Having worked in hospitality for many years I gotta say train your wait staff properly and keep a shadow with them until they're fully trained to serve and then guess what? I ended up choosing a lighter dish, shrimp scampi, since I was still full from lunch and my dining companion chose the chicken penne. I'm not sure whether the chef was out sick or what happened exactly, but both dishes came out from the kitchen really bland. There was no salt or seasoning to the food. The pasta also didn't seem like the water was salted during cooking. We mentioned this issue to our server, who then told the manager. They were really apologetic and even comped our entrees even though that wasn't our original intention. I just wanted to know what happened and why there was no seasoning at all in the food. We left and of course didn't bother to order dessert. In summary, the service was really good, I will give them that much, but the food was barely edible.
