Staff was friendly. Got the steak and cheese sub, small pizza and cheesy bread. Sub was good, cheesy bread tasted great and the pizza... wasn't bad but I've had better. So glad Marcos Pizza has opened up behind our house! We got take out last week on a Friday night. The location hasn't been open very long and was extremely busy. I had placed my order online and didn't have to wait as long as other patrons. Food tasted great and we got a free cheesy bread! I would definitely recommend checking them out! Placed my order on Grubhub at 5:30. At 7:10 called to check the order. First person who answered gave the phone to a male manager who hung up on me when I told him I wanted a refund. I called back and spoke to a female manager (at this point I was pissed bc my kids hadn't eaten dinner so I wasnt super nice and it wasn't a banner moment for me) but the manager told me they were very busy and would need to cancel my order. Two hours after I placed it and received confirmation. I hung up the phone, then got the text message from my bank that $46 dollars had been debited from my account. Horrible customer service. They send coupons and flyers to our apartment complex and they choose when and when not tondeliver to the area. My neighbors and I have been ordering for weeks and depending upon the staff for the day at Marcos is who chooses if the food gets to ya or not and then they take their sweet time returning your money. My husband and I were driving around the area today around 3:30pm when we saw a large blow up advertisement for free pizza this afternoon at this location! We stopped by and saw they were having a humongous festival in their shopping center with free food, drinks, activities, games and inflatables for kids! They were offering free slices of pizza (different toppings), cheesy bread, and sodas under a shaded area with no strings attached! The staff were remarkably kind and friendly and everything was delicious! This was my husband's first time eating Marco's and now he loves it! We both had a slice of Hawaiian, I had a slice of Meat Supremo and he had a slice of White Cheezy. Come to find out - this was a "friends and family" event that they were hosting before their grand opening tomorrow and they wanted the whole community to feel invited! Quick and delicious. You can add toppings to the crust like garlic butter and Parmesan, which was amazing. Seems like most of what they do is delivery but had the room to sit 20-30 people. They have one TV to watch while you wait for take out or dine-in. read more

Abundance of flavor!! First let me say that I generally buy pizza from a $5/pizza to go restaurant as I am feeding a family of six. I love Marco's Pizza. We have tried the subs and the pizzas and have not been disappointed once. Today we purchased two extra-large pizzas; the works and all meat. The toppings were fresh and delicious. I cannot tell you how many times I have gotten green pepper on a pizza that was overcooked or just had an overbearing flavor, theirs was perfect! I like the way the toppings are cooked on top so if there are any my kids do not like I can easily remove it and have extra on my pizza. LOL! The sausage and the bacon has great flavor as well, you can tell the ingredients are well chosen and premium grade. The crust is good; it is not chewy and has a standard thickness for what could be considered hand tossed. The sauce has a mild blend of spices that adds a complexity to the overall flavor. The pizza is GREAT and they have great specials if you sign up for their emails. I will post a few pictures below; sorry could not wait to eat so it is a partial pie. Low expectations, but tonight my pizza delivery was not good. I ordered at 10:50 and the receipt had my order time and the printed time of 11:08. I waited until 12:05 for my pizza to arrive. I was told it would be a 45 minute wait but that seems long. The pizza was then cold and dry. It had little to no cheese on thick cardboard bread. The sauce was bland. I have eaten here maybe 20 times since it first opened. The pizza is consistently good. In the midwest, Marco's has been around for a long time and is very well-respected. What I like the most about it is the salads; it's difficult to find a good take-out pizza place that also has fresh and nutritious salads. The kitchen looks clean and organized, while the staff is great. I have never had any problems. read more

Thoroughly disappointed by the lack of customer service tonight when trying to place an order for pizza delivery. We have ordered food from this locations since they opened. We are on the edge of where they deliver so every time they say they don't deliver to us, I always remind them they do. Tonight however was totally different. I have NEVER dealt with someone as rude and nasty as I did speaking with Wesley tonight. He said "yeah I know where you are. We only deliver to you when we're not busy but we're busy." I asked to speak to the manager and he said "they come and go as they please and no ones here". I told him I would call back to speak to the owner. He said "that's fine. Have a good night" I called back immediately after locating several coupons from Marcos, including a personal one from Harry Ragsdale, Owner. This time a different person answered the phone. When I asked to speak to Mr Ragsdale, he said "hold on I think he might have left but left me check". Instead Wesley got back on the phone and said I would have to go through him. I told him I did not want to speak with him and that I wanted to leave a message for Mr. Ragsdale. He said "well, he is going to have me handle this situation". I said "I'm getting nowhere with you and I want him to call me back." I proceeded to give him my name but was interrupted with him saying "yeah yeah I know who you are". So I gave him my name again and my phone number. And I said I would like for him to call me back. He said "I'll give him the message when I see him. Have a good night".... again with his very smart ass and sarcastic tone. I am posting this because I'm not sure Mr. Ragsdale will even get my message. And what a shame. We have thoroughly enjoyed the food that we have ordered from this restaurant for quite some time. The drivers are always friendly and we tip well. Tonight was the worst. I have thrown out the coupons that we receive on a weekly basis and will not order from them again. I have shared this with friends already. Letting them know what a disappointment this place has become. As an owner, I would be embarrassed to read this and know that one of MY employees brought MY business down. Mr Ragsdale, please remove us from your mailing distribution list. If you are not going to deliver to us, then don't bother filling up my mailbox with your meaningless coupons. read more

Not only did he bring me change but he brought a card for a large free pizza. Tonight, I ordered a pepperoni pizza and it was fresh, hot and delicious. Delivery was less than 30 minutes to add. I wasn't able to place my order online for some reason even though we're in the delivery area. So I called and it just so happened that one of the owners answered the phone and was so lovely and nice. He honored the online coupon and said he was more than happy to do so anytime and was very appreciative of our business. The food arrived in a timely manner and was delicious and I look forward to ordering from there again in the future.
