Last night I thought I was having a wonderful time at this blaze location, until someone had to ruin it for me and everyone else in the building. Mind you I absolutely love this place, every time I come in whether I'm alone or with someone else, the employees there are absolutely incredible and they are all so kind, I've never had a problem with anyone!!! My husband and I were sitting enjoying our pizza inside until this lady came in and started yelling at the employees. From what we, and probably the rest of the store heard, she took the wrong pizza after being asked if it was hers multiple times as confirmation. The poor girl cooking the pizzas was doing her best to explain and de escalate the situation, but the crazy lady didn't even give her a chance to speak! It seems like people come in and make a situation out of nothing, sorry to her for having to deal with someone like that but she handled the situation well! Being able to customize a personal pizza, that isn't for sharing, makes one feel special in a sense, agree? I love the idea of a blazing mystery flavor after asking them to throw on random ingredients that I think I might like. This is probably the only place I'd ask to add arugula on a pizza too. The result is still satisfyingly delish! To complete my meal, I must have San Pelegrino Aranciata Rossa. A couple other fave things about Blaze is their workers are always ready to serve - applause and 900°F thanks! Plus, I like their tall tables and stools. The food was good but the service wasn't. Interacted with 2 different employees and both rude giving off the attitude they didn't want to be there. Had to ask 2x for them to cook our pizzas well done, felt like we were inconveniencing them lol outside of their attitudes and lack of customer service our food was good. The restaurant was pretty slow when we walked but as we ordered more ppl came in so more ppl came from the back and they seemed in better spirits than the current crew. This is my new Diabetic-friendly pizza from Blaze: cauliflower crust, light red sauce, fresh mozarella, ricotta, grilled chicken, artichoke hearts, chopped garlic, green peppers, mushrooms, red onions, spinach, and fresh arugula...cooked well done. ***I also leave the crust edges. I know...it looks a little like rabbit food, but it was amazing!!! Terrible! My order was placed on the blaze app for delivery and I didn't receive any type of notification of the order being picked up or being acknowledged. I waited over 40 mins and called the store twice, the first they said my order was picked up. After I waited another 15 mins I called back and spoke with the manager Jasmin who pretty much blamed it on the DoorDash 3rd party driver for canceling the order. "call doordash for your refund" when the order was placed on the blaze app ? Make it make sense. Then I get an alert that the order was cancelled. I get these are trying times and people are tired but if you don't wanna work stop letting people place orders for you to only cancel them. My experience was so bad I'm never spending money at blaze ever again. Fix the way your app/ stores communicate when it comes to online orders cause this situation was a mess, a waste of time and clear indicator that your staff lacks proper training. read more

Yesterday went into your store in North Las Vegas and it was one of the most painful, amateur, and chaotic operations I have seen in a long time. Let's start from the top: 1) walked into the store at approx 7:12pm. Stood there for 15+ min watching two people make pizzas for online orders while the line in the store grew and grew. No on even looked up to greet us or explain why live people in line were being ignored for tickets a computer was spitting out. (Crazy idea: create a separate station for online orders to be made so the line in front which showcases your ingredients is not hampered). 2) As we were waiting for our pizzas to come out - every single one came out charred. Burnt to a crisp. The girl at the oven had nothing to say when we pointed out the obvious. We asked for one of the pizzas to be remade, which took another 10 min. Didn't matter in the end since the other 3 came out just as burned. (Crazy idea: lower the heat on the oven or make sure the person at the oven is not multitasking and constantly moving the pizzas). 3) The only adult in the room was a young man named Carl / Conner who offered a full refund, but since we were in a hurry and now late to an event (who thought getting fast food pizza would take 50+ minutes), we opted to deal with this later. He was the only one who tried to address how long we waited for burnt pizzas. In his haste to get us out the door, however, we were handed over the wrong pizza - so our meat filled pizza turned into a veggie pizza with tons of pineapples on it - gross! Been to many different Blaze Pizza locations and this is a first time that they tell me there is a 7 item limit on a build your own pizza. When we got up to pay, she didn't allow us to use the military discount when also ordering the Cinnabon bread and build your own. This establishment is getting 5 star because the service alone that I received was phenomenal. I had a coupon concern which the manager immediately took care of and in a timely manner. She was very polite and patient with me, and because of this my bill for two was MUCH less than I originally expected. I have been to multiple Blaze Pizzas and this is the only one where the server constantly asked me if she added enough sauce, cheese, etc. That was a huge plus because as a paying customer I want to know that I am getting enough of what I would like to, considering the heightened prices that come with more toppings. When we wanted ranch, we weren't charged extra and with the many times we went up for sauce or boxes we were never treated like a burden. We mainly came due to the coupon and although disappointed that it didn't work, the manager handled the situation and we left knowing we had amazing service at this specific location. You can customize your pizza by choosing the type of sauce, the type of crust, type (s) of cheese and toppings, of course. I loved that I was able to put more than one type of cheese on my pizza. By the way, they let you put unlimited toppings without a charge. Can't beat that! Overall, the pizza was great. It's thin crust (which is my favorite) and it was really tasty. Stopped in yesterday to have lunch. Employees working were friendly and efficient. Ordered a whole pizza and a half pizza and both were delicious. The only problem we had was the seating. Of course due to social distancing there were only a few tables available and because my boyfriend is in a wheelchair (temporarily) it was hard to find a table that was suitable. Thankfully it was slow so we asked if we could sit at one of the tables that wasn't "available" and they said it was ok. It was still a safe distance from everyone else.
