It's Marco's! We are from Indianapolis and here for a baseball tournament and this was our first dinner as we always do! We basically have it twice a year and it did not disappoint. Order our usual large thin crust pepperoni, Italian sausage, red onions, black olives, green pepper, mushrooms, banana peppers, extra cheese and extra sauce well done! Ish was marvelous!!!! But when my husband picked up our order attempting to use a Local Flavor coupon the assistant general manager Kathryn (who took the order from me via phone) told my husband I did not tell her about the coupon at the time of my call. When I followed up with a phone call to the restaurant, Kathryn and another employee named Jennifer refused to discuss the matter further and hung up on me. This place was our go to pizza mainly because of their pizza bowls. However, when I called because of a simple price discrepancy, the "GM" was very unprofessional and obviously not wanting to help. I called in good faith to discuss the situation, never dreaming that I'd be treated the way I was. She hung up on me and when I called back to ask for her name and that of the owner, she hung up on me again. Then I called corporate and they informed me that the owner would be in touch. I never heard a thing. He/she was obviously on board with the GM on how I'd been treated. Will not use them again. Their pizza's not all that and there are plenty of choices around. I am making sure to pass my story on to friends/family so they won't use them either. read more

LaRosa's has been a long time favorite for delivery and carry out pizza but Marco's has been edging them out over the last couple years. Marco's is way more consistent. I also love their wings, great quality. I'm giving 4 starts instead of 5 because of two areas of improvement I hope to see from them- hotter deliveries and more sauce selections for wings. I believe consistency is a key to success in the restaurant business. I hope that Marco's continues to make that a priority. There's nothing worse than introducing a friend to something new and not getting what you expect. read more

Marco's has become our go-to place for pizza when we don't feel like paying Dewey's Pizza prices. It helps that they constantly - and I mean constantly - are sending us coupons. Additionally, most of the coupon codes they send out continue working on the online store long after their nominal expiration date. We never eat there without a coupon. That being said, I don't want it to sound like disparagement necessarily that we never go there paying full price. The pizza is genuinely good. They have a great selection of ingredients, and little extra's like free crust toppings (garlic butter, cheese, etc.) that make the leaps and bounds better than the cheaper chains like Pizza Hut or LaRosa's. They are no Dewey's, but we actually wind up eating at Marco's more than Dewey's in the end because it often turns out to be more economical to get two B+ pizzas for less money than one A+ pizza. read more

You know, for a pizza chain, Marco's in Mason is decent. It's no Dewey's but it's good. The pizza we had last night certainly gives Papa John's, Donato's and LaRosa's a run for their money. Marco's pizza crust is crispy and chewy, which I prefer. The sauce is more tomato-y and spicy than it is sweet. There isn't a ton of cheese on it, which I appreciate, and the toppings are fine. Nothing to write home about but they're good enough considering this is not an expensive pizza joint. The salad was good. The greens and tomatoes were fresh, the banana peppers added a nice kick and the feta was a tasty addition. I just wish they had better salad dressings. LaRosa's dressing on a Marco's salad would be ideal. I think we'll definitely go here in the future. read more

We got it delivered and it was AWESOME! I don't know how I hadn't tried this pizza before but I loved the sauce, the crust, and the garlic bread too! Very tasty sauce, and the garlic sauce was good as well. I would much rather have this than LaRosas' or Papa Johns. read more

Awesome service!!! This is our new go to place: best service and great food! Unfortunately the Marco's pizza across the street from us in Liberty Twp refused to take our local school Marco's fundraiser card (similar to the buddy card), and were not friendly. I called this location and they were absolutely great! Accepted the fundraiser card and were extremely friendly. The manager was onsite and was very professional and personable. Highly recommend this location for the service and food. read more

There were Marcos in the Toledo area where I grew up, but I had not had it in years. Marcos has good pizza (sauce and crust). Not necessarily a fan of their mushrooms, as they tasted canned; however, Marcos donated pizza to the Mason Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Great Strides walk, so they automatically get five stars from us! read more

This place is so hit or miss based on the employees. If you get the good crew, everything is ready on time and delicious. If you get the crew that's here tonight you are still waiting 10 minutes after your scheduled pick up as I am tonight. They are not busy. I am literally the only person waiting. I would recommend this place to everyone. my 5 year old son and I went there on 4/17/19 and ordered pizza. My son proceeded to tell the employees that it was his birthday. We went outside to the car to wait and we returned the manager ave us a cinnamon bread tray for his birthday. That was a great gesture and I didn't want it to go unnoticed. I placed an order for delivery at 6:48 PM yesterday. Approximate delivery time was listed as 7:35 PM. The order was finally delivered at 8:30 PM. Not very good service. Other pizza places, such as Westshore, deliver much more promptly. read more
