Every time I get Marcos it is a positive experience. Between Virginia, Tennessee and Florida - Marcos as always been delicious! Their drivers are always pleasant, well dressed and prompt. I am in Florida on business and don't want to go out. When I noticed a delay, not 2 minutes later did I receive a phone call from the manager explaining the delay. The delay was not their fault! When the food got to me (just about 10 minutes) after the phone call, the food was still hot; and again the driver was awesome. This restaurant needs 5.0. When I got Dominos it was two hours later and looked like two pizzas put together. Pizza Hut, Papa John's, Dominos, can all pack their bags. read more

This is for the Marco's on N. Navy Blvd in Pensacola. They lost a customer before we could even try it. My wife had wanted to try Marcos for awhile, I called ahead to order and was on hold for over ten minutes. I hung up when I pulled into the parking lot, where one of their delivery drivers tried to break check me... not a good start but we were still willing to try it at that point. I walked right up to the counter and waited for about 5 minutes as the employee picked up the phone just as I walked in. just as he finished the call another lady walked up to the counter side and he addressed her first. when I went to say something she caught an attitude and the employee deferred to her. I had a few choice words to say as I walked out forever. I guess my wife and I will never know if Marco's Pizza is any good. read more

They DONT answer the phones & try to tell you your coupon isn't accepted at the location (even though the coupon that came in the mail was for THAT location)! Tf? When I called back after my bf did, turns out, it IS accepted, and the person before that, was just lazy a** b*tch and didn't wanna put in the info in the computer. UPDATE!: Turns out, the location on Navy Blvd is closed COMPLETELY! So far I've been there twice. This is really good pizza. Great dough and their menu is reasonably priced. I had a medium pizza with pepperoni & mushrooms the the garlic crust. Wow, it was sooo delicious. I like it WAY better than Pizza Hut or Papa John's. Second time I went there I had a Family sized Cesar's Salad. It was pretty huge and delicious. One of there employees Linda is always rude when I come in to get my food and it's almost never correct the only time I've ever gotten what I ordered was when I ordered early in the day , I definitely wouldn't suggest ordering from there after 3 because the night shifts just going to mess up the order and not replace it after wards. read more

Disgusting, poor quality, crap ingredients. Dominos (or any other pizza joint) is better! I ordered a gluten free pizza with regular cheese and extra feta & some veggies. Everything was dumped in the middle, sauce was pushed out to a the crust but then all the cheese & toppings were just piled in the middle so essentially I got crust with sauce and some stuff in the middle. Mushrooms are canned so they're slimy & disgusting. There was barely any feta cheese. I ordered garlic sauce on the side and they "forgot it". The pizza is only ~10" and they cut it into tiny squares which essentially left 4 okay slices in the middle and a shit show for the rest. Absolutely disgusting quality altogether. They probably figured "oh gluten free let's fuck with them" while I have a serious allergy to gluten, it's not just a fad for me. My 2 other friend ordered a large pepperoni pizza & the cheesy bread sticks and they also said it was disgusting and will never be ordering from Marco's again. When we got there to pick it up the regular pizza wasn't ready, so the gluten free one & bread sticks were cold when we got home. Don't waste your money, try another pizza shop. read more
