Marco's Pizza is hands-down my favorite local pizza spot. I always order the personal size pizza it comes with six small slices, which is perfect because I usually eat half one day and save the rest for the next. They never miss. Pizza Sundays have become my thing, and this is always my go-to spot. I usually call in my pickup order or order online, and even when they're busy, the food is consistently good. Marcos has become our go-to pizza place lately. After shopping at target next door, we decided to stop in for lunch. They have a special on New York style pizzas today- xl pizza for $11.99 feeds our family pretty cheap! We ordered at the counter, only waited about 15 mins for the pizza. The pizza was tasty but very greasy... which is probably normal for New York style. The location is easy enough to find in the shopping center. Nice that it is next to a target! Ambiance is normal for a pizza shop. I don't know if the workers realized though that we can hear them... lots of profanity coming from the kitchen. Employees were kind enough but didn't go out of their way to be super friendly. Otherwise- Overall good and we will be back! read more

The Pizza is delicious! But even better is the service. I wish I had gotten the names of the people working around 3':30 pm on Wednesday afternoon. The young lady who took our order and the manager were extremely kind to my husband and myself. We are both seniors and don't usually find ones working in food establishments to be this kind. I'm from New Jersey so I know Pizza. We decided to try Marcos Pizza in Hunters Creek. Marco's calzones are first rate! I hadn't had such a delicious calzone since I came here to Florida. My companion didn't like her food. They didn't follow the directions as well as she had wanted them to. Very cheerfully the manager replaced It, took care of it and she got what she wanted and she was satisfied. Sometimes things don't go right. No restaurant is perfect. But what makes them superior is when something happens like this and they fixed it cheerfully and quickly. I finally found my local pizza place! read more

I was looking for something easy and quick and I thought PIZZA! I called and ordered a large pizza with pineapple and mushrooms. The lady told me it would be 15 minutes and the total would be $11.95. I had to ask her again "How much did that cost" and she really did said $11.95 for a large pizza with two toppings! Maybe they had a deal going on that I wasn't aware of, it was a Sunday. I was amazed! I came inside picked up my pizza and it was soooooo good! The inside of the pizza restaurant has a few tables to sit at if you wanna eat inside. Marco's used to be above average. It was comparable to a Flippers or to a good neighborhood pizzeria. Man did it go downhill. Now it's like a Little Caesar or Domino's. Low quality, industrial tasting sauce and cheese, sloppily thrown together. But while those chains cost around $18 delivered, Marco's costs $26. What a shame. It used to be a good option, until greed killed it. read more

This pizzeria located in Clermont has terrible service. The employees clean the bathroom and then cut the pizza. You ask for help and they say they can't help. In addition, the people don't wear hats. They have a lot of hair and no hat, and it all gets on the dough. The service is TERRIBLE and the employees don't have the slightest hygiene. I'll start with the good points - the meatballs themselves were tasty and my dad said the chicken was tender. Here's the rest: we walk in and the order taker / cashier was not very friendly or helpful (to say the least) - acted like she didn't want to be there. There were only two other people in the restaurant yet it took 15 minutes to get 2 meatball subs and a chicken parm sub. (Sodas are 20 oz bottles - so no refills, fyi) The meatball subs had very little, if any, sauce - so they were dry as can be and the bread hard as a rock. Very difficult to eat - I was quite literally coughing from the dryness as I tried to chew - I imagine it was like that cinnamon challenge going around a few years ago. I was able to taste the meatballs and they had a really nice flavor. I imagine if they were served with sauce, it would have been a pretty good sub. Oh, and the best part - we were charged $7.99 for the lunch special - and the RECEIPT clearly says: "Lunch 6" sub & drink $5.99". I asked about it and was told that corporate didn't change the computer. Well, if they didn't change the computer than I should be charged $5.99. Everyone knows NY has the best pizza ever! When I moved down to Florida from NY I would try every pizzeria that said NY style to see if it was true and it never was (insert sad emoji here). My boyfriend told me that Marcos had really great pizza but of course I doubted it because no pizza can ever compare to a NY slice from the pizzeria down the block. I caved in and decided to give it try. We drove to Marcos pizza in hunters creek and it smelled amazing in there and it was very clean. As soon as you walk in the staff greets you and takes care of you. We ordered a medium pizza with pepperoni, bacon, Italian sausage, and green peppers. We get home and open the pizza and it just looks so delicious and fresh. I take my first bite and instantly close my eyes while I chew my pizza with a smile on my face. The best pizza I've ever tried in Florida! I got so obsessed with the pizza that I would order it 3 times a week and I could literally eat a small pie by myself LOL I'm currently down to one small pie for my boyfriend and I a week so that's a bit healthier. Super expensive. $20 for a small build your own pizza. Overpriced if you ask me. Blaze Pizza is half and of better quality. Since there is no Blaze Pizza in south Orlando, Marcos is taking advantage of that. It's weird that I just moved down from Los Angeles and over there the pizza costs half as much and slightly bigger. LA is a very expensive place to live but surprisingly pizza isn't expensive like here lol. read more

We visited this Marco's Pizza for a pick up order. We completed our order using the app. Their app is customer friendly and very convenient. It allows you to cover every detail and customize your pizzas just the way that you like it. We ordered a Old World Pepperoni Pizza, Pineapple Pizza and a large Deluxe Pizza. ordered delivery from Marco's on Duff road in Lakeland driver delivered the pizza by pulling on my front lawn up to the door . He then got out of his car to deliver the pizzas. He mumbled something to my wife then got back into his car and sped off in his car leaving ruts on my front lawn. We called Marcos and talked to the manager and had 0 resolved. We will never order from Marco's again and we have been getting pizza from them for about 16 years never again though. They just lost my whole family as a customer read more

We're in Orlando on vacation and decided to place an order for delivery. With 35 minutes left till they close they refused to deliver to us and we're less than 1 mile from them. I guess some people don't like to work there last 30 minutes at work. Maybe you should just say you close at 10:30 if your not going to do anything anyway. read more

The female manager on duty on 9/23 at 6:10pm was speaking to the employees like they were dogs! Very disgusting behavior. Shoutout to Lynford for having to deal with her with grace while having to be yelled at. We called in our order at 850pm to place an order for pizza and also confirmed if it was ok to dine in, the girl said that it was fine and that should would set up a table for us as well , I thought that was nice of her. When we arrived at 910 or so, we walked in and the tables have just been cleaned and chairs were up so we asked what time they closed , and they replied 10pm. So we're thinking almost an hour to eat is plenty of time right, but then we here another young kid in the back tell her , " don't let them eat here , then we will have to clean again and can't leave early" I mean really , we're right there listening. I did tell them we would eat neatly and not make a mess , but they still said no. So we ate our pizza In the parking lot , what horrible workers , denying service just because they wanted to leave early, but I guess it didn't work out that way, because people just kept coming in to order pizzas and you could see how disappointed they were every time someone new walked in too . read more

Had tried their pizza when first opened and wasn't perfect but pretty good. Now the pizza is fantastic and better than all the others around us. Truly like pizza in NY. Both original and thin crust so good. Sauce is just right and not sweet like some. Toppings are plentiful. Hope they stay in business as they are so close by. Hooked on Marco's now! read more

Ordered a single cheese pizza and was told 15-20 minutes. I went and grabbed my groceries and came back to sit and wait. It took 45 minutes and me asking several times to finally get a pizza. I don't normally leave bad reviews but my groceries are melted/warm, my toddler (who was with me) is hangry and I'm pregnant so not a great experience. I received an apology but nothing else. Pretty bad customer service. We'll go to another pizza place next time for sure. read more

This was better than expected. I'm always skeptical when it comes to trying new pizza, especially if I have to order a whole pie to do so but I have to say it wasn't disappointing. We ordered a large pie, and it was honestly, like a medium size, it was the first time I had eaten "4 slices". That can tell you how small the large is, but it was nonetheless pretty appetizing. They don't put too much sauce in the pizza like other places do, and a whole lot of cheese which is why I personally like it. The crust was pretty fluffy, and the rest of the slice is pretty thin. Today I order food and they took over an hour to have it ready. The employee do not wear gloves at all or hair nets to cook or to prepare the food. The gray all the veggies with their hand like cmon we put that in our mouth so nasty!! I had my husband called to see how long and I was right in front without him knowing ut was also my order and he gasp on the phone while he said they were behind I think we have your order and is being made. I asked a few mins after and they completely ignored me when there was no one else waiting in the place. This was the worst experience I had yet! I love their food but woe the things I saw and experience at the store is not great. Will not come back sadly! !! Oh wait forgot to mention they gave my order to someone else as they don't even check their receipts and just give food away. Now I am waiting for them to re do it again! First time having Marco's Pizza and we were very pleased! We ordered a medium Hawaiian & a medium Deluxe and both of the pizzas were hot and delicious - lots of toppings and cheese! Service at the restaurant was awesome as well. Our server showed us our pizzas and asked if we needed plates. Which was an added bonus for us since we were staying at a resort. We don't have a Marco's in our hometown, so this was a great choice for us! read more

Great great great. I wasn't expecting it to be this amazing but it was! Prices are great for the amount of food. I came with my family. The place is very clean, and we noticed that they are very serious, the napkins have the name of the franchise as well as the ranch dressing cups, a small but nice detail. I mean, for this price I would've thought of generic napkins and boxes! Even the boxes had the menu on the back. We were four and we even got a slice of the next day and a couple of cheesy breads! It's also very convenient that it's opened until midnight! We were looking for a good place but we though we weren't gonna find it because it was 11pm, but no! Very nice experience. I like Marco's Pizza. One thing that concerns me is that they don't use plastic gloves when making your food. You would think they should. After the owner contacted me about the review , I was informed that it's not a requirement to use gloves to make pizza. read more

Mine took so long, though, that I was done eating by the time it came. I had to ask another server twice about it before getting it. But ANYWAY, the pizza is monstrous. Jason's slice was really good, though the dough was a bit chewy. The water spout at the soda machine is soda water, not still water, FYI. Which I love and prefer, so this isn't a complaint. The feel of this place is super chill several different seating types to choose from: regular table, high tables, counter at the bar, bench seating, outdoor seating. You'll have your choice here. All in all, it was a good experience. I'm full, and it wasn't pricey. Win win.

I would get everything again but I'm excited to try the other pizzas. The spicy swine was so flavorful I couldn't stop eating it.
