Great variety of topping. I was hungry for pizza but can't eat dairy, but I heard that Mod had dairy free cheese, so I wanted to try it. Note they have Gluten free crusts too. Service was friendly and food was fast. The pizza was tasty, and I ordered an 11-inch planning on reheating the leftovers later. It didn't reheat well; the thin crust became too soggy. read more

Walked in; manager and all staff members looked at me but did not say a word. After waiting worker asked me for my request and name. Then walked away to worked on another project. Spoke with the manager Alicia who was unapologetic. My complaint is there is a lack of communication. I don't know what happened after the new company took over Mod, but the pizza doesn't taste the same. I used to come to this location all the time, the pizza was consistently amazing. my boyfriend and I went to pick up our pizzas tonight and they turned out incredibly messed up. i will say the manager was very nice and discounted the order, so i am grateful for that, but the pizzas weren't prepared correctly. the sauces were switched on the pizzas, and the drizzle was put on the wrong one. i'm really disappointed in the carelessness of the employees preparing the order, and that no one was double checking to ensure the order was made correctly. read more

I wanted to repeat what a great job this location does. My order is always perfect regardless if I go in or send a mobile order. It's always hot and fresh. The employees are always upbeat and make coming in here enjoyable. I work for UPS and it's my go to spot for a great lunch and a very cold place to cool off in the summer heat. I have been to several locations but I have to say this is my favorite location. read more

It's good. It's fast. I order on the app and pick it up. It *can* get really busy and sometimes the front of the house gets a little trashed during the rush hour. Nice selection of toppings and it's kind of fun to figure out what works best for you. I happen to love arugula and like that I can ask them to put on under the cheese so it doesn't bake into a char, or ask to have it put on fresh after the bake. read more

When I got home to sit down and eat, I had pulled a large hair out of the pizza about 4 inches long. It was under the cheese and all cooked into the pizza. The staff here is always very friendly, young, and energetic. The crust isn't the best, but it is worlds better than Papa John's (disgusting in my book) and Domino's (which is only good if you get the crispy, then crust. The mega dough at MOD is perfectly chewy, bubbly, etc. If you get a pizza that tastes bad... well, that is your fault. You get to choose every thing that goes on the pizza. If you get it prepared badly, that's another story. Oh, and as of Oct 28, with Covid swinging back in, they have curb side delivery! The surcharge for Delivery on my order was almost $7, so I opted to drive the 15 minutes. The employees got that $7 in tip. read more

The line attendant did not switch over gloves after handling another persons pizza, unfortunately I have Celiac I asked for gf crust she pulls a dirty silver tray covered in flour. Then proceeds to rub the marinara all over the pizza with her hands reaches straight into the cheese bin cheese bin has multiple food items in it that's not cheese haha this company needs to teach their employees about cross contamination. The prep table where the food is being prepped is horrid. Mind you they just opened. Wasn't an after lunch rush or during rush. read more

Yes. I dig this place. The atmosphere, the service, the speed, and the taste. My benchmark is Home slice in Austin. This is the closest chain to be there. (It isn't there... at all, but it's the closest by a wide margin. Like how Mercury is closer to the Sun than Earth.) That being said, it's enjoyable and decently priced. read more

First off, this place has the BEST vegan cheese. Please don't stop reading haha. It literally is the best cheese I've had on pizza. It still tastes cheesy and it coats the pizza and omg it's just so good. Give it a try, it doesn't cost extra and it's better for your health. No grown a$$ adult needs cow's milk. This place is super fast but can get packed. Take a look around, if you live in Harmony we're probably all your neighbors haha. You literally order and sit down, then before you know it they are calling your name. Although the first time we came, the entire bottom of our pizzas were burned. They were busy so we decided not to make a fuss about it, but it was disappointing. Our second visit, everything was cooked perfectly. You can get as many toppings as you'd like on your pizza. The number of toppings doesn't dictate the price, as long as you build your own. The build your own pizzas are charged by size. read more

It's just...meh. Nothing artisan or special about it, other than the fact that they have toppings outside of the norm. The crust didn't have any real flavour, it just tastes like burnt flour. It may have been my choice of pizza, so I will give it another shot at a later date. It's efficient, I'll say that. We did seem to be able to walk in an order quickly, and the pizza was ready within a few minutes. read more

Love this spot! So happy to start getting some fast-casual spots around here, since it's pretty much all drive-thru fast food chains! The decor and vibe is super fun, and the alcohol selection makes it possible to grab a few friends and have a quick meal! Last time I was in I saw a sign that showed beer is $2/Tuesday's. The staff are super friendly & don't rush you through the line while selecting your toppings. Pizza is pretty good, they have thin crust, thick crust, and GF. I've heard their GF is great- I prefer the thick! Price wise is awesome- you can get out for around $10 and can EASILY split a pizza with someone. Come here for a pretty cheap meal in a cool atmosphere! read more

We are big fans of artisan pizza, and have been searching for the best place. Y'all, this is it! MOD pizza is the best artisan pizza place! Let me tell you why: Unlimited toppings, for one low price!! They really load that thing up for you and you can make a huge, filling pizza, for I think $8? They have a great selection of toppings and are very generous with the application, unlike a lot of other artisan pizza places. The pre-made pizzas are so good and very unique flavors! Although the lines are generally very long, it moves fast and they have great customer service! Also, I gotta say that the Pizza salads are pretty good, if you're into that! I have had a great experience every time at MOD pizza and left with both a happy tummy and a happy wallet! Definitely recommend MOD pizza! read more

I heard a lot of good stuff about MOD so decided to give them a shot. I had family visiting and we had a long day of outdoor activities so no one wanted to cook. I ordered 8 pizzas of different variety. They made them pretty quickly and that was good. When we brought them home they were burnt on the bottom. I called them to let them know and the assistance manager, Taylor, really made up for it. She comped our order and apologized. That's how you treat unsatisfied customers. Because of that I will be back to give them another shot. If it improves next time I'll upgrade this review. read more

Now I'm not one to be greedy but I find it EXTREMELY disrespectful and disgusting that the worker will pay for the lady in front of me and my friend, who is clearly not struggling and is obviously doing well for herself, and then turn around and ask two teenagers who obviously aren't made of money for their money. They act like we're oblivious and didn't just watch them pay for this lady's food and not ours. Not only do I find this racist, it's extremely disrespectful. First time ever trying MOD pizza...great food, great service and great location. Kids loved the mad dog and wife enjoyed the tristan. Ingredients are fresh, crust is thin, light and crispy. Hunter took my order and had it ready in no time, and hand delivered it to me. Went back to the hotel room and opened this up (the aroma filled the car). This thing is a nice size and looks delicious. This was actually one of the best Philly Cheese Steaks I have had in many a year. The bread is fresh and tasty, and the steak is tenderly flavorful. Love everything in there. For only $9.99, it's a steal. Check them out and you will be pleased. Just from this, I am sure all the other deliciousness they offer is as good.
