I stopped by this location on my way to the nail salon for a quick bite. I already enjoy the food here as I've mentioned on a review at a different location. But here I want to talk about my experience. As soon as I walked in, I was overly greeted by the young staff. They seemed happier than the Chick-fil-a workers lol. They were eager to take my order and provide samples which made me feel welcome and supported. The restaurant was very clean and orderly. After placing my order, the cashier thanked me by name and then brought over my food when it was ready. Everything was how I ordered it and delicious. When I left they thanked me again. This place "had" become a local favorite for my wife and I. I work from home a few days a week and it seems inevitable that we hit this place up. The people are always really friendly, the restaurant is clean, and the prices are reasonable. The past two months however something is off. We've noticed there are always fruit flies in the place. The chicken salad sandwiches have also been too salty. Coming from a guy that loves seasoning... that's saying something. If they can get the fruit flies under control, and fix whatever issue they're having with the saltiness of the food, I'll update my review to 4 stars. Horrible service. Today I ordered online and was given a time for pickup. I arrived 20 minutes later and was told there were several orders in front of mine (there were a lot of people waiting on orders). At 30 minutes I asked again and was told it would be ANOTHER 30 minutes. This, for a sandwich using pre-made chicken salad. The manager (I'm guessing) said she didn't think it would be that long. She gave me a drink cup and offered something to drink. I explained we didn't yet have the drinks we paid for as the machines were empty. She said she would take care of that. Another 20 minutes and my order is finally ready. I gave the cup back and said you still don't have lemonade, tea, etc. I was told "we're working on it". Granted, they were busy. But last week it was almost the exact same story, except only 3 people on front of me. Waited over 30 minutes that time..... This place is not new. Chicken salad here is fantastic. I've always been a little leery of chicken salad, egg salad (you know, all the mayo-based-things). But here, I've never had the mayo-storm experience. My go-to flavor is Jalapeño-Holly, but all the other flavors I've tasted have been fantastic. Please try your sandwich on either the croissant or the white bread. They had a chicken salad for a year giveaway for the first 100 customers and we were number 104 before 8AM. Bummer. I still showed back up to pick up take out lunch. I ordered a scoop of Dillicious Diva (dill and cucumber) and broccoli salad for me, a scoop of Dixie Chick (onions) for my daughter and the Sassy Scottie (bacon ranch and cheddar) croissant and Mac n cheese for my husband. All meals came with crackers and a small soft iced sugar cookie. Everything was delicious but we were all still left hungry. Mine and my husbands were $7.99 and the single scoop for my daughter was $4.99. I really thought the scoops and sides would be a bit bigger. You can make the meals a trio for just $2 more which I will need to do next time. That would include an extra scoop or side. read more

Soooo good! I had the chick meal with the carol and it was perfect! My husband loved it and my 5 year old enjoyed the Mac and cheese and fresh fruit. They have 13 different flavors of chicken salad so I'm just going to work my way down the menu. I can't wait to try the pimento cheese sandwich.
