Like with all the other shops and stores being built, we watched Marco's Pizza come alive. My wife asked the main construction person what was going to be there and he responded, "Marco's Pizza. I've never heard of it but apparently they made a pie for the head guy and was blown away." I have not heard of it either but their menu appealed to me (triple pepperoni magnificent, grilled chicken Florentine). About three weeks ago, wife noticed the Marco's Pizza official sign was up. On her Panera run last week, she saw someone inside, knocked on the door, and asked when they would open. She was warmly received and given menus. Online ordering made things so much easier. There is even a "hot deals" tab featuring current deals. We took advantage of the magnificent pizzas staring at $12.99. We had fun choosing different sauce cups (garlic sauce, garlic parm, pizza sauce, jalapeño ranch, ranch, buffalo, bbq, blue cheese) and pizza crust toppers (garlic sauce, parm cheese, Roma, romasean). My mother-in-law wanted to wait until Thursday, but I couldn't wait. After the kids went to bed, I placed a mobile take out order for the hot honey pepperoni. The pizza was peppered in cute pepperoni cups bursting with flavor and a sweet kick from the honey. I couldn't really taste the Parmesan cheese crust but maybe I'll opt for garlic next time. The first bite was greasy. I could feel the oil coating my esophagus. Absolute necessity for drunken nights. Not so great for heart attack and high cholesterol prevention. We went again on Thursday night and ordered the chicken Florentine, triple pepperoni, deluxe, and cheesy bread. Sonny greeted my wife with a smile and mentioned that he remembered her (who else would knock on the door to inquire about opening day?). This time, no grease and pure flavor. My mother-in-law didn't care for the chewy crust but it was evident that it was fresh dough with generous toppings. The Italian sausages on the deluxe were quite huge. The chicken on the Florentine pizza were large slices of chicken breast. My son thought the pepperonis were "aww, so cute." The cheesy bread wasn't really that cheesy though even though we ordered double cheese. It is hard to find quality, delicious pizza but Marco's Pizza really delivered. So glad that Marco's Pizza is part of Yucaipa Pointe Plaza. read more

Damm... waited 10 years to try marcos Finally get one in my town .. spent 60.00 Got raw uncooked pizza A dessert over soaked in grease literally could squeeze out oil With no toppings that it was supposed to have . But thats what you get when you have 12 yr old kids making pizzas . How bout this marcos hire at least one competent person to run this shop ?? This is a nice new pizza option in Yucaipa. I tried the hot honey pepperoni pizza, and it was delicious. I ordered to go and I only waited 2-3 minutes before my pizza got boxed and I was ready to go. We ordered the New York pizza and cheese bread for the first time tonight. It was underwhelming. For starters, we showed up at the time the online order said it would be ready and our order was waiting on a metal rack and was handed to us cold. The pizza was super greasy, but not in a yummy cheesy, salty pepperoni way. It was somehow both greasy and flavorless. Something tasted a bit sweet, maybe the sauce? Just overall not good. Then there was the cheese bread that was dry, also flavorless and not cheesy! See pictures of what it looks like online vs what we got. Only gave a 3 because of this location's price gouging. Too expensive! I've been to other Marcos locations that were a lot cheaper. Charging Beverly Hills prices in Yucaipa is kind of ridiculous. Food is good but doesn't justify the price at all. I can have better for the same price. Even the coupons in the mail weren't good. $27 for a medium one topping and cheese bread is not a deal. This won't last in Yucaipa unless you lower the prices fyi. Good luck. read more

We were really excited to finally have a new pizza place here in Yucaipa and had high hopes for our first order. We ordered Marco's Pizza online, and the delivery took about an hour. Unfortunately, when the pizza arrived, it was only lukewarm and extremely greasy. As soon as we opened the box, there was grease pooled throughout the pizza, and when I picked up a slice, grease literally dripped down my arm and onto the counter. The crust and bottom of the pizza were soggy from sitting in so much oil inside the box. On the positive side, the cheesy breadsticks were actually very good, and the cinnamon treats were tasty as well. But the pizza itself was disappointing enough that we probably won't be ordering again. Spending $72 for one pizza and two sides made the experience even harder to overlook. We genuinely wanted to love this place and support a new local business, which makes the disappointment even more frustrating. Hopefully this was just an off night, but unfortunately our first experience will likely be our last. See the photo of the dripping grease even after it was mopped off with a paper towel. zero stars would be the best rating I would give. This is a thumbs down choice . I ordered their special online. when I got home I realized that it was missing one of my two toppings. I called the store back and the person that answered seemed competent she apologized for the mistake and said she would make me another one and deliver it. Don't come here, very small pizza shop and poorly ran, kinda mainly seeing females in there and they are not organized what so ever, I placed my order around 6:15 and came by when I was told it was ready but then I get told it's gonna be another 30-45 mins after being told 15 minutes. This place can most definitely be improved. After going here I can say it's way more worth it going out to Fontana to the Marcos over there, a lot more organized and the workers know what they are doing. Ohh especially the higher up working on duty which is Stephanie is the most unorganized person in the entire place. My family and I were excited to try this new pizza place! However, after ordering and carefully adding the items each person requested on door dash and opting for pickup. Once I arrived it was chaos! They couldn't find my order. They tried to give me someone else's order. I refused and asked for my order. When they finally figured themselves out they did not give me the complete order. A simple, relaxing Saturday night was what we wanted after a really long day. Unfortunately, Marcos is not where you'll get that.
