Second visit to this Marco's location. The employees are very friendly and the service is always great. On this visit, I tried a small pizza with cauliflower crust. It was very good! I don't have pizza often but this will be my go to place for it.

We came by for the first time yesterday while running errands in the area. My husband had his heart set on trying this place and a quick glance at Yelp revealed a 4 star rating and some very positive reviews, so I had no complaints. We arrived at 12:08pm and we were the only people there. When we entered, I saw nice décor for a pizza place and a good amount of seating. There were four good sized tables in the middle and booths on either side. Small groups will be comfortable dining in. I was originally hoping to get pizza by the slice, but I didn't see that option. We ended up sharing a medium pizza with the old world pepperoni and then jalapenos on half the pizza. The medium was $7.99 and the toppings were $1.50 each. Not sure how filling this would be, we added on the 10 piece chicken dippers for $7.99. They were nice enough to give us drinks for free since it was our first visit, our total came out to $21.19. Overall, I am going to say that this place is great and we liked it a lot. There were small things that kept it from being 5 stars. There was one employee that wasn't super friendly when we arrived. We only spoke to him for a few minutes. He said the right things, like let him know if we have questions, but was not making eye contact and had a look on his face like he couldn't wait for us to go away. Later, he brought us the chicken dippers with buffalo sauce, but we had ordered BBQ and Jalapeno Ranch, so we had to get him to fix it. They had no lids for the drinks out and it was the top of the lunch hour, so they weren't prepared. The dining area was swept in a hurry is my guess. It wasn't dirty, there were just overlooked items on the floor. However, they also had some great stuff going for them too. Manuel was the person who helped us the most and he had absolutely excellent service. He made the suggestion of the old world pepperoni when I asked what it was and did a really great job of describing how it curls when it cooks and telling us it comes right from Italy. He also told me later, while stocking the cup lids, that they are actually known for their hand tossed pizza. He said they made it in house and it's a long process and it's a great product. We had ordered the thin crust, which he said was really good and is sent by the franchise. I will have to come back and try the hand tossed! The person doing deliveries was extremely engaging and asked how things were every time he came through the dining area. There was a smile and a hi or asking how it tastes every time he came through. Impressive! I saw they are hiring for delivery drivers so I am guessing this is the manager or someone else just covering the deliveries. The pizza was really good. I was expecting regular slices and these were square slices, but the crust had a great crispiness to it. They didn't skimp on the topping, so they make the $1.50 worth it. It was a bit greasy, but greasy the way pizza should be, not pooling grease or anything. The outside pieces tasted really good until you get to the middle of the pie and see all the cheese is there, lol. Not sure if it's the normal make, but it really wasn't a problem. The old world pepperoni was a hit, it was curled and had an almost crumbly texture with a very deep flavor. I enjoyed it a lot and will be getting that topping again! The chicken dippers are larger pieces than you normally get at these types of places. I thought the meat was decent and the seasoning was okay, but would personally stick with pizza going forward. My husband though, thought they were worth ordering again. The BBQ sauce was best of the dipping sauces. I was curious why some were pre packaged and some were in plain containers. They were really busy with lots of call in orders though, so I never asked. In addition to constant deliveries while we were there, they also had several people come in to pick up or place to go orders. They stayed steady the entire time, but Manuel still stopped by to check on us. They also serve salads, specialty pies, cheezy bread, cinnamon squares and have Pepsi products. Their smalls are 10 inches, so if you are hungry, you can probably eat one by yourself. I wasn't starving, so the medium being split was a good option, but if either of us was really hungry we would probably need to split a large and take home the leftovers. Unless we added on salad or chicken or something else. We may, but the pizza is the real star here. Overall great first visit and worth another trip.

Great customer service and yummy pizza! Delivery guy went out of his way to deliver to me. And my order was correct. Nice and hot. Big fan

The pizza was so good that we forgot to take pics. We ate them all. Here's a stock pic.

This is the best pizza ever! Everyone is so friendly and the manager, Jason, is fantastic! We ordered pizzas for my daughter's birthday party at Win Kids. They got the pizzas here on time and hot. The crust on their pizzas are amazing. They make the dough fresh everyday. And there's so much toppings. More than any other pizza chains. Marco's cost only a little more than Domino's or Pizza Hut but they have fresh made dough and a lot more toppings. It's about the same price as Papa Johns but taste much better. Definitely the best pizza in town. Will RTE!

Pizza ...a delicious one! The folks here are awesome too!

Very good pizza spot!! Definitely will recommend this place! Looks to be a quiet spot but definitely the pizza these folks make are delicious. I have been to other locations of Marco's and this one is one of their best.

Culinary Mastery in Flower Mound: A Transcendental Pizza Experience…read more It is a rare occurrence to encounter a dining establishment that treats the humble canvas of dough, sauce, and cheese with the reverence of a fine art gallery. Yet, tucked away in a pristine, modern shopping enclave in Flower Mound, **Mister O1 Extraordinary Pizza** is doing exactly that. As a connoisseur who has traversed the country in pursuit of the perfect pie, I can say with unequivocal authority: this is not merely a meal; it is a masterclass in culinary composition. The Atmosphere of Excellence From the moment you cross the threshold, the experience is curated with precision. The environment feels fresh, intentional, and inviting. However, the true heartbeat of the restaurant is the service. In an era where genuine hospitality is increasingly elusive, our server, Claudia, operated at a level of executive-tier care. Her ability to balance professional attentiveness with a warm, family-oriented touch, even proactively engaging our four-year-old with a dough ball, was a masterstroke of guest relations. The floor management followed suit, providing not just oversight, but narrative depth, sharing the remarkable history of the founder's O1 Visa, a rare, prestigious designation reserved for individuals of "extraordinary ability." It is fitting, then, that the kitchen produces work of such caliber. The Gastronomic Journey The prologue to our meal, a Caprese salad paired with house-grade bread, oil, and balsamic, set a high bar for quality. The tomatoes and mozzarella were remarkably vibrant, possessing that elusive, sun-ripened depth that screams farm-to-table integrity. Then, the protagonists arrived: The Elisa: A triumph of balance. The interplay of ricotta and mozzarella provides a lush, creamy foundation, while the white truffle oil elevates the profile without overwhelming the palate. The addition of honey and black pepper creates a complex, symphonic finish that keeps the taste buds yearning for the next bite. It is, quite simply, an exercise in culinary restraint and harmony. The Star Beckham: A visual and structural feat, the star-shaped crust, filled to the brim with ricotta and bacon, is an architectural marvel. Removing the red onions allowed the savory depth of the bacon and the brightness of the basil and ranch to coalesce into a flavor profile that feels both innovative and deeply satisfying. The Traditional Pepperoni: Even the most basic offering was executed with technical perfection. When a four-year-old, the most honest of all food critics, declares it the best pizza they have ever consumed, you know the foundation of the dough and sauce is impeccable. We were further impressed by the beverage program, specifically the Mastri Birrai Umbri Blonde Ale. Its crisp, clean finish was the perfect accompaniment to the richness of the cheeses, proving that the beverage curation is just as thoughtful as the menu design. The Final Verdict We left Flower Mound with empty boxes and full hearts, the memory of the meal serving as the primary topic of conversation for the entire duration of our road trip back to El Paso. A "great" pizza can be found in many corners of Texas, but an *extraordinary* pizza is a distinct privilege. Mister O1 does not simply feed you; they transport you. My only professional grievance is the significant distance between El Paso and Flower Mound. If you find yourself anywhere near the North Texas area, treat this as a mandatory pilgrimage. It is, without reservation, a must-visit destination for anyone who treats pizza as a serious culinary art form.

He never made us wait for anything and was very polite. 2 Stars Food: We ordered (essentially) 4 pizzas and a Caprese salad. The Caprese was fantastic. The high quality EVOO that was served with it was very fruity and delectable. We had the classic pepperoni pizza, a 1/2- 1/2 Federico and Meat Lovers 2.0, and a Maria. All three were very good. I like a little more sauce on mine with a bit more "tang" to it, but it was still good. Crust on all were that perfect crispy that would hold up to just holding it from the end crust. 1.5 Stars Overall: Good pizza, and next time we will try the "Extraordinary" pizzas which have ricotta stuffed in them. 4.5 Stars

I asked for Italian seasoning--something that's typically included or added upon request at most places. To my surprise, they tacked on an extra 20% just for the seasoning. No heads-up, no explanation. And to top it off, they barely put any on. If you're going to charge extra, at least be generous with it. It felt like a petty upcharge, especially for something so basic. Really disappointing from a place I used to frequent. Not sure I'll be coming back after this. Response to Owner: Thank you for your response and for clarifying the pricing. I understand that the $9.99 pizza was part of your Monday/Tuesday special, but frankly, the explanation came across more as a justification than an acknowledgment of my concerns. The $1.99 charge for Italian seasoning is especially frustrating. Italian seasoning is not a topping -- it's a basic flavor enhancer that most other pizza places include at no extra cost. I reviewed your listed toppings (screenshots attached) and Italian seasoning isn't even mentioned as an option. That makes it feel like the charge was arbitrarily added, and it gives the impression that it was done to squeeze more revenue from customers -- possibly due to business struggles. To be completely transparent, the pizza itself was mediocre, and this experience has left a bad impression. I won't be returning, but I hope you take this feedback seriously and use it to improve transparency and customer trust going forward.

Father's Day - I am so disappointed in the service…read more We arrived on time. I was asked how many were in our party. I advised her that we had a reservation. She asked reservation - we do not have any reservations. Again, I stated that I have a reservation with a confirmation and reminders. She said you do? I stated yes, let's not go there and please fix it. I showed her the confirmation. They pushed tables together and we were seated. As we seated, she stated she would get us some rolls. We saw a smaller party, seated after us, receive rolls. We were eating, I asked for some rolls. She stated they are cooking some, they did not have any reservations, and did not plan for many people (like Mother's Day). I reminded that WE had a reservation. We finally received the rolls, closer to the end of our meals. During our eating, I asked her for more napkins - she responded - MORE NAPKINS - I put extras on the tables? I stated we used them (adults, children and a toddler) - we needed napkins. No cool. My son and daughter in love - waited long for their pizza (we all had our meals). She finally brought a pizza to the table and advised that the wrong pizza was cooked. (She did say they could eat that pizza (at no charge), since they have been waiting so long. Before the correct pizza arrived, she did ask if they wanted to box it up (we were all packaged up). So they did take it to go. I asked for two cups of sweet tea to go - she said you want two cups to go, I laughed and confirmed, "Yes, I am thirsty" the tea was very good! She then asked if one was for myself and my son (we both ordered tea (refills are included). We were going to get dessert, we decided, after this meal were not going to order any. After all, we didn't want to need more napkins. #1 - No apology for not having us on the reservation. #2 - She mentioned again we did not have any reservations and not prepared (when I asked for rolls). #3 - Why do we need more napkins - she had put extras on the table. #4 - Ask why I need two teas and who were they for? #5 - My daughter-in-law paid cash. She returned her change without removing the charge (which we had to ask what this fee was; she stated it was an automatic cc fee). My DIL said, "Oh, I have cash." Yet, she still charged the fee; she had to return the fee to my daughter in law. I will state that I budgeted a higher tip because we were a large party. I covered my 3 sons (the dads) and myself. However, I gave her 20% (with much regret). I just could not bring myself to reduce it. So disappointed. Food was good but that type of service!! 06.27.2026 - Finally, after sending *unanswered email, calling for owner(was told the owner would be in Friday and Sat. p.m.).
