Look no further for pizza in Flower Mound! Enzo's has one of the best NY slices I've had in a long time. Had it for the first time this week on Wednesday. Four days later and I headed back. Never going anywhere else for a slice in FM! Service is exceptional and they are always so kind. Check it out!

We love pizza and I did a great deal of research before deciding on calling in some pies from this place! It did not disappoint at all... The ingredients were fresh, the crust was amazing, and the attention to quality was definitely there! Both of our families loved every type that we ordered... If we are ever back in the area, we will definitely purchase again!

Walking in Egene had such a big smile, it was so welcoming. He was so kind. The place is very clean and put together. The pepperoni roll was good and huge! Came with yummy tomato sauce on the side. In love with the chicken Alfredo was not greasy at all and so delicious.

We had no idea it would take an hour and a half for our food to show up. And when it did well, here's how it went. My wife had the chicken piccata and I had the wise guy pizza. My wife enjoyed her plate. Based on the last time I ordered the same pizza a year ago what showed up on the table was a sad echo of something that used to be good. The sauce was very thin and to the point of almost being nonexistent. The meatballs were very stingy as if they were trying to increase their margins by short serving a basic pizza. Overall, it was very dry and lacking of any discernible taste. No doubt because it sat in the kitchen for quite awhile, given the unusual duration that it took for our food to show up. I've had better frozen pizzas from the grocery store. It was a very dry and disappointing for something that used to be overloaded with flavor, sauce and meatball chunks. It was a marked contrast from when we had been here a year ago. What used to be a regular go to has turned into a sad disappointment. I'm putting it down to perhaps they had an off night. But we're not in a hurry to come back anytime soon to see if that was the case.

The portions are generous--I brought home half my meal, and it tasted just as good the next day. The only reason I couldn't give 5 stars was that the restaurant was uncomfortably warm on the Friday evening we visited. In the Texas heat, the last thing you want is to be sweating through dinner. Hopefully it's just a temporary issue because I'd love to come back and bring my guy next time!

Then they had a BUNCH of ceiling fans turned on blowing the semi warm air around and it just wasn't a pleasant atmosphere with all the air blowing around and making all the different food smells get mixed up while you're trying to enjoy your dish. But moving on to the most important thing in a restaurant.. the food .. We ordered the FILET OSCAR for $48 which was a 10oz Filet Mignon, Crab Cake, Hollandaise Sauce, Asparagus and Whipped Potatoes. The steak was very overcooked. The asparagus was also overcooked somehow. The crab cake was deep fried and so so so oily and dry at the same time while being drenched in whatever sauce it was covered in. The whipped potatoes were pretty good but at this point the entire dish was so bad that there was nothing to accompany the whipped potatoes. The server was very nice and the food came out fairly fast but unfortunately it just didn't taste good. Has anyone else ever seen a deepfried crabcake at an upscale restaurant? Or I guess any restaurant for that matter? It was just a very distasteful way to present a dish that should have taken more TLC to prepare rather than just to bread and throw in a fryer like that. Sad day for us as this was on our date night list of local places to try out. We did flag down the manager to give him some live feedback. Hopefully he will try to make things a little better for other customers.

Culinary Mastery in Flower Mound: A Transcendental Pizza Experience…read more It is a rare occurrence to encounter a dining establishment that treats the humble canvas of dough, sauce, and cheese with the reverence of a fine art gallery. Yet, tucked away in a pristine, modern shopping enclave in Flower Mound, **Mister O1 Extraordinary Pizza** is doing exactly that. As a connoisseur who has traversed the country in pursuit of the perfect pie, I can say with unequivocal authority: this is not merely a meal; it is a masterclass in culinary composition. The Atmosphere of Excellence From the moment you cross the threshold, the experience is curated with precision. The environment feels fresh, intentional, and inviting. However, the true heartbeat of the restaurant is the service. In an era where genuine hospitality is increasingly elusive, our server, Claudia, operated at a level of executive-tier care. Her ability to balance professional attentiveness with a warm, family-oriented touch, even proactively engaging our four-year-old with a dough ball, was a masterstroke of guest relations. The floor management followed suit, providing not just oversight, but narrative depth, sharing the remarkable history of the founder's O1 Visa, a rare, prestigious designation reserved for individuals of "extraordinary ability." It is fitting, then, that the kitchen produces work of such caliber. The Gastronomic Journey The prologue to our meal, a Caprese salad paired with house-grade bread, oil, and balsamic, set a high bar for quality. The tomatoes and mozzarella were remarkably vibrant, possessing that elusive, sun-ripened depth that screams farm-to-table integrity. Then, the protagonists arrived: The Elisa: A triumph of balance. The interplay of ricotta and mozzarella provides a lush, creamy foundation, while the white truffle oil elevates the profile without overwhelming the palate. The addition of honey and black pepper creates a complex, symphonic finish that keeps the taste buds yearning for the next bite. It is, quite simply, an exercise in culinary restraint and harmony. The Star Beckham: A visual and structural feat, the star-shaped crust, filled to the brim with ricotta and bacon, is an architectural marvel. Removing the red onions allowed the savory depth of the bacon and the brightness of the basil and ranch to coalesce into a flavor profile that feels both innovative and deeply satisfying. The Traditional Pepperoni: Even the most basic offering was executed with technical perfection. When a four-year-old, the most honest of all food critics, declares it the best pizza they have ever consumed, you know the foundation of the dough and sauce is impeccable. We were further impressed by the beverage program, specifically the Mastri Birrai Umbri Blonde Ale. Its crisp, clean finish was the perfect accompaniment to the richness of the cheeses, proving that the beverage curation is just as thoughtful as the menu design. The Final Verdict We left Flower Mound with empty boxes and full hearts, the memory of the meal serving as the primary topic of conversation for the entire duration of our road trip back to El Paso. A "great" pizza can be found in many corners of Texas, but an *extraordinary* pizza is a distinct privilege. Mister O1 does not simply feed you; they transport you. My only professional grievance is the significant distance between El Paso and Flower Mound. If you find yourself anywhere near the North Texas area, treat this as a mandatory pilgrimage. It is, without reservation, a must-visit destination for anyone who treats pizza as a serious culinary art form.

He never made us wait for anything and was very polite. 2 Stars Food: We ordered (essentially) 4 pizzas and a Caprese salad. The Caprese was fantastic. The high quality EVOO that was served with it was very fruity and delectable. We had the classic pepperoni pizza, a 1/2- 1/2 Federico and Meat Lovers 2.0, and a Maria. All three were very good. I like a little more sauce on mine with a bit more "tang" to it, but it was still good. Crust on all were that perfect crispy that would hold up to just holding it from the end crust. 1.5 Stars Overall: Good pizza, and next time we will try the "Extraordinary" pizzas which have ricotta stuffed in them. 4.5 Stars

I was told by the waitress that the chef worked for a larger corporation and wanted to do his own thing. Perhaps the idea of a very simple, no-frills environment should be under-rated. Everything clean and simple, just like the menu. We ordered a ham and pineapple pizza, Stromboli, and my wife got the chicken Marsala. It's not really a fast-food style of restaurant despite the name. It does take a bit to get the food, but I think that also is because it is hand-made which I think the idea of Italy Express detracts from that. Aloha pizza $14, chicken Marsala $14, Stromboli $11. Bottom line the place is pretty good and I might come in to try the lunch specials with work friends sometime.
