In order to fully appreciate what this place has to offer it must be viewed in the right context. After all, it is a food court restaurant in a mall as opposed to a well appointed, stand alone establishment. There's nothing fancy here, just the basics, but that's really all you need if you're stopping for a bite to eat while shopping. Given that, they somehow still manage to make some of the best pizza I've had in this area. I got a slice of pepperoni and a slice of supreme along with a drink which is one of the combo meals for $7.50. The slices are quite generous so I did need a little help finishing them, but not too much. The pizza itself was incredible! The crust, cheese, sauce and toppings all work in perfect harmony to create these slices of deliciousness. The only negative I found was that there was a little too much grease on the pepperoni pizza. It was nothing that a few extra napkins couldn't remedy though. read more

Sounds like a joke when you find that it's part of a mall food court, but this is true NY style pizza. Perfect crust with just the right combo of chew and crunch to it. Excellent sauce that has some body to it, but isn't overwhelming. I'd recommend this pizza to anybody just looking for great pizza- and when doesn't care for ambiance (it's in a mall food court). Malls are my least favorite place on earth so when I had to make a trip to Vista Ridge a slight smile crept across my face when I noticed that there was a pizzeria in the food court. Now I have had some mall pizza in my past so I did my best to net get expectations too high. The owner greeted me with a friendly smile and I ordered a slice of good'ol cheese pizza. He put it through the oven while I anxiously waited to find out if this had been a good decision. Would this be a letdown like so many mall pizzas that have come before it? He handed me the ginormous slice and I slowly took a bite. And then it happened - crowds began cheering, music began playing, the world was good! This slice of pie was delicious! The stringy-melty cheese tasted home made, the sauce was robust and flavorful, and the crust crisp and flaky! This wasn't mall pizza, it was pizza, glorious pizza! Wow! This pizza place is located in the food court in Music City Mall once known as Vista Ridge Mall. I moved away from Lewisville 6 years ago but I'm in Lewisville often and now I know that when I want a delicious slice of thin crust pizza where I need to go. And basically I always want a delicious slice of pizza if I'm awake. They have the best pizza that I have tasted recently. The crust is perfect. It's thin and crisp. My buddy and I order one of their pizzas for lunch and had it delivered. Nothing brings the people to our office like good pizza. Needless to say we both had one piece. A vulture is a scavenging bird of prey and we have dealership full of them. This may sound odd. When you have a Minchello's pizza find a broom closet or some place where you can't be found. Excellent pizza, yes from a mall food court! Complete with live music provided by Music City Mall in Lewisville. The trumpet player played some great dining music in an uncrowded atmosphere. The specials are hard to beat. I had the one slice (sausage) with a good salad (house dressing) and a soft drink for just $7 plus tax. read more

I've tried many pizza places in the Lewisville, Flower Mound, and Highland Village areas... plus a few outside those areas. I had a friend post a review on Facebook therefore I had to try it for myself. This place is located in the food court of a mall that's on its way to becoming a ghost town, so that could easily raise a red flag and make you question if this place is the real deal. This place is awesome, well as far as pizza goes... I haven't tried the pasta or calzones but something I will absolutely try. The meat lovers pizza is available by the slice and it's a great go too as all the meats are evenly proportioned. They also had pepperoni and cheese which they can add different toppings. This place does knocks it outside of the park when it come to crust... it's just something that has to be experienced. I will go out of my way to get this pizza! read more

This is by far the best the Italian food I've had since moving to Dallas. I had the baked ziti and it was amazing. The pasta was cooked perfectly and the sauce was delicious. The pizza was great. I didn't even know this was from a mall place until I looked up where they were located (we got delivery). Nice crispy thin crust, great flavor. My one complaint and the reason this is 4 stars and not 5 is that the toppings were liable to fall off the crust, so you have to be careful picking up a slice or you'd get a big pile of cheese and toppings on your plate and find yourself holding just crust.
