called "CheezyBread' etc, and three desserts, and more. (I actually ordered the CheesyBread this time and OMG! Please stop using door dash to deliver. The last 3 orders we've had delivered have had issues. Our last order, the GPS took the driver to the wrong address and we had to direct him here. I called back and sent over a picture to let them know that I was the unsatisfied customer and they tell me that there's nothing they can do that that's how the pizza comes out. I've ordered here plenty of times and this place is just going downhill. 10/14/25 I put in an order for delivery at 6:30 pm it didn't get delivered until 8 o clock AFTER I called to get an update on my order. So I waited over a hour and a half for the WRONG pizza and a warm salad. Let's be real it's Marco's it's never busy/packed I'm not understanding why it took so long to get delivered. When we got to the location we showed them the coupon we wanted to use and the guy on register was rude and said they don't take coupons but proceeded to get his manager. You remember back in the day when the range for delivery was within 3 miles? Apparently that has changed. I used to live close enough that I would just go over and order. Being a pizza chain, they make a very good pizza, good sauce, nice crust, and they put a fair amount of toppings

One delivery driver and they continue to take delivery orders. I got an email notification that my pizza was ready, 30 mins later still no pizza at my house. I call and the girl says oh no, it's only been ready for 5 mins, then why would you send me email notifications all along the way; pizza be constructed, pizza baking, your pizza is ready? Is your system broken that it sends notifications 25 mins before a pizza is done? I had to go pick up my delivery pizza because they weren't sure when the one driver would be back and they had A LOT of delivery orders. Turn off the delivery option and don't inconvenience the people who keep the lights on and pay your bills/paycheck! read more

We grabbed some pizza, cheeseybread, and cinnasquares from here this weekend. On our pizza, we ordered pepperoni, bacon, onions, and jalapeños, which came out pretty good! The cheesybread was warm and fluffy, but for some reason I didn't love the pizza sauce dipping sauce. The cinnasquares were also pretty good, but I didn't like the icing - it tasted plastic-y to me. Overall pretty good experience and would def go back, but it wasn't knock your socks off mind-blowing or anything. read more

It was the best, hottest, freshest pizza I've ever had delivered to my house from any pizza joint. He was kind and so helpful when it came to ordering. I have ate here many times it's a weekly occurrence! NEVER, has my pizza been as hot as it was. Me and my husband were taken aback and so pleased because we haven't had "great" pizza from there since we first ordered and kept us coming back. I have had Marco's in the past about 8 years ago in Kansas. I really liked it. Pizza was good and the garlic bread was delicious and the price was reasonable. I tried it again here in vegas, I was very pleased with the pizza one of the best I've had and all ingredients EXCEPT FOR THE CANNED MUSHROOMS I absolutely LOVE MUSHROOMS but I am so disappointed and disgusting with canned mushrooms. That ruined it for me. I will be back but I warnyou if you like mushrooms do not expect fresh mushrooms!! For that reason alone I won't order for myself but I will for my kids if I'm in the area. I just don't I understand how they could ruin a good pizza by putting canned mushrooms on it. Everything else was spot on. Otherwise it would be a 5 stars from me. I was just at this Marco's Pizza location on 10/29/2023. I ordered a pizza online using the X-Large Hot Deal that was offered. The total came out to $28.17. When I arrived, they gave me a large pizza and the receipt did say said large. However, I explained to Anna, who said she was the manager, that I ordered an X-Large. I rebuilt the order online via my phone in front of her and showed her exactly how I made it. The cost came out exactly the same as what was on the receipt, except online it shows X-Large. She stated that it wasn't their fault. It could be a system glitch or my fault but it wasn't their fault. I asked her how it was my fault when she can see exactly how I ordered it and that it was exactly the same as what was on the receipt, down to the coupon applied, except for when it was processed it changed my pizza to a large? I told her I understand they built it the way the receipt said and I know it wasn't the people who were making the pizza's fault, but system error or not it wasn't my fault either which she could see with her own eyes. She said she could remake the pizza or give me back $5.00 and I said I just want the pizza I ordered is all, I don't need the money back. She said okay then she'll have to charge me more for the x-large, which I again stated that makes no sense because you can see that I ordered an X-Large. Why would I pay more for something that wasn't my fault? I was absolutely upset by that point. So finally had my pizza remade without charging me. When she went to the gentlemen making the pizzas she stated in front of me where I could hear that apparently we wanted the pizza bigger than what we ordered. I WANT WHAT I ORDERED, NOT bigger than what we ordered which again IMPLIES WE ORDERED WRONG. So I asked for either her boss's contact information or a complaint card which she said she had nothing but I could leave my info. I highly doubt it'll ever make it to anybody worth hearing. By that point, I was furious and started this review. I left and she was completely condescending. I said to my husband I still don't think this pizza is right but I don't care at this point. She said it was right. I then looked to make sure we got our original receipt, and she said that's your original receipt. I told her I don't need her to talk to me. I was walking out, she said have a great night or something to that extent knowing exactly how upset she had already made me. So I absolutely did say screw you to her which I would not deny. All of this could have been avoided if we JUST GOT THE PIZZA WE ORDERED. I NEVER placed blame on them. I told her I could see it was a system error coming through to them however it's not my fault and I just want what I ordered. She continued to blame me, tell me it was my fault, tell her employees it was my fault, and when I confronted her tell me she wasn't saying that? If she is your manager, she needs WAY better training. I'm not proud of myself for saying screw you to her, and I absolutely did let her get to me which is what she was trying to do in the first place but I will never be back to this location. First and last time having Marcos Pizza. Beware of Anna and make sure to take a screenshot of your online order. You'll have to defend your competence just to get your correct order that you submitted the right way. read more

Food was better than your chain pizza joints. The crust wasn't soggy or greasy perfect amount of toppings, chicken wings were a good size as for Buffalo sauce I wasn't a fan, it was more tangy for some odd reason then spicy. If your not a fan of chicken skin there was a lot on the wings and were more soft than crunchy. My first experience with Marcos was pretty good. I usually get my pizza from Pizza Hut or Papa Johns and I've been curious about Marcos since moving here from San Diego. I liked it!! It's not amazing but as far as pizza goes it's a good "chain" pizza. I had a pepperoni, sausage that was tasty and the prices are terrific. Next time I'm trying a calzone or their 'all meat' pizza. Service was friendly and when I picked up my pizza it was ready and hot. I rarely eat at a pizzeria but it seemed clean and was well lit. More of a fun place than romantic.
