Three times in a row, bad to terrible pizza. For several years was a good consistent pizza delivery restaurant. I don't think there is any real management present. Is anyone supervising the preparation of the food? Tonight we ordered a pizza with half my wife's toppings and half mine. My wife's half the toppings were piled high. On my half the toppings were barely added. The pizza had slide when put in the box or during delivery that part of the toppings had come off and were partially stuck to the side of the box. Instead of the toppings being half and half, the toppings were 2/3 and 1/3. Overall, the worse pizza I have ever had. A pizza we order last month was burned so bad we could only eat part of it. I would not recommend this place to anyone. A total waste of money. Our last order! read more

Order a specialty pizza from the menu. It was delivered hot and on time with a social distanced delivery. The delivery person was pleasant and received a follow up email to make sure I was satisfied. We stopped at Marco's Pizza on our way to San Diego. The cashier was rude, the inside of the restaurant had spider webs under all the tables, around the bottom of the trash can and in the corner of the walls. The webs in the corner of the walls had spiders and dead nats in them. The restroom was completely disgusting, I will leave it up to your imagination and it was worse than that , it was if it had not been cleaned in weeks. I'm getting in the habit of leaving reviews because it's important to let folks know about our experiences. This establishment is not run well at all. I'm not sure I'd it's the lack of training or what. Their product (the pizza) is good for a chain shop. I'm even willing to pay the extra $$$ on occasion, if the service was good. Service at this location and the one on Murrietta Hot Springs is terrible. Their attitude is crap. And don't even try to order something within 30 minutes of them closing. They will have some excuse about their machine not working or whatever. It's happened to us at least four times. I've removed this establishment from my favorites and suggest you do the same or if you haven't tried this place yet, just stay away and spend your money elsewhere. The pizza is good but the people that work there can use some help. I'm sure they're just kids/ young adults so I try to cut them some slack, I have working teenagers too - but we ordered from door dash and it took them an hour and half to make it. It was confirmed, and I still don't know why it wasn't made. One employee said it was lost, another said they messed up and had to remake it. When I asked how long that would take they said it was done and coming out of the oven, just waiting on a dasher BUT The dasher was there and had to wait another 15 minutes because it wasn't ready. We have seen this pizza chain several times and never thought much of it. Recently we gave it a try and dang if we wished we hadn't tried it sooner. Delicious pizza (the crust and small pepperoni are our fave) and at a super affordable price! $9.99 for a large pick up. They don't deliver to our address even though we are less than 3 miles which is the only reason I am giving 4 stars. Otherwise we highly enjoy the pizza and prices. We ordered 5 pizzas 2 weeks ago for my friends teenagers who were helping unload a trailer of decorations for our baby's 1st bday and they had never heard of the pizza name either but when they were done all of them said it was delicious! They would not honor coupon unless I came into the store because they couldn't find it in their system. I usually have no issues with ordering from here today I felt dissatisfied I spoke to a young woman on the phone around 3:45 to place an order for delivery I didn't get a name but she was very short on the phone when asking about specials and it just felt rude like a burden to order my previous time the man on the phone was very polite and helpful. I made a order over the internet, was greater when i walked in, I added a tip to the money bowl, paid and walked out. The cashier was friendly and i enjoyed my interaction. The second time, I ordered over the phone. I had the same experience, but this time, i added a tip via my credit card. The their time. i walked in to pick up two orders, as I called in my order ahead of time. I was told it would take 10 minutes to fill my order so why not grab pizza on the way home while picking up a Door Dash Pizza as well. The disrespect for Dashers was real. When ilI walked in, everyone seemed too preoccupied to greet me. Three were in the back l, one placing boxes on the shelf, while two were working on Pizzas, thre was another pretending to be on the phone. So seeing as though I was not going to be fretted I sat down and waited. When the one with long black hair was off the phone, he ignored me and made himself a spot between the other two teens making pizzas. He didn't even wash his hands. The older of all the teens seems this and came from behind the pizza boxes and asked if He could help me.
