Called and ordered a Stromboli and a slice of pizza. After thirty minutes it still wasn't ready. They told us ten more minutes. After ten minutes it still wasn't ready (we had to wait an additional 10~20 minutes after that). Then they gave us this uncooked Stromboli and a slice of cheese pizza that had been sitting out for an hour. Charging us money for this feels criminally wrong. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the headache of being lied to from this business and its employees. TLDR -lied about how long it would take to make -lied about giving a second wait time that went untrue -gave a calzone instead of a Stromboli -calzone was raw and undercooked and inedible -pizza was very old and sitting out -they took money from us for all of this and feel no remorse read more

Great local pizzeria in Flower Mound! I've been here twice, and both times I enjoyed the pizzas here. I've gotten the Mulberry, Mediterranean, and Di Pollo, and all of them were delicious! I've only gotten take-out, but they usually finish making the pizza in about 20 minutes. It looked clean and spacious inside with outdoor seating and a nice view of the square. Parker Square is usually a bad parking experience and my trip to Enzo's was not an exception. But the large pizza I got was truly large. Not cheap by any means but delicious and a lot of toppings. I got several meals out of one pizza. Staff friendly on this busy Monday night. Most pizza places seem closed on Mondays so props to Enzo's for being open. It's a large space with high ceilings. Somewhat noisy but a bustling kind of vibe that felt energized after a long day at work. Lots of happy diners. I would strongly consider dining in although I did takeout this time. Wow! So disappointed! We walked in on a Sunday evening .. there were a 4 men standing there as we walked in. They basically just stood there and stared at us. No hello.... Just an awkward stare for about 30 seconds, which incredibly seems like forever. One heavy set dude had no facial expression, like we were a nuisance. Since it was our first visit we took a bit of time looking at the menu. The kid who took our order seem extremely annoyed. But on the bright side, the pizza came out pretty quickly, and tasted like the mall pizza. We basically ate and got out within 20 mins. We used to come here at least monthly & the food, staff & environment were all fantastic. I cannot give enough credit that the Pizza is genuinely really good & high quality ingredients. However, we came in tonight 11/28/25 on Black Friday & had a different experience all together. We called in advance to confirm the hours which as advertised we were confirmed were accurate as a closing at 10pm. We don't live as close anymore so it was a 32 minute drive just to eat this pizza for dinner & return home. We arrived to Enzo's at 9:18pm, 42 minutes prior to close looking to dine in for a party of 2. When placing our order I was asked Dine in or takeout, to which I responded Dine in. The worker immediately looked annoyed, sighed & said to me "did you just want to carry out? our dining room is closing very very soon" I visibly checked the time on my phone, again 40 minutes to close & asked "when does the dining room close?" clearly expecting a different time than 40 minutes prior to closing & he replied saying "well the pizza is going to take around 15 minutes, so once I get it to you & you start eating & all then it's time for us to leave. He was clearly annoyed at us wanting to dine in & pushy on the to go so I said "I guess I'll take it to go". Again, we drove 30 minutes out of the way each way just to dine here. I then go to pay for the pizza via Cash & again the worker is visibly annoyed & again audibly sighs & akwardly laughes at me. I asked "Is cash not accepted?" he replied "Well man, I already did the drawer as well, is there anyway you can just pay using card?" Again I replied, "I guess man" & paid, mind you, still tipping because I have enjoyed previous experiences with this business. After ordering I look around & all of the chairs are already put away so no where to wait for my pizza, I sit at one of the booths & again the cleaning staff is visibly annoyed by our presence in their restaurant 40 minutes before close & proceeds to clean the surrounding area with dirty looks & pity looks of suggestion to leave. We finally get the pizza after only 8 minutes, & leave. We ended up just eating in our car which was another uncomfortable experience after ordering a XL & getting no plates, napkins, parm or red pepper. While eating our pizza (XL New Yorker with Pepperoni) it was immediately clear that the pizza was pulled early & not to the doneness we had experienced & come to enjoy in the past, clearly just more signs of a uncaring staff rushing to leave. Additionally in one of the slices we found half of a toothpick inside of the pizza slice. We did see it upon opening our pizza box however it appeared to a large basil or herb stem so it wasn't picked off until biting on the toothpick. When we went to alert the staff of the finding after the rest of the experience we found the doors already closed & shop all closed at 9:52 pm. Again, I would like to state we have been here over 15 times & have even brought family here in positivity of the food, but this was a night & day experience. We don't plan on returning to this establishment for some time with the current staff in place we found upon this visit, it was just an unwelcoming, uncomfortable & frustrating experience. I hope the owners see this & take a long look at this staff & their alignment with the image this place use to convey. read more

Good middle-of-the-road pizza for a very good price. I came here with a group of friends and the tables were well arranged to accommodate all of us. It is counter service, so you order and find a table. My partner and I split a Signature pizza and it was a really good combination of toppings. The crust is also quite good and tastes freshly made.
