We ordered from Calzone Life through DoorDash while visiting Las Vegas, so I can't speak to the service or ambiance, but the food was excellent. We started with the cheesy jalapeño bread and it was so good. The cheese was very flavorful and the crust was perfectly crispy. My husband and I each created our own custom calzones and they were amazing. I especially loved the crosshatch design on top because it made the crust even crispier. We also ordered a side of the garlic dipping sauce and honestly wish we had ordered more because it was that good. If you love calzones, I highly recommend giving this place a try. read more

First time ordering from this place. I'm perturbed and disturbed. Let me give context...this was a veggie calzone with traditional red sauce. Super simple. The calzone was terribly dry, like no really (downing a glass of water as I type this). There was barely any sauce at all in the inside. It was like eating a fancy dry stuffed dough bread, and the bread had the nerve to be tasteless too. Like what?! Scratches head in disbelief. You know you've met this culprit before...the type of food that looks good on the outside, and you can't wait to bite into it, and once you do it has a dry a** personality (lol), and you're left speechless like what just happened. Needless to say no happy dance was done, and I am going to bed hungry because I just could NOT continue eating dolled up cardboard . Literally the side of ranch was the best thing. Listen folks, this is Las Vegas. We are known for good food. This is embarrassing. Brush some dang melted garlic sauce on the bread or add some garlic salt or some type of seasoning to your food. The worst Calzone I've ever eaten. I lived back east for a long time. A regular calzone is ricotta cheese, mozzarella and pieces of ham with sauce (I always get extra sauce on the side). When my husband ordered and asked for extra ricotta, they literally said, "what's that?" It was basically a cheese pizza folded in half. Won't be going back. We ordered through Uber Eats, and our order arrived promptly, fresh, and hot. My husband loved his Little Italy calzone, and my Mendicino calzone was fire. The bread is soft yet perfectly crunchy on the outside. The fillings were warm and gooey, yet the vegetables had the perfect amount of crunch. The giant cookie was heavenly! Bonus points for having reheat directions on the packaging and for the use of non gmo chocolate and pure cane sugar. read more

Calzone Life really impressed me. The crust was golden, chewy, and delicious--one of the best I've had. My custom calzone with chicken, artichoke, spinach, and pesto hit the spot. The food was hot and fresh, clearly made with care. Only reason for the missing fifth star? No Italian sausage on the menu. That's my go-to topping, and I was surprised it wasn't an option. Tried this place on a whim. Ordered the little Italy and was totally pleased. The ingredients were all top notch and super fresh. Nice crispy shell and the crust had just the right amount of chew. Got the creamy garlic pesto sauce and was the perfect topping to set the whole thing off. Also ordered the gooey chocolate chip cookie, perfect ending to the meal! I initially heard about this place after it popped up as a recommendation on my DoorDash app. I quickly found out that it's a great place for dinner. Everything's always fresh and made perfectly.
