This is the strangest of stories, we are customers of this pizza shop and Marco's in general. They make great pizza BUT the attitude leaves much to be desired. Regardless our extended family, orders twice weekly.... today I took out a $100 bill and a bad attitude chubby Spanish guy with dark hair grabbed it took it next door and came back to tell me the bill was fake.... I requested to see this machine and was not able to see if it showed a red or green light, but was told that the way the bill went through showed it was fake...this came from a lady friend of the perp that took my 100. The guy put the bill folded into his wallet and told me to go. I went to the banks and ATM deposited all my $100 dollar bills, none was fake. This bill was from the BofA. I called Metro 311 and gave a recorded report. I will be following this up tomorrow... I will bet that this bill is never turned in to the bank and when they find that it is real they will never return to me....... This is a new location that opened a couple months ago . It is nice that I don't have to go all the way to the Hualapai location anymore . Marco's is my 2nd favorite pizza in Las Vegas . I went here the other day for my Free Birthday Pizza that you get if you sign up . I got the Small Pepperoni Pizza and an order of Buffalo Chicken Wings . They are located next to the Subway Sandwich shop on the corner of Jones and West Flamingo . The employees seemed nice and it did take a little longer to make my order than it said in the app . I think they made my pizza and forgot to do the wings till I walked in to pick it up since I had to wait another 10 minutes plus over the time listed . The wings are just okay , I have had better at other places . I have to same the same for the Hualapai location too . I normally don't get wings at Marco's because of that . I would definitely recommend coming here versus the normal pizza chains . Marco's pizza sauce really stands out and the crust is soft and good . Well they need to read the orders better, I asked to have no onions and no bacon and they put both on my pizza , what if I was allergic to one of them or both of them. The girl quoted me 30 minutes at 45 minutes I called her and told her it's been 45 minutes she told me that my pizza was delivered to somebody. This has been the worst pizza I have ever eaten. Marcos used to be one of my favorite pizza places. I used to have to drive a few miles to go get my fix and it was always good. I ordered from this one and ordered classic pepperoni. When I got my pizza the meat ad all been moved to the center of the pizza and drowned in cheese and grease the dough was not cooked . Got a coupon in the mail for Marcos newly opened I guess on W Flamingo and decided to give it a try. The caller who took order was friendly and thorough but explained that ricotta cheese wasn't available. Their flyer says authentic Italian pizza. Ok. Strike one. Next I believe a manger came on the phone and she proceeded to tell me that the delivery will take an hour. I was fine with that. Well. Delivery was an hour and ten minutes late and not only did the pizza show up cold the driver said the pizza had an accident. By the way the pizza was horrible. So i ordered on the phone and the girl didnt understand that i wanted to hear specials before i ordered my food. I kept saying what are tou specials and she kept asking what i wanted (first dumb thing) then i get to the place to pick up my order and i see her using one glove on her hand and she is answering the phone with it, touching her headphones with it, touching the keyboard for the order menu with it, then going in the back and proceeding to make pizzas with the same glove she just touched every dirty surface in the place with it. So im like um ok, then i watched the gentleman in the back do the same. My order came up and he came to the front and didnt take his gloves off and proceeded to touch money and the register then after the transaction was done went back and continued to make food with the same gloves. However if you are concern about sanitation, this is not the place for you.They didn't wasn't their hands, their sweater was touching the flour, they grab doors, handles, pickup the phone, took orders and not wash their hands once. The guy making the pizza grab his face, remove the sweat from his forehead, clean his hand on his dirty clothes then added cheese and toppings to the pizza. Order #134 - Something has gone terribly wrong here. We ordered delivery dozens of times from the Warm Springs location prior to this location opening on Flamingo. Our previous orders from here have been 5-star but tonight was a serious disappointment. We ordered thin crust double old-world pepperoni pizza, 10 wings and thankfully added extra pizza dipping sauce for our guest. The wings were great, but the pizza was dry and extra hard with very little sauce and definitely NOT double pepperoni which we paid extra for. Many of the little squares had no pepperoni at all. The dipping sauce was the only reason the pizza was edible. The delivery was on time and the driver was professional, friendly and took care with our order - maybe he could be promoted to pizza maker since he really cared. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. Horrible experience. I ordered online and was overcharged. When I asked about it at the store, the lady kept trying to get me to leave when I asked why I was overcharged by $12. She kept saying she isn't in charge of the online deals even though they accepted the order. She didn't want to reimburse me the difference and kept on coming up with inventive math to explain over charging me. The lady finally called someone and whoever that was said the "deal" went up $10, which means it is no longer a "deal." It is now full price. I pointed out that it was clearly false advertisement and she explained that she isn't in control of the online deals and the price of a 2 liter soda went up $3.50. She refused to give me the difference and only offered a refund. Complete waste of time and horrible customer service. read more
