They're adding an undisclosed "technology fee" to the check for processing credit cards and refuse to take it off. That's illegal. They have to clearly disclose this on the door and the menu by law and the credit card processing agreement they signed. They also have to remove the fee if you pay cash which the waitress refused to do. We won't be back as I can't stand places that try and pad their bottom line with these mystery fees, especially when it's undisclosed. read more

During recent visits to OH to visit family, we have had carry out pizza from A&G twice, because it's one of their favorites. I would have to agree...it's pretty good. One time, we ordered a supreme, and the other time a pepperoni and banana pepper. Both were very good. Given the way prices are nowadays, their prices are pretty reasonable also. read more

Ate here tonite based on a reco on Chowdown Cincinnati. I love this kind of pizza--thin crust, ground meat, toppings on top of cheese. It is very similar to Cassano's, but a little blander for some reason. And Cassano's is closer to me, so we'll probably stick with them in the future. Four or five kids running around and putting incredible amounts of money into the stuffed animal claw machine, but they were having fun and didn't really bother us.Service was good and friendly. A solution for your "Dayton style pizza" cravings. The prices are moderate and they have some really great deals such as a (current as of 6/24) single topping family size for $10 (!!!!!) The help is accommodating and friendly. They stock "Conn's" brand potato chips behind the counter including the sulfuric acid like "Salt and Vinegar" ruffles, so you can save a trip to Zanesville to pick this up. :) We also patronize Ron's and some Marion's locations and A&G's pizza product is as good as Ron's and much better than Marion's. read more

Absolutely ridiculous evening. Ordered pizza at 6:08 pm this evening for delivery. Was told okay it'll be there in 30-45 minutes. 7pm rolls around and I call to check in on my order, understanding Fridays are usually busy and just wanted to double check the order was put in and didn't get accidentally over looked. I was assured my order was almost out the door... with the woman repeating my order exactly to me, and letting me know delivery times were 1 hour and 15 minutes. No big deal, because at that point my order would be almost ready to be here right? Wrong. Called back at 7:45 ish wondering if there is some issue why my pizza hasn't been delivered yet. Turns out, wasn't even put in for delivery and he let me know it was ready sitting there. Absolutely not will we be eating dry wings that have been sitting in a heater for almost two hours. When I could have easily been told at 7 when I called to check on the status of my order that the food was ready. Ridiculous, foods not good enough to ever go back if that's the stuff I'll be dealing with. It's OKAY pizza and wings at best, but we were just looking for an easy dinner night . read more

Monday evening almost 7pm and the place is packed. The server arrived pretty quickly and took drink orders. Asked if we knew what we wanted to eat, but we never got menus. She brought menus and took our orders. She mention several times in passing she was checking on our food. After an hour she said something happened to the printer so they putting your order in now. She made sure our food came out quickly and asked the manager for a discount for us. My husband order the Italian sub and got and Italian steak which he never orders. I had mushroom cheese steak and it had no mushroom flavor at all. Very disappointed in the food, but our server really tried. read more

Decent food, service was lacking There were children hanging on the door when we walked in, I assumed they were a customer's, but I was wrong... they were an employee's. The guy cooking the pizza was eating while he was working. The employees took turns going out for a smoke break at dinner time (6pm), no one asked how our food was... if we wanted a refill... we just got a thank you when they gave us our check. I went there to meet friends for dinner and waited for over 30 minutes without service. I ended up going to the counter and asked for the manager. I politely told her about the long wait (they weren't busy at all) and noticed the bald guy who works there had came up and stood behind me like he was about to get tuff with me or something. This place took 1hr and 45min to deliver a simple order of pizza, wings and one hogie. Once they finally showed up the driver had forgotten our order and had to return to the store. It took an additional 45 mins to receive our food. We called the store to resolve the issue they were very snobby and unprofessional about the matter. Just kept saying your foods on it way, it's on it way! Well thank you A&G for the cold late pizza and hogie! Will not entertain the place again.
